Good stay. Hotel was good. Close to city center. Staff professionalism varies. Rooms were clean. I was in a single room but my friends rooms caries alot it seems their is individuality in the each room and suite . Breakfast was decent and staff there were lovely Unfortunately there was no view from the rooms. Security lock in my room wasnt working honestly couldnt bother to complain. Soundproof was too poor. Some nights i couldn’t sleep because of slamming doors Grocery store near by and many nice restaurants within walking distance Tv channels can be improved with better english language entertainment channels

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Much appreciated Sophia.

Pour avoir fréquenté de nombreux hôtels à Erevan, je dois dire que mon choix cette année m' entièrement satisfait. Tous les critères Ibis sont réunis (literie de haute qualité, plages horaires large pour le petit déjeuner, isolation phonique, etc..). La véritable plus value c'est le professionnalisme des employés auquel s'ajoute une grande qualité d'écoute et d'efficacité. Qu'il s'agisse de la propreté et l'entretien quotidien des chambres, du choix, de la fraîcheur du petit déjeuner tout est au top. Mais la palme revient incontestablement à l'accueil où Christine et ses équipières francophones ont toujours la solution à apporter à nos questionnements. Je repars d'Arménie avec une certitude : je sais définitivement dans quel hôtel je résiderai lors de mes séjours à Erevan.

Vous vous rapprochez de l'hôtel pour vérifier votre chambre, et vous êtes entouré de Kind et de personnel attentif tout au long de l'hôtel. Ils vous font sentir à la maison, ils sourient tout le temps, ils vous servent avec grand respect et professionnalisme. Je ne peux pas dire assez sur ce qu'est un grand hôtel, pour les affaires ou pour les vacances personnelles.

The hotel was excellent and very well-located. The rooms were quite big and everything was very clean and tidy. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna (you must request the sauna be turned on before you want to use it) , and the area of the pool and sauna were clean and professionally maintained. The hotel offers breakfast, but some of the choices were a bit odd when compared to a western style breakfast. (Although there was always something on offer that I enjoyed.) The staff were also her friendly and accommodating of requests and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. Overall, I would strongly recommend staying here for a good experience in Yerevan.

Avec sa fille, la chambre est un grand lit avec balcon. L'hôtel a des produits de bains. Il a un bain tous les jours, un eau chaude et des pieds chauds, un savon, un bain de bains de bains de bains, 2 lits d'eau par jour. Le petit déjeuner, le restaurant a aussi de l'eau de boisson, prendre gratuitement, c'est mieux de penser, Il y a 2 œufs par jour. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon, les variétés sont riches, fruits, café, yogurt, soupe, œufs, etc., tous sont très délicieux. Le personnel de la réception est très enthousiaste et heureux d'aider les gens, c'est une expérience agréable de séjour.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, mais une maison d'hôpital arménien, où vous êtes toujours heureux jeunes et agréables, très beaux, bien éduqués et éduqués, bons et attentifs jeunes gars. En tant qu'expert en hôtel, j'ai vécu dans de nombreux hôtels au centre de Yerevan et quand j'étais à l'hôtel Sphere, qui est à ~3 km de la place de la République, j'avais peur de rester. Mais l'hôtel était adapté pour moi et territorial et à un prix, donc cette fois je me suis arrêté ici. Je voudrais noter que avec la vue sur une chambre modeste il y a un hôtel chic - confortable, frais, beaux, à petites chambres de pensée avec les lits les plus confortables (la madrague fournira le plus agréable et calme) et des meubles. L'intérieur et ses composants dans l'hôtel et dans les chambres - parcs, meubles, salle de bains et plomb, manteaux, serviettes, pantalons, minibar et le reste, c'est ce que chaque client a besoin - il n'est pas important qu'il soit un homme d'affaires ou un loisir. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont des sujets distincts, qui parlent tranquillement dans de nombreuses langues. Outre la table suédoise droite de plats chauds et de collations froides, légumes et fruits frais, coffres et douces, la jeune belle et très originale actrice Lilia, ou tout autre personnel du restaurant, Pour vous, Il va cuisiner du café aromatique à l'est et préparer un omlet comme vous le voulez. Après avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant environ 20 jours, nous savons maintenant exactement où nous allons séjourner la prochaine fois à Yerevan. Par ailleurs, marcher au cœur de Yerevan est exactement 35 minutes. Un remerciement séparé à Nareku, un jeune, mais très professionnel et client-orienté gestionnaire de vente du réseau Stellar Hotels.
