A lovely hotel traditional hotel in the old town - it even has a Wroclaw Dwarf outside. Clean hotel with friendly staff and excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Highly recommended

Amazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

Nous avons dormi très bien, et c'est ce qui nous a été le plus important.
L'hôtel est arrivé dans les années, mais a tout ce qu'on attend à part un minibar. Très propre et calme. L'entrée et la sortie ont été très rapides et aimables, donne un plus absolu pour cela.
Le prix/service était absolument adapté pour nous. Et comme je l'ai dit, nous avons dormi très bien.

La chambre est propre mais très petite. Les fenêtres ne pouvaient pas être ouvertes et les filtres d'air conditionnés sont très probablement bloqués parce que la chambre a une odeur désagréable.
C'est bon pour un séjour.

Нормальное место. Сочетание цены, качества и местоположения. Да далековато от главного вокзала, но центральная часть рядом, автобус до аэропорта рядом. Номера чистые.
Есть опрятная чистая кухня со столовой, место для глажки вещей.
Странный цвет полотенец -серый. Мне постоянно казалось, что полотенца кто-то с чём-то чёрным постирал.

Nous n'avons pas eu de bon petit déjeuner cette fois. Beaucoup mais pas de qualité particulière. Les œufs étaient de 6h du matin, il était 9h00 non plus comestible ... un petit déjeuner a besoin de penser à l'objet. Mais nous avons bien dormi et nous reviendrons certainement.

UUtilisateur anonymeOur stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

KKasper KasperThe first thing to point out is the great location: right in the heart of the city, in front of Wrocław's iconic town hall (visible from the windows of the ”common room” on the 3rd floor, see my photos). Despite the area being almost constantly busy with tourists, we didn't hear any noise from our room, which faced the inner courtyard. The room, on the 2nd floor, was tiny but sufficient. The common kitchen is equipped with a fridge. The showers are of push-button type, each dose annoyingly short, and the cabins are small and have no clothes hangers. You need a strategy to avoid your things get wet, or keep them outside the cabin. No elevators in the building. The whole place (except the classy common room) is slightly shabby and could be tidier and cleaner, but it is a clean and decent hostel overall. Upon checking out, we were able to keep our luggage in the hostel until the evening, for which we are very grateful.

Breakfast area really small (only a few tables available for eating plus a few sofas with coffee tables; definitely not good for the amount of people/rooms) and not comfortable either (peaple squeeze to move anywhere near buffet), but breakfast itself was tasty.
