I was in Savannah for depositions. If I am being honest, Planters Inn was not my first choice as I usually stay within the Hilton family. But those hotels were all booked. I was a little apprehensive having seen a few bad reviews, but chose Planters Inn because it was the closest to where I needed to be. to be. In hindsight, I am glad the Hilton properties were booked. The hotel has much more character than the other guys. Yes, the property shows its age, but it is well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I am used to at much higher priced hotels. The staff, however, is what makes the Planters Inn a real gem. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond with a few late-night tasks I needed to complete in preparation for my work the following day. I plan to return to Savannah with my wife in the near future as tourists (I had no real time for sightseeing on his trip), and when I do I will be staying at the Planters Inn.

Très bon, Mlle Liu Tai a une forte capacité d'affaires enthousiaste et l'hôtel est très calme, mais je sens que la télévision de la chambre à côté du fleuve principal ne peut pas laisser le film à la salle de vision.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Cependant, il n'y a rien à proximité. Il faut sortir pour trouver un restaurant Ruby Tuesday, et le restaurant de l'hôtel ne propose qu'un buffet de petit-déjeuner. Le parking coûte 18 $. La navette aéroport est gratuite et circule toutes les 30 minutes. C'est un bon endroit pour une courte nuit.

I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay.
The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful.
I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.

L'hôtel est situé au bord du quartier historique, il est donc à une promenade rapide 10-15 à pied à River Street ou même à Forsyth Park. Les chambres sont confortables et les toilettes sont supérieures à la moyenne. Les équipements sont classés en bas de la catégorie de l'installation, car le paysage extérieur des marches latérales est rempli et surcroît. La fitness était grande et dispose d'une bonne quantité d'équipement cardio, mais seulement une, une salle de travail déchirée, aucune zone/mats pour le travail de base et les poids manuels manquaient tous les 20 et 25 lb. Les options de petit déjeuner ont été présentées de manière attrayante et de bonne qualité.

Un hôtel réformé dans une usine industrielle. Très étonnant. Jeux, fossiles de dinosaure, thèmes d'art très beaux, le paysage de la rivière est également très beau. Le service est également très beau. Le sommeil a été retiré pendant la natation, le sac était muni d'un sac à cartes, le chef de la réception a envoyé un message pour aider activement le patron à trouver le sac à cartes dans trois lavabos. Le bar est également bon.

IInvitéThis trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

Un magnifique espace avec une zone de coloration dans le lobby, le restaurant est le précurseur de l'appartement: cuisine pleine, salle de séjour, salle à manger, deux télévisions, balcon et chambre, un type de style classique Marriott. Mais contrairement à Marriott, il n'y avait pas de serviettes, de bains, de pantalons ou de toilettes supplémentaires au-delà du couvercle et du savon.
Les heures du restaurant sur la clé sont incorrectes. Le restaurant se ferme à 930pm, bien que le bureau frontal ait dit que la cuisine se ferme à 945pm. Cependant, le mélange ne nous a conduit à aucune interaction avec le personnel du restaurant réticent pour le service de la chambre. Le restaurant prend aussi une siesta quotidienne, même si la clé ne dit que les week-ends. Le 12 ne laisse pas Door Dash venir à l'appartement, seulement le lobby. Cependant, 12 personnes vous fourniront si quelqu'un est disponible; sinon vous devez aller au lobby.
En tout cas, il était très agréable de rester.

IInvitéLots of potential, very hit or miss on service. Property is pretty solid, nice room, clean. There were multiple restaurants, golf courses, a spa and coffee shop on site. Not to mention the tasting room is very nice for Georgia. A couple of really big misses: 1) Versailles is forgettable - avoid if possible. 2) Cafe opened very late on Sunday - maybe 9am due to staff no-show presumably. Overall, the food at the pub and Versailles were average Sysco at best. Marc was fantastic but how many meals are you going to drop $200 a head on? If going back, I’d hit Marc and the Spa restaurant - that was actually a gem. Didn’t get to play golf but my guess is that the two full courses are nice. The par 3 was nice enough based on what I saw on a short walk. Overall, this place has everything needed to be great - seems to suffer from mediocre management.

Si aucun événement n'est survenu au stade ou au GWCC et/ou si la piscine n'est pas une option, il n'y a rien à faire pendant le séjour, c'est-à-dire la musique en direct ou le jazz au bar/lounge, ou une forme de divertissement conservateur. En bref, l'hôtel est trop grand pour être si fatigué. Sauf si vous détestez assez d'argent pour faire baiser $250-1000 sur un massage, il n'y a pas de choses qui se passe là-bas. Juste une réalité décevante pour un tel hôtel élite dans un centre-ville local. Mais si vous restez, soyez absolument sûr de profiter de la nourriture ... c'est incroyablement grand!

IInvitéThe only problem we had was the door lock wasn’t working properly, so we only had one key. The manager remade keys several times and none of them worked. It’s was a holiday weekend, so they weren’t able to get the locksmith to come fix it. The service was fine. Employees were attentive. The breakfast food was ok. Cold cereal, bananas, juices, coffee, toast, bagels, powdered and chocolate donuts, muffins. The room was clean and everything, except the key, worked properly. I paid my deposit in cash and was able to get it back at checkout. We have family in the area and travel with our little dog. We plan to stay here again. Very reasonably priced.

IInvitéL'hôtel était très propre. Aime le pad de sélection de niveau de l'ascenseur. Le personnel était extrêmement ami. Il est facile de récupérer votre véhicule de la valet même quand vous allez revenir. Cependant, je suggère Waymo. Le Grand Musée, le Théâtre Fox et le Théâtre Shakespeare Tavern sont à voir pendant votre séjour. C'est délicieux! Demandez à Tyler 😊, elle est étonnante.
