Excellent service from start to finish, especially thanks to Don at Front Desk, he was just so generous and really went far above and beyond my expectations to ensure my other half and I had an amazing and memorable birthday weekend at The Dilly! Thank you for all the special touches! The perfect location in the heart of London, close to Soho, Chinatown, Piccadilly, Mayfair, St James’, Leicester Square, and Covent Garden. Lovely pool area, but just missing a sauna and would be fantastic if there was a jacuzzi! Breakfast was lovely, just a good amount of variety in a lovely dining space. Would highly recommend for a couples weekend away - we stayed in the Executive room (9th floor) which was spacious, the bed was super comfy and a modern room overall with views of the shard, London eye and Tower of London. Thanks for making our weekend!

Hôtel très bien placé dans le quartier de Kensington. Propreté irréprochable dans les chambres. À mon arrivée j'ai eu la surprise d'avoir été surclassé dans une chambre club. Malheureusement le choix dans l'épicerie de l'hôtel est plutôt restreint et les restaurants ferment à 21h30. Quelques dégradations dans ma première chambre mais la réception a été d'une réactivité incroyable

La chambre est petite mais propre, et les équipements sont plutôt complets. Le personnel est serviable et l'emplacement est très pratique, surtout pour les transports en commun. L'hôtel est à environ 400 mètres de la station de métro et à 100-200 mètres de l'arrêt de bus. Le métro et les bus de Londres sont très pratiques et permettent d'atteindre presque toutes les principales attractions.

L'emplacement est super bon, avec des transports pratiques à proximité. Juste en face de deux passages piétons, vous atteindrez Westfield, une destination unique pour faire du shopping, manger et se divertir. Il y a aussi M&S et Waitrose, qui sont parfaits pour faire du shopping avant de rentrer à la maison. La chambre est de taille normale pour Londres, le lit est assez confortable, la climatisation n'est pas très bonne et l'isolation phonique est un peu mauvaise, on entend clairement le bruit dans le couloir. Le petit-déjeuner coûte 15 livres et comprend du saumon fumé, une variété de plats chauds et du pain, ce qui est très économique à Londres.

I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

Il ne se trouve pas à plus de 100 mètres de la station de métro Royal Park et vous pouvez y accéder par un passage transversal sous une route principale. Il y a des dépanneurs M&S Food et OP dans les environs, ainsi que Burger King, Tims et Guanbao. Le service hôtelier est plutôt bon. Il est courant que les hôtels britanniques ne disposent pas de brosses à dents, de pantoufles et seulement de deux bouteilles d’eau gratuites. Ce n’est pas un problème, je l’ai déjà compris d’avance.

I store my luggage after check out as I wl return 3 days later checking in again. When I return and goes to collect the luggage, the man asked me to take the luggage by myself in the store room without checking the luggage card. And he is a bit rude telling me he is not helping me, and I have to do it by myself. The worst thing is there are other luggage pile up on top of mine and I need to take down one by one! There is absolutely security issue and hotel service quality issue !

I had issues with the app to begin with and missed a lot of updates and notifications, like the 'how to get in' instruction video. However, on arrival the self check-in code machine was not working properly. I tried several times only for an alarm to go off. Others joined me and also tried the code without luck. We tried to contact the telephone number listed but immediately hung up on several occasions. We eventually dialled the 'after 9pm emergency' number who didn't help first time, but helped the send time. Once in, the property was not quite as I expected, but the pods were comfortable if not a little stuffy on a warm night. But it did the trick. The area is perfectly fine, walking distance of Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market and both Whitechapel and Aldgate East train stations. I was a bit cautious late at night being a single female, but once inside I felt perfectly safe. I would use it again when in the area as it was reasonably priced and kinda funky.

L'emplacement est très bon. Il se trouve à seulement 2 minutes de la station de métro. Cependant, la chambre 648 que l'hôtel m'a donnée en premier était trop vieille et les lumières étaient faibles. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le réfrigérateur démarrait trop fort. Plus tard, ils m'ont donné une autre chambre 553, qui était bien meilleure et avait au moins des ampoules. Beaucoup sont très lumineuses, le climatiseur fonctionne normalement et le bruit du réfrigérateur est très silencieux au démarrage. Londres a beaucoup d'argent. mais je ne veux pas dire qu'il faut tolérer des frais de chambre supérieurs à 1 000 yuans. Je ne veux pas m'habituer à ce problème à Londres. Après tout, il y a beaucoup d'argent près des Galeries Lafayette. Paris. Mais pour plus de 1 000 yuans, la chambre était lumineuse, propre et sans odeur. Je pense que les hôtels de Londres doivent également être rénovés et suivre le rythme de leur temps.

Le service au comptoir était bon, la chambre était propre et bien rangée, même s'il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur ni de pantoufles, c'était acceptable. C'est un hôtel avec un rapport qualité-prix très élevé à Londres, mais l'isolation phonique est un peu mauvaise.
