I think this is one of the 5 star hotels with the most accommodating and genuine service I’ve ever stayed. Kudos to Mr. Jack Cai (the front service manager) and Sam (the restaurant staff) who have been so helpful and handy whenever I needed help. Especially Mr. Jack because he gave me promotion for room upgrade and two boxes of moon cakes since I stayed over the mid autumn festival holiday. He also helped me to order buses, private cars to roam around, solved my issue in the pool, even accommodating my friends’ problem when they came over! He’s so well deserved to be promoted honestly. I have never seen impeccable service from no others even if I stayed at other luxurious hotels. My friends even told me that they wanted to stay at Hilton just because of his great service. Other than that, location is perfect since it’s just at the foot of the mountain and the cable car entrance is just behind the hotel. Indoor swimming pool is a bit cold for me. Breakfast spread is alright. I would definitely stay again next time with my family.
