Avis : Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista

Hotel was ok, clean with simple breakfast included. Tea and coffee available 24/7 at the lobby. Parking not included, charged at USD$27 with no alternative - no parking garage(s) within walking distance or street parking, luckily we only stayed 2 nights. Tried to get a receipt for the parking upon check out as they said it would be charged on my credit card I have on file for incidentals when we checked in but the lady said because I booked through Trip.com, I’d have to get it from them. This didn’t make sense and I tried to explain that I didn’t approve Trip.com to charge my credit card for parking, only to prepay for the room - the hotel had my credit card details and had also given me the parking slip to put in my car 🤦♀️. She kept saying she can’t give a receipt and Trip.com would send me one “eventually” and trying to send me away. She eventually “found” the parking receipt section on the computer and printed it conveniently after a line was forming with people wanting to check out behind me. It was quite strange; not sure if she just couldn’t be bothered dealing with printing a receipt, made me more persistent to get one in case there was an issue with payment in the future 🥴 We were on the same floor as the laundry mat (second floor) so can conveniently check if it was free.. Disadvantage was that it needs quarters but the coin machine doesn’t work so will have to go to front desk, who also ran out of quarters. Walked to Aloft and the hotel next to it - they also didn’t have quarters for exchange. We had enough quarters to do a load so went to dinner and then came back to use dryer (this time with plenty of quarter at hand). Detergent dispenser also not working so you’ll need to either BYO or can buy at front desk. Staff member said both been broken for a while, so much so that the detergent prices has increased a couple of times since lol! One of the dryers was not working during our stay too ☹️ finish doing laundry at 1:30am - lucky family and I were still battling jetlag. Few restaurants and shops nearby but with 3kids, we didn’t do the 15min trek, much more suitable to drive esp when we had the laundry timer to think about as there were people waiting to use it. Thank you for having us but this would most likely be the only time we’d stay at this hotel as there was not much offerings compared to other hotels for my family..

it was nice for the price. bed was clean but there was some red thing on the pillow. (i dont mind) toothpaste is provided upon request. room cleaning is not everyday but it was done 4 out of 5 nights. i would stay this hotel again if i come here. it was really cheap. breakfast was really nice

Clean very new and modern like a Marriott style. But I didn’t like they wanted us to pay a parking fee of $20-25! So bad and ridiculous hotel policy! Other hotels don’t charge for parking!!!!! And their breakfast was horrible! Only 3-4 kinds! And was gone and nobody’s replacing food!! Horrible experience we had.

Hotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

來Orlando首選，不管是到Disney 或Universal ，距離各個地點都方便非常習慣。早餐在北美飯店來說，算是相對豐富。

除了停車費，其他的都不錯。

物有所值，酒店設施比較老，乾淨衞生
