An amazing perfect stay with a disappointment experience because of one Front Office Staff ”Chi*ra Bu**her”. If you would like to visit Engelberg, I would really recommend this hotel, the only thing about this hotel is it is not so flexible with some rules and services. INCIDENT! We only stayed for one night in this beautiful hotel, we reached out the FO for late check out, and we paid 90CHF for the late check out (3:00PM) because we went for a ski and we'll be back later. When we arrived around 3:15PM to the hotel, and would like to extend it little bit because we would like to clean our selves and pass by one of the spot. I asked one of the FO and asked them if the late check out consist of until what late, the one guy responded that it is 18:00- To be honest someone from a HORECA, I know as well that usually when you pay for a late check out, it is until late afternoon. But this Front Office Staff ”Chi*ra Bu**her butt in and says the 90 CHF that we pay is only for until 3:00 PM. Thats it! Because before everything as well the guy informed us that every hour of extend should be 10CFH I respect this. Now we asked again so the 90 CHF that we paid is for how many hours. She just said 30CHF per hour. (I hope you know better how to explain things as a professional FO I expected alot as SWISS is really known for best hotel school.) Usually in my knowledge late check out is calculated based on the 50% of your hotel price but yeah maybe it is wrong what I know but I cannot accept how she did it. Not professional. Was planning already to go back here every year before the day of our check out before the incident but yeah for now change of plan.

這次在龍疆（Lungern）的住宿體驗，最讓我驚喜的便是酒店的“黃金選址”——緊鄰龍疆火車站（Lungern Station），出站幾步即達，徹底免去拖着行李找路的麻煩；步行至龍疆湖邊僅需10分鐘，沿途還能順帶感受小鎮的清新景緻。更貼心的是，附近的Volg小超市距離極近，買水、零食或應急日用品都超級方便。 酒店的房間雖普遍偏小，但佈局緊湊合理，日常起居完全足夠使用，不會有擁擠侷促感。值得重點誇讚的是早餐裏的可頌，外皮酥脆掉渣，內裏鬆軟有層次，口感超棒，每次都忍不住多拿一個。 整體而言，其位置優勢完美適配短途旅行需求，對於計劃在龍疆停留一兩天、想輕鬆打卡湖景與小鎮風情的旅行者來説，絕對是理想之選，非常推薦給來龍疆短途遊玩的朋友們。 What surprised me most about this stay in Lungern was the hotel's ”golden location”—it is right next to Lungern Station, just a few steps away after getting off the train, completely eliminating the trouble of dragging luggage to find the place. It only takes a 10-minute walk to Lungern Lake, and you can also enjoy the fresh scenery of the town along the way. Even more convenient, the nearby Volg convenience store is extremely close, making it super easy to buy water, snacks or daily necessities for emergencies. Although the hotel rooms are generally small, the layout is compact and reasonable, which is fully sufficient for daily living without a cramped feeling. What deserves special praise is the croissant in the breakfast—it has a crispy, crumbly outer layer and a soft, layered interior with an excellent taste, so I can't help but take one more each time. Overall, its location advantage is perfectly suitable for short trips. For travelers planning to stay in Lungern for one or two days and want to easily visit the lake view and the town's style, it is definitely an ideal choice. I highly recommend it to friends who come to Lungern for a short visit.

L'hôtel le plus satisfait de la Suisse, Ingburg est la ville préférée. La prochaine fois, je vais vous rendre à l'hôtel. Vous allez marcher dans la ville et la montagne sera très confortable. J'ai préparé le dîner, fait très raffiné, l'argent doux est inclus, le restaurant joue au piano chaque soir.

Simple but nice. Located close to the train station. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast was good.

Booked for management team for business trip. Should be near to business district. No complain so assume it’s good.

L'hôtel est situé juste à l'extérieur de la gare avec un arrêt de bus (ski) et, heureusement, l'hôtel dispose de fenêtres de prouver son. L'hôtel est très rénové et garde son patrimoine. Le parking est 15 minutes à pied, ce qui est bon. The management has chosen to implement 2G rule (German shortening for vaccinated/recovered), although according Federal Covid-19 order, this only applies for hotel's restaurant/bar. This should be more clearly stated on the booking site.

Très gentil personnel. Excellent et original petit déjeuner avec de beaux cafés, fromage de montagne et birchermuesli. Très confortable et très bien situé.

近火車站，交通便利。早攴品種豐富，店員態度好。方便去鐵力士山，盧塞恩45分鐘車程。房間乾淨，愉快的旅程。但價格也不算便宜。

Le meilleur hôtel de choix! Si vous allez à mt titlis,résident ici est un must. Charme suisse est 100% réveillé dans les Alpes, 360 degrés. Petit déjeuner étonnant. Hôte est grand et agréable. Avoir le meilleur sommeil. Comfortable lits. Perfect!
