1) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
2) The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, polite and helpful
3) Free laundry service provided
4) The location is excellent - it's really near to exit 27 of Sanyang Square Station (5min walk). There are shopping malls, restaurants and bakeries nearby
5) The setbacks ~ Decoration was outdated. There was unpleasant smells from the drain of the bathroom. We had to ensure that the bathroom door is close all the times. Suggest that the hotel do something to solve this problem.

Unfriendly service at reception
Very noisy from neighbouring rooms
At 6a.m. On Sunday morning there was a band playing loudly outside the hotel for two hours, cannot sleep at all
