The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and happy to give guidance on the local attractions. The hostel has a group chat to help meet others and arrange to share delicious meals - very friendly! The facilities are great - washing, drying and the bathrooms are spacious. The comunal areas are comfortable and clean and the individual bed has a little curtain you can close to create a private space. The hostel is close to some good breakfast restaurants and convenient for the east entrance to the park and public transport.

Everything was superb - it's 3min walk from the Wulingyuan Scenic Resort entrance, and less than 10min walk from the bus station to visit Tianmenshan/Grand Canyon. They kindly amended my booking to a double room with no issues-it was cheap, clean, had the usual amenities you would expect from any hotel, had a relaxed reception area to meet new people, and also a wonderful rooftop seating area on 5th floor. No lift but its only 4 floors anyway. I had such a great stay here, and met many new people. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit this wonderful region.

An excellent place to base yourself in Wulingyuan! 3 minute walk to the entrance of the park which your legs will thank you for after a long day hiking! The roof terrace is a cool little area to hang out and there are washing machines to use for quite cheap. The beds were really comfy and the towels were changed every day. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

The staff were very friendly. They helped with trip plans and even taught us how to make dumplings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop was a great place to hang out. It is located just down the road from the main entrance to the National Park, which made getting our plans underway everyday a breeze.

My friend and I stayed here when we were visiting the Zhangjiajie National Park. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the park's Eastern enterance which is super convienient. From the Eastern Entrance, you can catch the free bus to access Tianzi Shan, you can also take the Bailongshan Elevator that will take you to the most famous view points, including the First Bridge under Heaven and the Hallajuah Mountain. If you plan your routes well, it is possible to see all the different parts of the park by entering from the Eastern Enterance. The hotel itself is clean and has a friendly atmosphere -- we both felt very safe and welcome. There is a breakfast place just 20m down the street and plenty of options of places to eat during the evening, so you don't need to worry about being able to find food. There is also a small night market in the evenings where you can buy fruit and street food. The hotel can store your luggage for you so you don't need to worry about carrying it when you go hiking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about using the Zhangjiajie Eastern enterance.

+ Nice friendly service. Good location, very close to the park. We were alone in the hostel. - there was extremely cold in the room. Yes, we have air conditioning and electric blanket but it was not enough in the end of February (about 5-10 degrees above zero). Also there was a stink in the bathroom, it was difficult to stay there. Also the dryer didn’t work so our wet clothes stayed wet.

Very good stay ! The entrance of the park is very nearby, the hostel manager offer to book your ticket online, theses tickets are at a lower price than the ones sold on-site but you would need to book it 1 day prior entry for the Zhangjiajie National park and 4 days prior entry for the Tianmen Mountain.

Great location, 5 min to the entrance of the national park and 10 mins to the bus station where you can take the bus to tianmen mountain or the grand canyon(glass bridge). The host of this hotel was of great help during our stay, answered all our questions and booked all the tickets for us at a cheaper price than what we would have to pay if we purchased it ourselves. Also for the price, great room, comfortable bed and a nice big window to look to sit in front of and look outside when you arrive back from any of these sights in the late afternoon.
