Le bâtiment est nouveau et très beau. Le regret est que la chambre qui m'a été donnée n'était pas correspondant aux images qu'ils ont publiées quand vous choisissez la chambre. J'ai choisi la chambre double supérieure et ils m'ont dit que les photos qui apparaissent dans ma réservation étaient de la chambre premium. Je suis déçu.

객실이 뭔가 잘 정리된느낌. 수압이 엄청세서 제대로 샤워한 느낌. 주차장에서 객실까지 이동동선이 매우 가까워서 좋음. 주차관리원이 항상대기하여 주차를 도와줌. 무엇보다 가격이 저렴함

La chambre est un peu plus petite, il n'y a pas d'élévateur. La rue de marche du centre-ville et le parc de Columbus sont excellents.

I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

Room was okay, but some furniture clearly had signs of wear. The minibar was not included but the prices for food and drink were outrageously expensive and that was before including tax. Service in the restaurant was very good. Food was also excellent.

Le personnel est très ami et professionnel prêt à vous fournir toutes vos besoins. L'anglais est parlé, ce qui est un plus pour les non-espagnols.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et délicieux. Le personnel était très sympathique, je leur ai juste écrit pour changer de chambre mais ils ne m'ont pas répondu, alors je leur ai conseillé de vérifier les messages et de répondre rapidement. La chambre avec 1 lit queen était vraiment sympa. Ils n'avaient pas beaucoup d'options pour 2 lits jumeaux, même si c'était propre. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Il est vraiment bien situé dans le centre-ville, il y a plusieurs restaurants et bars à quelques pas.

+++++ One of the best experiences in Dominican Republic. Antique building, interior, breakfast, service and help from employees: all this made the staying very pleasant and comfortable. - the sink was leaking. The repairman came fast, however the problem appeared again after. Suggestion: make available hot water during the day for the guests without a need to ask for it on reception.
