A AC n système de chauffage aussi pendant cette saison d'hiver. Fresh n nettoyant serviette avec shampooing corps, shampooing capillaire n conditionneur fourni. Toilettes disponibles sur demande. C'est certain que mon hôtel à Cardiff ...

The hotel is a wonderful old Victorian building, very close to all major tourist attractions, food shops, pubs and food market. During our 2N stay at the hotel we only faced two issues. 1)the lift is very compact (small) and slow and gave up on the second day of our stay. 2) The sink in the room got clogged but the staff immediately resolved the issue. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. I’d highly recommend staying at The Angel hotel.😊

Nous sommes allés à l'hôtel Royal et nous n'avons pas vraiment su ce qu'on attendait.  Il est installé avec un beau bâtiment.  L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit bizarre, mais je pense que cela ajoute le caractère. Vous entrez sur le sol, vous montez deux étages à la réception. Il y a un petit bar qui offre des thés et des cafés gratuits.  Le désengorgement et le lattice à l'escalier vous offrent 20% de désengorgement si vous montrez votre clé.  Le personnel est très aimable et conscient de la région.  La location est bonne et parce que nous étions au 4ème étage nous n'avons pas pu entendre le bruit pour les rues en bas.  La chambre était confortable et confortable.  Maintenant, deux grands points que j'ai sauvés... ! !  1. La douche! Laissez-moi vous dire quelque chose comme si j'étais assis dans un typhon, Cardiff n'a clairement pas de problème avec sa pression eau!  2. Le lit, c'était luxueux, j'ai pu coucher et dormir si bien ! Nous avons besoin de ce lit pour notre maison !

Booked room with walk in shower and large bed. First room had interconnecting door shower over bath and double bed. Second offer of a room was a disabled room still with just double bed. Then found out that all rooms only have double bed with shower over bath. Staff were very helpful but didn’t tell us upfront so we wasted a lot of time. In fact we didn’t have enough time to eat before we had to leave for our event. So finally we had to have a snack at 11:30 when we returned. Even then we had to go out to get it as room service is only available via an app

很滿意的一次入住。 酒店位置很好，離火車站和巴士總站步行衹要五分鐘，走到卡迪夫城堡也在十五分鐘以內。附近有好幾個超市和餐館，非常便利。雖然攜程上點評不多，但是我入住的時候看到酒店生意很好，住店的外國遊客很多。 酒店房間很寬敞，足夠攤開兩個拉桿箱，床也很大，足夠兩個人睡。雖然酒店位置靠近街道和火車軌道，但是房間裏很安靜：走廊裏鋪了地毯避免響聲，窗户和牆壁隔音也很棒，入住兩晚，沒有聽到任何火車或者街道上的噪音。房間窗户望出去視野很好，可以看到卡迪夫灣。屋子裡有空調，製冷制熱都可以。房間沒有飲用水，但是可以到酒店一層免費接檸檬水喝。 幫我辦理入住的前台很熱情友善，主動介紹了卡迪夫城堡當天舉行的活動，並講解了過去的路線。很遺憾我忘記他的名字了，衹記得是一位年輕的白人男性，不戴眼鏡。我這次在英國好幾個城市旅行，住過的幾家酒店裡，這家酒店前台絕對是最熱情的。 美中不足的是，酒店一層每次衹有兩個員工同時在，而一層又有酒店入住，又有餐館、酒吧，還有自動售貨機和行李寄存，感覺員工們很忙很忙，無論是餐館點單、結賬或者入住、拿行李，都要等三五分鐘，他們才能過來。員工們很友好很盡責，但確實很忙，酒店如果能多安排一些員工在一層就好了。

Amazing reception service for 24/7 hence need to submit keys every time u step out which is good as no stress of handling keys and loosing it ! Rooms are good cozy and comfortable . Good tv channels Tanle fan , hair dyrer , towels, provided Its a main highstreet with all restoaurants near by. So its ok opt for rooms without breakfast

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. La chambre était fabuleuse, mais j'ai pas voulu rentrer chez moi. :( J'avais un service de chambre, j'avais une pâtisserie de bolonaise qui était brillante, j'en voulais une autre.

Great location, convenient for sites. Good rate which included breakfast. Difficult to get to by car. Using Waze is much better. Didn’t get the room type booked but managed for 2 nights. Agent at checkin took several minutes before acknowledging me in the queue. I would have been happy being told ”I’ll be with you in a few minutes” instead of being ignored whilst he chatted with his colleague about what seemed to be an issue. I believe because he was distracted, we weren’t given any hotel information - i.e. location of lifts, breakfast time etc. which is standard. Breakfast service wasn’t great the first morning. Second morning was much better. I think it’s because we arrived at approx. 10:30 on the first day and the team was ready to go as I could hear them counting down the minutes to the end of their shift. No hot drinks offered; told drinks were on the buffet when in fact they needed to be ordered. Drinks eventually brought on asking again, but no cups. Had to ask for them. Quite noisy at night because of all the bars and restaurants outside, which meant the window couldn’t be left open, as the room was quite warm, despite adjusting the temperature of the HVAC system. Very nice, modern hotel, could improve with better staff training.

Very clean and quiet hotel with pleasant reception staff and probably easy to access by car. Not so easy to get to by foot from Cardiff Bay station as extensive building works have closed off original pedestrian footpaths and lighting at night not very helpful. This is not the fault of the hotel but is something to be aware of.

Comfortable and Modern Stay I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The design was simple yet modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained, featuring a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort. A great choice for a straightforward and enjoyable stay!
