Bon en général, il suffit d'être un peu plus propre. Il est aussi assez loud à la nuit. Vous pouvez entendre un bruit fort chaque fois que quelqu'un ouvre sa porte, ce qui est vraiment perturbant. Quelqu'un devrait certainement regarder dans cela. Sinon, c'est un endroit agréable

La navette est sur réservation, il est donc garanti que vous aurez une place.
Il y a un micro-ondes dans notre chambre, parfait pour réchauffer les aliments que nous avons achetés à l'épicerie pour le petit-déjeuner.

This was my first time staying here and booking through trip.com. Everything was great effortless and booking and checking in. The beds were comfy and the shower is big enough for two people. The Chinese food in the Casino while watch the hockey game was great. Also the braised beef short rib Benny was a delicious start to Mother’s Day. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully hit the hot tub next time for sure.

C'est parfait pour les voyageurs seuls car vous pouvez séjourner à un prix raisonnable.
Le petit-déjeuner était plus varié que ce à quoi je m'attendais, mais il n'est ouvert que de 8h00 à 10h00, donc selon l'heure, il peut y avoir du monde et il se peut qu'il n'y ait pas de place disponible.
L'espace cuisine est petit par rapport au nombre d'invités, alors ne présumez pas que vous pourrez l'utiliser à l'heure que vous souhaitez.
De plus, on peut emprunter des serviettes, mais lorsque j'ai appelé la réception après le soir de ma douche, je n'ai pas pu les emprunter car il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes.
La chambre et le lit étaient encore plus beaux que ce à quoi je m'attendais ! Cependant, j'étais préoccupé par les déchets et les restes de nourriture laissés par les autres clients.
Je pense que le prix et l'emplacement étaient bons, et le personnel était gentil, donc je le recommanderais dans l'ensemble à ceux qui ont l'habitude de voyager !

The room was clean, comfortable bed and good coffee. However the shuttle only runs once every hour which was strange for a hotel only a 10 minute drive from the airport and not convenient for some flight times. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was included but you had to order off of the menu. There was no quick buffet and we didn’t have time to sit down and wait to be served. When we said okay, can we just get a coffee to go we were told it was 3.00. And most importantly, you could hear air traffic throughout the night.

Always stay at the Ramada Hotel, before flying up to work. Room rates are usually well under $100.00 all in and free shuttle to and from Airport. Food at Restaurant is very tasty and updates are improving..Shower temps and faucets in tub could be improved but still work..Would also be nice to have extra late checkout for returning regular guests. Would reccomend to anyone!

SSyed MMon mari, mon fils et moi avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité des restaurants, du centre-ville et de l'aéroport. L'hôtel est très propre, tout comme notre chambre et la salle de bain. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le parc aquatique, la piscine et le jacuzzi étaient un atout majeur, particulièrement apprécié par mon fils de 7 ans. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour nous garer. Pour plus de sécurité, l'ascenseur fonctionne également avec la carte magnétique de la chambre. Je recommande cet hôtel. Cependant, la chambre ne disposait pas de micro-ondes et le petit-déjeuner n'est pas inclus.

HhongpowerIl prend environ 20 minutes à Uber de l'aéroport d'Edmonton. Le coût était d'environ 33 $. Il y a également un restaurant coréen à proximité, mais pas une distance de marche .... Tous les horaires ont été réglés par Uber. Le son de la climatisation dans la chambre .... Il était si grand ... Je me suis désactivé et je me suis couché quand je dormais.

IInvitéWe chose this hotel at random while driving down the highway. We were VERY glad that we did. The following day, we kept congratulating ourselves on the great choice.
It was very easy easy to get to off the highway. But yet it was protected from the busy highway noise.
The staff were absolutely 5-Star. Every single individual that we encountered, both hotel and restaurant, seemed to be genuinely friendly and professional. Specail shout-out to: Jei, Jasmeen, and Maltin. ( hopefully i got the correct names)
We used the pool in the evening, and it was a surprisingly nice facility for the price of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed it until an excessively noisy family showed up with undisciplined kids. But that's not on the hotel.
I don't know why the restaurant was empty because it was exceptionally good food and good service. Even the breakfast buffet was far above most free breakfasts that are on offer.
The guestrooms were very quiet (even the a/c fan was quiet). Beds were comfortable. Good quality linens, pillows and towels. Beds were especially comfortable and seemed new. Carpet looked new.
The only thing I might suggest for the rooms is that they might add a floor lamp to improve the lighting. Also, they might think about bringing up the quality of bathroom amenities to current trend in higher quality in larger affixed bottles instead of small disposables
It's obvious that they're gradually upgrading an older property and haven't gotten to the hallway paint yet. But that doesn't affect the guestrooms experience.
I highly recommend this property.

IInvitéNot our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today!
It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so
minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered.
Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card.
Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge.
“No apologies or thank you for staying with us”.
Disappointing.
Side note - Service in the casino was great - including the restaurant.

AAMissGrand hôtel. Vous avez pris la chambre la plus cher possible pour ma sœur de venir avec le hubby et je voulais notre propre vie privée. Elle a eu la chambre de lit unique de la reine. C'était vraiment gentil. La valeur pour l'argent était exceptionnelle et le petit déjeuner était fantastique!

. I am writing to complain the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.
