Spacious and clean rooms. It is the closest hotel to the airport but is still 1.5-2km or a 30min walk from the airport. During reception hours from 7am to 11pm, you can book a hotel shuttle for AUD10. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and gave useful tips on parking and enjoying the sights in Hobart and around Tasmania. There is a AUD103 deposit that will be refunded to your card after check out.

La chambre était accueillante. Le propriétaire est super sympa, le petit déjeuner et le café faits maison sont à mon goût, et me recommande également un superbe voyage. Rentable! Grey est toujours satisfait !

Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La chambre était grande et nous avons reçu des nettoyages quotidiens. Le mur de la salle de bains était un peu de pensée, comme nous pouvions entendre les gens à côté de la porte, mais la salle était complètement bien - ne pouvait pas entendre quelque chose. We enjoyed our time in the hotel. We are getting holiday feel. While revolving restaurant on the top floor, we also enjoyed the silence next to the CBD. Buffet breakfast is average

Nous avons réservé deux chambres (4 personnes) pour assister à une réception, puis nous sommes retournés à l'hôtel pour prendre un repas. Nulle part sur le site Web ou lors de la réservation, il n'est mentionné qu'il n'y a PAS de restaurant ou de bar ouvert le dimanche (petit déjeuner jusqu'à 9h30, mais uniquement annoncé dans l'hôtel lui-même). Pas de télévision par satellite (comme mentionné sur le site Web). Si j'avais su qu'il n'y avait pas de nourriture disponible le dimanche, j'aurais réservé dans un autre hôtel à Launceston. Merci

Extremely Terrible Experience – Inhumane & Unacceptable Service I am writing this review to strongly condemn this hotel’s extremely cold-blooded and unethical service, and to warn all travelers never to stay here. 1. Inhumane treatment of an elderly guest with serious health conditions Check-out time is 10:00 AM, which is already unreasonably early. It was raining heavily that day, with nowhere to go. My father, nearly 70 years old, with 3 heart stents and long-term hypertension, felt unwell and exhausted from the trip, and desperately needed to rest longer. I communicated politely multiple times and even offered to pay extra to extend check-out until 12:00 noon, but was ruthlessly refused every time. I had already checked out one of the two rooms early; I only asked to keep one room for my father to rest. The staff were extremely harsh, rigid, and totally lacking in empathy. They only allowed a 1-hour extension until 11:00 AM, and spoke to me in a very severe and accusatory tone, as if we had committed a mistake. 2. Severe service failure upon check-in I had asked Ctrip to inform the hotel 3 DAYS in advance that I booked two rooms, one requiring twin beds. However, I still had to wait 2 FULL HOURS for them to rearrange the beds on the day of check-in. 3. Extremely poor value for money I spent over HK$9,000 for two rooms for one night, only to receive zero care and respect for an elderly guest with serious medical conditions. This hotel has no compassion, no service ethics, no humanity. Absolutely unacceptable. Strongly NOT recommended. 极差体验 —— 冷漠无情、毫无医德的服务 我写这条评价，是为了强烈谴责这家酒店极其冷血、毫无职业道德的服务，并警告所有旅客千万不要入住。 1. 对高龄重病长辈冷漠无情 酒店退房时间为上午10点，本就远早于大多数酒店。 当天下大雨，无处可去。 我父亲年近70岁，心脏装有3个支架，长期高血压，旅途劳累身体不适，急需多休息。 我多次礼貌沟通，甚至主动提出付费延到12点退房，均被无情拒绝。 我已经提前退掉一间房，只希望保留一间让父亲休息。 工作人员态度极其强硬、冷漠、毫无同理心。 最终只勉强同意延到11点，且语气严厉、态度恶劣，仿佛我们犯了错。 2. 入住服务严重失职 我已提前3天通过携程明确要求：两间房，其中一间为双床房。 结果入住当天仍被迫等待2小时，酒店才临时拆分床铺。 3. 性价比极差、体验恶劣 我一晚两间房共消费9000多港币，却换来对高龄病患客人的无视与不尊重。 这家酒店毫无同情心、毫无服务底线、毫无人情味。 完全无法接受，强烈不推荐！

Après la montagne. La chaleur de la montagne est chaude, ne soyez pas trop confortable. La maison de bois unique, la chambre n'est pas petite, le lit a un chauffage électrique. Le service est bon, il a ouvert le chauffage précoce, la neige est grande hors de la maison, la maison est chaude. Les choses à cuisiner sont également complètes, mais la cuisine doit être propre. Il y aura aussi des petits animaux à l'extérieur du balcon, très somnolent. La montagne de basket ne vit pas assez d'une nuit, il faut organiser plus de deux nuits ~

The hotel service was excellent, the location was perfect, and the parking was very convenient. The room was very stylish, with automatic curtains and many thoughtful features that made the stay very comfortable. The restaurant was also very good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience

Overall, great stay. Rooms were spacious, with separate kitchen and living area. We were able to cook and enjoy our dinner. Separate shower room from toilet. Only issue was the toilet - light wasn't working.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.
