Hotel Dwor Polski

Excellent location (very close to town center), ideal as a starting for for town trips. The place is not a modern (glass and brick) hotel, it is located in an old-style building, old-fashioned, but if you spend time out in town, it does not matter. No air conditioning so it could matter if you get to visit the place during hot summer. There are pubs nearby so (I guess) it could get noisy (I guess as I did not experience this during my stay).

This was our first visit to Wroclaw. The hotel was conveniently located just off the main square and a great location for exploring the city. We walked everywhere and enjoyed discovering a previously unknown Polish city. The hotel was not very busy. It was quiet inside but the nearby bars in the alleyway did lead to noise later in the evening ( the hotel provides ear plugs at the main desk)! The staff were helpful and professional. The breakfasts were great with lots of choice to cater for all tastes. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. A very good hotel at a reasonable price in a great location. Thank you.

Lovely old fashioned Hotel in the middle of this beautiful City. We are in our mid- sixties and enjoyed our stay at Dwor Polski. Breakfast was ok, I'm not a morning person but my wife really enjoyed what they offered. My only gripe was the Coffee machine, it did take ages for one cup. The Dining room was small, but we never had a problem finding a table. Reception staff were really helpful, always willing to help. The Hotel is in a great location, virtually in the centre of the Old Town. We would stay here again if we returned to Wroclaw.

We stayed here about 3 weeks ago, the hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff cannot do enough to make your stay so enjoyable, our room was very hot and we couldn't keep windows open all night due to traffic noise, the staff had a lovely big electric fan sent up to the run and also offered us another room if we wanted ;-) We stayed in the room as there were only 2 night to go. We will definitely be stopping here again on our next visit!

Pros - Central Old Town Hotel - Very Clean - Warm - Excellent Customer Service - this cannot be highlighted enough. The staff were the best thing about the hotel. Anything they could help us with was done pleasantly, and with a 'Happy to help' attitude. Anything they couldn't help us with (no uk/EU adaptor), when we came back to the hotel later that day, they had found one for us. They ordered us taxis, recharged our phones for us after we had checked out, printed route on map, etc. A++ for Customer Service. -Breakfast, was delicious and hearty. Some healthy options - salatka, salad, ham, tomatoe, cheeses, fruit salad but also hot sausage, and warm sweet cream-cheese pancakes. Croissants, bread rolls, rye bread, butters, jams, honey, Cereals, mueslies, yoghurt. Nice coffee machine, nice selection of teas, selection of juices. Cons - The hotel bedrooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. That's it.. There really were no 'cons'.

a very charming oldfashioned hotel in the heart of this wonderful city. Comfortable rooms with no frills, adequate breakfast, and a place to park the car safely make this hotel an absolute winner. WE loved it.

Niestety, ale hotel Dwór Polski lata swojej świetniści ma dawno dawno za sobą. Pamiętając o walorach i super warunkach jakieś dwadzieścia lat temu skusiliśmy się na pobyt w tym hotelu. Jakież było rozczarowanie, gdy okazało się, że jest w nim dokładnie tak samo... określenie tak samo jest na wyrost. Może bardziej wyposażenie takie same. Do tego należy dołożyć mało przyjemny zapach kurzu i starości. Genialne dla alergików!!! Obicia mebli zniszczone i brudne. Fotele wysiedziane, krzesło i biurko poobijane. Mieliśmy pokój od ulicy. Dobrze, że temperatura nie przekraczała 15 stopni, bo byłoby to nie do wytrzymania. Przy zamkniętych oknach duszno i zapach kurzu a przy otwartych - hałas imprezowiczów. Oczywiście klimatyzacji brak! Hotel powinien mieć maksymalnie 2 gwiazdki - za położenie i ok. śniadania. W łazience próżno szukać jakiegokolwiek kosmetyku oprócz mydła w płynie. Dobry dla osób, które chcą spędzić czas w warunkach mocno budżetowych za cenę dosyć wysoką. Katastrofalny jest też parking. Oddalony 300 m. Przejazd przez bramę, w której trzeba mocno uważać na auto, bo po dwóch stronach znajdują się śmietniki. Wjazd na parking bardzo stromy, więc niskim samochodem bym się nie odważyła wjechać. Podumowując: stanowczo odradzam. Warto poszukać czegoś nowszego, lepszego, gdzie w ciągu 20 lat były robione jakieś inwestycje.

Fajny hotel. 4 **** to żart (naprawdę!), ale klimat minionych lat jest wyczuwalny. Straszliwe są szczury na parkingu (brrrr....), ale obsługa jest absolutnie świetna. Na nas wrażenie zrobiła bardzo pomocna Pani Monika. Świetna lokalizacja - bliżej Rynku się nie da! :-)
