Excellent location for a visit to Albert Dock and to the city centre for shopping. Staff are professional ,friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere and very clean. The onsite parking is a definite 5 stars plus. Thank you Ibis Liverpool you made my stay very special.

Bon hôtel et très propre, personnel amiable et très bon hôtel pour les utilisateurs de chaises à roues seulement la position du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner était dans la même zone que l'entrée / la réception ce qui n'est pas si drôle un peu bizarre pour un tel hôtel

First place we stayed in where there wasn’t a set of drawers or a wardrobe, couldn’t control the air conditioning the 1st night (was sorted the next again day) and finally the noise from the street around 4am   like bins being emptied and goods being loaded. This went on for ages. Apart from the above we’d still consider Tune due to its location, price and cleanliness maybe the next time request for a room away from the Main Street.

Check in was terrible with long queues even though we had used the online check in. Waiting for half an hour as each customer had to pay city tax and have all their details input into the computer and a wasteful A4 sheet of paperwork printed in another room, before being presented and stapled with door keys. During the wait there was a woman ranting and yelling at staff about her son who was accommodated in the hotel. She said that he was being allowed to **** ***** in his room. She was escorted out. Only one lift was working which was a pain as I have difficulty walking and was situated on the fifth floor. Lift stunk of ********. Hotel seemed to be accommodating a lot people that had unfortunately found themselves homeless. The room looked dated and the carpet was covered in burns from an iron. The bed was nice and comfortable and the linen was clean. The bathroom tiles were filthy with soap runs and greasy hands prints. Bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. Bathroom in desperate need of updating and deep cleaning. Bath was yellow with age and looked like it was installed when time began. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were adequate but the containers for the sachets of coffee and tea were very unclean and looked as if they are never rinsed out. There were cigarette burns and stains on the curtains. In general I was really disappointed. We had stayed here about 20 years ago and this is a beautiful hotel with chandeliers and grand decor downstairs. The place just looked neglected and run into the ground with minimal staff, very basic cleanliness and no recent refurbishment.

Bel hôtel avec de grandes chambres. J'étais en première ligne et la musique et les gens qui profitaient d'une soirée dans les bars voisins étaient bruyants jusqu'à 4 ou 5 heures du matin… Heureusement, j'ai pu dormir, mais ce n'était pas idéal pour un dormeur léger.

hôtel simple mais adorable. À l'intérieur du centre de toutes les installations locales. Charges de stationnement disponibles juste en dehors de l'hôtel. Obtenez-vous sur la côte à l'encontre des chants vivants de l'hôtel et des boissons chers en temps de journée.

Il est dans une position parfaite, juste à côté de la gare et de Wetherspoons .Le centre est juste en aval, où il y a beaucoup de bars et de boutiques et de restaurants,plus bien sûr, la place où il y a le magasin de cadeaux de Liverpool . mais PERFECT

Ce séjour était un peu décevant, bien que la salle et le salon exécutif étaient de bonne valeur, la salle coulait chaud et air con ne fonctionnait pas et la salle n'avait pas d'eau à partir de 11h - 4h. C'est inacceptable lorsque le temps est si chaud que l'on ne peut pas prendre une douche la nuit. L' hôtel a accepté de rembourser 25% du coût mais ce n' est pas vraiment assez bon . On nous a dit qu' ils ne feront plus le bon de parking Hilton Q à moins que le parking ne soit pré-réservé en ligne .

Classé par type d'hôtel c'est, c'est-à-dire, ultra budget sans frills. La chambre est parfaitement adaptée pour 1 ou 2 nuits, suffisamment d'espace de penderie (2 hangers plats fixes) et 2 petits trous cubby. Petite, mais utilisable douche / toilette, aucune porte ne peut être détachée pour certains. Wi-Fi gratuit et TV Très propre, confortable et très grande position près des principaux restaurants / bars de Liverpool, etc.
