Hôtels avec avec Wi-Fi à Gansu, Chine

We are a family of two adults and two young children travelling with my in laws staying at a room with loft and a twins deluxe for 6 consecutive nights (had to extend the stay for 2 nights due to unforeseen circumstances). In our opinion, this hotel definitely fits into the 5 star rating category though not sure why the rating is marked as only 3 stars on trip.com. All staff that we interacted with at concierge, reception, restaurant, housekeeping and lounge were eager to help, professional and friendly. Housekeeping recognised my in laws has mobility issue and protectively provided additional accessibility facilities for their room. The rooms are modernly designed, spacious and clean. The gym is well equipped and the swimming pool has been excellently maintained, with water temperature that's just perfect. There's also a fairly hidden kids playing area (not very big) which the kids enjoyed spending ages at. Breakfast choices are diverse with local, broader Chinese and typical Western options available. Signature LanZhou noodles soup is a must every morning. For travellers not intending to dine out at night, we highly recommend paying a little bit extra for a room with club access as the light dinner it provides with the room is well worth the money. Overall, we had a very positive experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. With that said, here are a few areas that we are not used to, which are common issues across hotels in China: 1. There is cigarette smell at various parts of the hotel. While this is not a constant issue, I personally have expected there's absolutely no such unpleasant smell at all throughout our entire stay (for a hotel that we deem to be 5 stars). In our mind, perhaps there can be better room allocation based on smoking and non smoking floors, and stricter enforcement of no smoking policy near common areas where there can be smoke drift. The reception area in particular is a hot spot for cigarette smell. 2. For visitors like us travelling from overseas, the rooms' air-conditioning setting are just too warm for us. As the heat setting was centrally controlled, we couldn't change it to a setting that kept the room to a temperature of low 20s. We ended up just completely switching them off and the hotel provided us with a separate cool air generating machine which helped to a degree. 3. For our initial booking of 4 nights, we were somewhat disappointed our loft room does not have the river view (noting that the room booking type for loft rooms made no distinction to river or city view, so we had assumed all rooms have river view). With all that said, we believe the first two issues are probably not unique to this hotel specifically in China, and the last issue can probably be resolved by making our expectation clear during booking, which makes this hotel still one of the best in the area.

J'ai trouvé cet hôtel en ligne car j'avais un vol tôt et j'en ai été très satisfait. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Le réveil a été rapide et le transfert depuis l'aéroport a été rapide, efficace et rapide. J'étais très satisfait et je réserverais à nouveau dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois. La photo ci-dessous montre le coucher de soleil à l'entrée de l'hôtel. C'est magnifique.

The hotel fulfilled all requirements I have for a base from where I can explore the sights in and around town. The only strange thing, which I didn't count to much was, that I ordered the room with breakfast (at least does the check-in voucher from trip say, that I get a breakfast) but there was no breakfast. I asked at the reception, where breakfast is and they said, in the entrance room of the hotel some thing (I don't remember what) is offered. There are some nice places to sit, but the only thing I saw was, that you could make some tea. Since I left on the first day early to visit Binblingsi, I didn't see whether other guests had their breakfast there, the next day I saw nobody. Despite I am a westerner I usually like the chinese type of breakfast at chinese hotels, so I eat the same like the chinese guests and don't need western breakfast when on holidays in China.

Les propriétaires de l'établissement sont très gentils et fournissent toutes les informations nécessaires pour manger et vivre dans la ville. On a aussi fait le parc Danxia avec leur services de taxi. C'était bien plus économique. La chambre était très bien !et l'établissement est très beau. Je recommande !

不錯的一次住宿。淡季。天水哪兒（旅遊）人都少。民宿酒店在古城裡麪。裝修特色。樓下就是各種吃食。水做了無冷水處理。冬天也是即開即熱。暖氣很足。好像是中央空調。不吵。房間大。衞生好。待客積極。伏羲廟就在旁邊不遠。注意一下停車問題。附近有兩個地下車庫。一個古城停車場，一個是崔家巷停車場。奇怪的是民宿給我的定位，我頭天晚上開到崔家巷停好。走的時候同樣的定位把我帶到另一個停車場了（古城）。好像古城要近一點點。總之都不太遠。最好問清楚。直接聯繫店家。我是晚上7點左右剛進天水管家主動聯繫我的。如果是旅遊，推薦入住！

C'est mon deuxième séjour à l'hôtel Hilton et j'ai l'impression que le service ici est très enthousiaste, tant à la réception qu'au service en chambre ! La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné cette fois-ci a été surclassée et je pouvais voir le lever du soleil dans la chambre. C'était génial. C'était très inconfortable à cause de la météo lorsque je voyageais du sud au nord. La dame du service d'entretien m'a même envoyé un humidificateur. Extraordinairement chaud !  Craquez pour le thé de l'après-midi au 51ème étage, le tiramisu est tellement délicieux, bravo !

Excellent location, 5 min taxi distance of Tianshuinan train station. Hotel staff, in particular the front desk gentleman was very helpful with planning our trip to Maijishan Grottoes. Room has Philips tv so we could connect our laptop with a HDMI cable and watch western movie. If you visit Maijishan, the taxi to the visitor center is ¥40, sometimes fixed fee ¥60, no more. It is 30 minutes from the hotel. At the visitor center you purchase tickets. We preordered them with the help of the front desk but it turned out that was not needed, there are enough tickets out of mayor high season. From the visitor center you take the bus to the grottoes. If you have time, purchase special tickets for private entrance to some of the more special grottoes. The regular visit takes appr 2 hours. The hotel has a washing area, very convenient and an excellent breakfast.

La chambre était propre et équipée de tout ce qu'on avait besoin. Le service fourni par tout le personnel, de la réception à la maison et la zone de petit déjeuner, était de façon constante gentille et professionnelle. Un grand avantage était les installations de lavage à ses propres services, qui nous ont permis de laver nos vêtements convenablement. Le petit déjeuner buffet est un autre point de vue : tout était frais et délicieux, et nous avons vraiment aimé le rencontrer quelques nouveaux plats pour la première fois! La location est excellente, juste à côté de la station.

Mes chers, je ne peux m'empêcher de vous parler de cet hôtel cinq étoiles ! Dès mon arrivée dans le hall, j'ai été subjuguée par son luxe et sa grandeur. Le sol en marbre étincelait, les lustres en cristal brillaient de mille feux, me donnant l'impression d'être dans un palais. Les chambres étaient encore plus ravissantes. Spacieuses et lumineuses, elles étaient décorées avec une touche à la fois chaleureuse et élégante. Les salles de bain disposaient même d'une douche et de toilettes séparées. Et je tiens tout particulièrement à souligner la qualité du service. Chaque membre du personnel était incroyablement attentionné et prévenant, toujours à l'écoute des besoins des clients. La restauration de l'hôtel était également exceptionnelle. Le choix au petit-déjeuner était impressionnant et tout était absolument délicieux. Ce séjour a été tout simplement parfait et j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner ! Je le recommande vivement à tous ; vous devez absolument en faire l'expérience. Son emplacement est incroyablement pratique pour se déplacer ! 💯

J'ai séjourné ici deux nuits. Les chambres sont de taille convenable, le petit-déjeuner correct et les draps propres et confortables. La navette aéroport fonctionne 24h/24 et 7j/7 et le personnel était serviable.
