The ambience of the hotel is very good. Room services were good and staffs are behaving politely. Rooms are neat.

No water in toilet at night. Had to go behind the reception fellow who was missing. Complementary breakfast was delayed and provided at 09. 15 am. I paid two nights. and wasting my money. got ruined because of this stay. There was a long fight for ac room even before checking in which i had already highlighted.

The hotel sns grand inn is located in a very good calm place with very near to yelagiri lake. Good spacious rooms, neat hotel with minimum amenities. Neatness and cleanliness of the main room, restroom and balcony were very much liked and appreciate. Food arrangement is not there as their kitchen wasn't working, need to improve. The staffs were courteous and very much friendly and supportive.

I have stayed in this hotel with my family rooms are very cleaned and have little park for childerns to play. Complementary break fast was good not that extend over all had a good experience

1. No proper cleaning. 2. Not good for bathroom. 3. No proper response person. 4. No parking. 5. No near hotel for food. 6. No room service. 6. No safety.
