« J'écris rarement des avis, mais cette fois-ci, je me dois d'en écrire un. Je suis arrivé au B&B presque minuit et ils m'ont surclassé en chambre familiale. Malgré la grande cour intérieure, l'insonorisation était excellente. Au moins, je n'ai entendu aucun bruit à mon réveil, presque neuf heures du matin. La réception était très sympathique et m'a indiqué où manger le soir, et m'a même prêté un vélo électrique ! Mon séjour a été très agréable 👍 »

Nous l'avons signalé et ils nous ont demandé de vérifier. Ils l'ont retrouvé ! Ils nous ont également expliqué comment utiliser le mini-programme pour acheter nos billets d'entrée. Ils ont été vraiment aux petits soins. J'espère y retourner si l'occasion se présente.
Nous avons commandé des forfaits à l'hôtel et nous les avons tous reçus. Il y a de nombreux restaurants juste en bas de l'hôtel. Ils ont gardé nos bagages pendant nos visites. »

« C'était mon endroit préféré lors de mon séjour à Kashgar et Taskuergan.
Le propriétaire est vraiment très accueillant et sympathique !
L'arrivée s'est faite sans problème pour les étrangers, et l'emplacement était idéal, près de la rue gastronomique et de Seokdujeong.
L'endroit était propre, et le salon commun au premier étage était parfaitement équipé.
Je n'ai pas eu le temps de rester avec eux, mais chaque soir, les amis chinois qui logeaient à l'auberge me proposaient de les rejoindre.
On se serait cru dans une maison d'hôtes sur l'île de Jeju.
Si j'avais eu plus de temps, j'aurais adoré rester plus longtemps et explorer davantage Taskuergan.
Je le recommande vivement ! »

La chambre était bien équipée, avec notamment une salle de mah-jong, à laquelle nous avons même joué. Cependant, le siège automatique des toilettes ne semblait pas fonctionner. J'ai aussi eu un petit incident : j'ai perdu ma bague, ce qui a été un véritable choc. J'ai cherché partout et je l'ai finalement retrouvée, mais c'était de ma faute. 😢 Le quartier est très bien équipé, juste à côté de la bouche de métro. Il est à un arrêt du Grand Bazar, où l'on trouve des centres commerciaux et des snacks. Il y a aussi un délicieux restaurant de nouilles de riz Lingling juste à côté ! »

Tony est un hôte très investi pour notre bien être, qui parle anglais parfaitement, il est tjrs enthousiaste pour partager sa sagesse et discuter de la vie, de la Chine et notamment du Tibet.
Les volontaires sont adorables, serviables et très pro. L'hostel est propre, les chambres sont hyper confortables - les lits cocons sont spacieux, il y a des prises, une lampe et une tablette dans chacun, tout le monde dispose d'un grand casier sécurisé.
Il y a un espace cuisine bien équipé, avec un grand frigo.
L'emplacement est parfait, proche du quartier des 6 rues en étoiles et au calme. »

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wanda Moment in Tashkurgan, and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! This hotel truly embraces high technology while providing exceptional comfort and cleanliness.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the well-equipped facilities. The gym and billiards room were fantastic, and the laundry facilities made my stay even more convenient. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right.
One standout feature was the attention to guest comfort. The room was equipped with an oxygen machine and a humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch given the dry climate in the area. However, I did notice that there was no air conditioning, just heating. I highly recommend opening the window to let in some fresh air; it made a significant difference in my comfort level.
Overall, Wanda Moment is a remarkable hotel that exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return!

IInvitéSi vous recherchez un séjour inoubliable alliant la beauté de la nature au confort d'un hôtel cinq étoiles, ne cherchez pas plus loin que Shire Stargazing Ultimate Glamping. Ils ont véritablement sublimé le concept de glamping (contraction de « glamour » et « camping ») sous tous ses aspects.
Dès notre arrivée, l'hospitalité et le service du personnel étaient non seulement comparables à ceux des plus grands hôtels cinq étoiles, mais les surpassaient même. Ne parlant pas chinois, j'étais un peu anxieux au départ, mais l'équipe s'est mise en quatre pour me mettre immédiatement à l'aise. Leurs sourires radieux et leur chaleur humaine étaient vraiment touchants. Ce qui m'a le plus ému ? Ils se sont constamment assurés que ma fiancée, végétarienne, ne manquait de rien et qu'elle avait de quoi se régaler à chaque repas. Ce niveau d'attention m'a profondément touché. Ils ont même porté mes lourds bagages jusqu'à la chambre ! ❤️
Activités (payantes et gratuites) :
Il est possible de faire de l'équitation avec le moniteur sur place – je recommande vivement (cette activité est payante). Parmi les activités gratuites, vous trouverez une balançoire géante (qui rappelle celle des prairies de Kalajun), du tir à l'arc et de magnifiques animaux paisibles : deux agneaux incroyablement mignons, une vache, plusieurs chevaux et un adorable petit chien qui vous accueillera chaleureusement. Si vous êtes timide avec les animaux, rassurez-vous : ce sont des créatures extrêmement calmes et tranquilles qui ne s'approcheront que si vous les appelez.
Nourriture : 10/10. Ma fiancée a déclaré que c'était le meilleur repas qu'elle ait mangé dans tout le Xinjiang. Préparé par les merveilleux Ah Po et Ah Gong, chaque plat avait le goût d'un bon repas fait maison avec amour par des grands-parents. Il y a aussi un charmant petit café (mais nous n'y avons pas pris de café ; nous étions trop émerveillés par tout ce qui nous entourait).
Confort des chambres : C'est là que l'établissement excelle vraiment. Climatisation, chauffage, lit douillet et confortable, rideaux occultants pour admirer les étoiles, réfrigérateur, sèche-cheveux, miroir éclairé, toilettes chauffées – et une propreté impeccable. Nous avons dormi comme des bébés.
Et enfin… l’observation des étoiles.
C’est précisément pour cela que j’ai choisi cet endroit. Nous sommes restés éveillés jusqu’à 3 h du matin, complètement hypnotisés par un ciel étoilé comme je n’en avais jamais vu. Je laisse les photos que j’ai mises en ligne parler d’elles-mêmes. 😁 (J’ai ajouté les réglages que j’ai utilisés sur mon iPhone pour prendre les photos : trépied, mode nuit, pose de 30 secondes avec ajustement de l’exposition et ProRAW activé).
Merci à Shire Stargazing Ultimate Glamping pour cette expérience vraiment magique. Nous avons hâte de revenir ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous les couples et familles.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs.
The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though.
The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark.
At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free.
Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality.
There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff).
We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal.
We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient.
We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality!

J'étais bloqué au retrait des bagages, mais ils ont pris contact avec le chauffeur pour qu'il m'attende (par l'intermédiaire du personnel de Trip.com, très réactif et serviable). Mon téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et ils m'ont aidé à commander à manger.
La navette aéroport part toutes les heures, et non toutes les demi-heures.
