La chambre est plutôt bien, avec un canapé-lit et un grand lit. Elle est très spacieuse pour moi et mon fils.
La variété du petit-déjeuner est très copieuse. C'est 16 euros pour les adultes et moitié prix pour les enfants, je pense que c'est une bonne affaire.
Le fait est que nous pouvons préparer nos propres repas, mais nous sommes trop paresseux pour manger dehors.
Il y a un micro-ondes, donc c'est très pratique pour réchauffer les aliments lorsque les enfants ont faim.
Juste une suggestion, pourriez-vous envisager de réduire le prix de l'eau😝

La chambre est très propre, la fenêtre est très propre, je vois les photos à l'extérieur de la fenêtre, la position géographique est excellente, vous pouvez aller au supermarché de la gare, acheter des choses au restaurant, en particulier le dimanche, le magasin est également opérationnel, le train est très pratique, le petit déjeuner peut être plus varié,

Nous avons passé un très beau week-end avec notre chien sur les esters. Les employés sont très aimables, le petit déjeuner est diversifié et la situation est de haut. Un très beau parc à marcher et la chaleur à côté. Dans le domaine de la beauté de l'hôtel, nous étions une fois, quand beaucoup d'enfants étaient là, beaucoup de cris sans fin. Les parents n'ont rien dit, totalement inconnu. Pas si relaxant pour les couples. Il serait préférable d'introduire des règles en matière de retraites.

On doit faire l'entrée et personne n'est là nuit.
J'aurais attendu un hôtel propre pour ce prix. Il n'était pas complètement sale, mais il était fou à trouver. Dans la salle de bain, dans les coins et dans le hall, il y avait des points dans le tapis. Les gestionnaires n'ont pas le temps ou il n'y a pas assez de gestionnaires.

Cet hôtel est superbe. Son emplacement est idéal pour Europa Park/Rulantica, avec un arrêt de bus juste au coin de la rue pour s'y rendre facilement. La chambre était fantastique, très propre et dotée d'excellents équipements. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Je le recommande vivement et y séjournerai à nouveau sans hésiter.

La position à côté des voies du train est bonne à proximité de la gare et c'est aussi mauvais, car il y a du bruit de train et il n'est pas une très belle zone que nous disons. Par ailleurs, l'étude de 21m2 était très bien équipée avec une petite cuisine très complète (même une petite lave-vaisselle), lit, table et salle de bains. Pour ce qui est, le prix est assez élevé mais il était impossible de trouver ce type d'hébergement dans l'environnement de Heidelberg à ces dates et ce qui était disponible était encore plus cher, donc il a parfaitement répondu à nos besoins pendant les deux des semaines que nous avons désespérément besoin d'un endroit pour héberger mon fils universitaire avant de pouvoir occuper son appartement partagé avec des étudiants. Entrée et sortie autonome, service de nettoyage une fois par semaine, lave-vaisselle à payer dans le bâtiment, supermarchés dans l'environnement. Recommandable pour des séjours courts (au prix) surtout si des voyages de train sont envisagés à partir de Mannheim

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick.
The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise.
The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes.
The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out.
Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes and freshly brewed coffee, everything was delicious and well-prepared. I also had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner one evening, and the quality of the food and presentation truly exceeded my expectations.
The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-maintained and equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing – a perfect spot to unwind. I also noticed the hotel offered a business center and several meeting rooms, which would be ideal for corporate travelers.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding in every way. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, convenient location, and great amenities made my trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [City/Destination], whether for business or leisure. I am already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

IInvitéAll in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer.
It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.

JJadesandhuThe most perfect hotel for a 2 night trip to Baden-Baden. A super cool hotel in a brilliant location near to the thermal baths, shops and restaurants, parks and bus stops to the airport and Merkur (amongst other must visit attractions).
I cannot fault this hotel at all and we were blown away by how great it was. Every detail was considered and executed perfectly. I was expecting a budget experience from the incredible price paid but there is nothing budget about it at all!
Our room was spotless, the perfect size and very comfortable. Super comfy beds with heavy down duvet and 2 different sized pillows for each person. Soft fresh towels and good quality toiletries in the bathroom. Perfect well considered lighting throughout the room. Ample storage and hangers. Clothes steamer, hairdryer, kettle, safe and coffee machine in the room. Good power shower with 3 settings. We had a roadside room and experienced no noise at all.
Check in and check out (which isn’t until 12noon which was so handy!) was super easy and quick and the hotel accommodated us a little early which was very kind. Super cool lounge area with a vending machine to access drinks and snacks.
We didn’t use this service (as we didn’t find out until our last day) but the hotel reception is able to hire plug adapters if you need and had umbrellas and bathing bags should you want it to visit the spas. The gym was accessible 24 hours but again we didn’t use. We did use the luggage storage room which is secure and free which is perfect!
I cannot recommend Tribe enough!!

SSUSAN TOMIf we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service.
The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had.
Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room.
The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that.
The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.

IInvitéHotel Pros- Funky dans un emplacement central. Vous pouvez marcher au centre-ville. Très proche de U6 tram qui va directement à l'aéroport. Résider à la chambre 520 pour la nuit. La chambre était spacieuse avec des lumières lumineuses. Le lit était grand et confortable. Le personnel est jeune et énergique.
Cons - petit déjeuner manque de variétés. Envoyez un message au personnel via tablette/ipad fourni dans la chambre mais pas de réponse.

WWee LoonL'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la gare principale, ce qui est la raison principale pour laquelle j'ai choisi cet hôtel, car je ne voulais pas transporter mes valises de grands porte-parole vers la vieille ville.
Nous sommes arrivés à environ 14 h mais on m'a dit que je ne pouvais pas vérifier « tôt » car les chambres sont toujours en nettoyage. Goûtez que l'hôtel n'est pas aussi flexible pour permettre un contrôle « précoce » dans 🫠 OK alors nous avons stocké notre bagage et nous sommes allés à la vieille ville d'abord. Le personnel aurait pu nous dire aussi que nous pourrions profiter du transport gratuit dans la ville si nous nous rejoignons aux H Rewards quand il nous a dit comment aller à la vieille ville en « achetant un billet à la machine à billets pour le tram #5 ». Pour moi, je me suis dit que j'ai pu trouver quand j'ai brouillé Internet, ce qui nous permettrait d'économiser beaucoup d'euros.
Autre chose qui est plus haut, j'aime cet hôtel! Super nouveau super propre, la lobby était agréable, la conception de la chambre fait super sens (avec USB type C fourni, douche et toilette étaient également excellents. (mais souvenez-vous de fermer la fenêtre, car il est bruyant de la nuit).
En général, je suis heureux de ma sélection de cet hôtel.
