在這個城市，這樣的酒店算新一些的，看看其他地方的，價格又貴還不划算，服務挺好的，也很方便，吃住都不錯，以後來了還會住這裏

Staying at the hotel from April 25-30, 2024 for the Yerevan Marathon. We are staying at Room 301. They gave us a room with no AC. Complained about the AC issue since day 1 and no action was taken. Very very disappointed with the service and facilities. Would not recommend this.

The hotel was excellent and very well-located. The rooms were quite big and everything was very clean and tidy. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna (you must request the sauna be turned on before you want to use it) , and the area of the pool and sauna were clean and professionally maintained. The hotel offers breakfast, but some of the choices were a bit odd when compared to a western style breakfast. (Although there was always something on offer that I enjoyed.) The staff were also her friendly and accommodating of requests and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. Overall, I would strongly recommend staying here for a good experience in Yerevan.

Customer Service: Friendly and helpful staff can significantly enhance the overall experience. Cleanliness: A clean and well-maintained environment is crucial for comfort and satisfaction. Comfortable Accommodations: Comfortable beds, quality linens, and well-appointed rooms contribute to a positive stay. Amenities: Access to amenities such as a gym, pool, or spa can enhance the overall experience. Location: Proximity to attractions, restaurants, and convenient transportation can be a key factor. The standout feature of my stay was the genuinely friendly staff, whose warmth and attentiveness added a special touch to the entire experience.

Thank you so much, Nacho Hotel ❤️ My husband and I spent an amazing 12 days in the hotel and really enjoyed our time. The hotel is very clean, our room was convenient. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Especially thanks to the receptionists "Anushik, Anna, and Karen" they always helped us and responded to all our questions. the housekeepers were so cute and gave us all that we needed in our room. The doorbell "Alex" was very helpful. Amazing sauna and pool, WiFi was excellent and reachable My only comment would be on the food. There was no variety in breakfast, but overall, the food served was fresh and clean.
