Cette fois-ci, j'ai emmené mes parents à Xi'an pour rendre visite à de la famille et nous avons choisi le nouvel hôtel. L'expérience a été excellente ! 👍 À notre arrivée, la réception nous a surclassés et nous a même attribué des chambres communicantes, ce qui était très pratique. Le jeune concierge du hall nous a accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Même après notre départ, la responsable des relations clients, Emma, ​​a pris de nos nouvelles. Sachant que nous reviendrions en fin d'année, elle nous a spontanément proposé un nouveau surclassement. J'ai vraiment hâte d'y retourner !

This was probably our favourite hotel we stayed at in China. We didn’t realise how nice the hotel grounds were or that it was in front of a lake when we booked. The staff were efficient and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Was great but the temperature of my room was boiling! Also I didn’t get a coffee machine in my room which was disappointing.

The location of this hotel is very good 👍 practically inside Nanhu Park, the staff are very attentive, the breakfast is great.

Not even a welcome drink for a $400 a night! Non existing music bar or even a real bar.Feels like like a Huge 2 stars hotel… Don’t waste your time and money there…

Great location, lovely view when you get the balcony unit. Breakfast service can be improved with more selections and changes.

Really good service, Cindy, a cute reception lady she explained to me very patiently and dealt with late check-in and late check-out. Also, room was pretty with lake view. Lovely experience will do it again. Thanks Cindy as well.

第一次入住貴酒店時,非常有幸得到值班經理Linda的悉心照顧,我很喜歡Linda,後來因為她,我總是選擇住在西安凱悦!印象裏她至少幫助我幾十次了,每次入住她都把我照顧的很好,這次在這裏特此留言以表感謝。Linda的服務真正詮釋了何為“用心”與“專業”。在我住宿期間遇到一個小問題時,她不僅第一時間積極協調解決,更難得的是,我能真切感受到她發自內心地為客人着想。她耐心傾聽我的需求,細緻跟進每一個細節,甚至主動預判了我可能的需要,提供了超出預期的幫助。那種真誠關懷和負責到底的態度,讓我倍感温暖與安心。在她身上,我看到了凱悦酒店服務精神的最高標準——不是程式化的禮貌,而是真正用心的待客之道。她的專業與温暖,為我的西安之旅增添了格外美好的記憶。非常感謝Linda,也感謝酒店培養如此優秀的員工。下次再來西安,凱悦依然會是我的不二之選。祝好!
