Great location in the heart of the city. Was given a huge family room instead of a standard room. Happy with the service and overall experience. Extractor fan in the bathroom can't be turned off so the noise could be an issue. If cleaned would be less noisy!

Tune Hotel is located in Liverpool City Centre. Next to lots of bars and restaurants. 10 mins walk to Royal Albert Dock. Clean room and very convenient.

La chambre est parfaitement adaptée pour 1 ou 2 nuits, suffisamment d'espace de penderie (2 hangers plats fixes) et 2 petits trous cubby. Petite, mais utilisable douche / toilette, aucune porte ne peut être détachée pour certains. Wi-Fi gratuit et TV

The cost of the room was low, but with all amenities such as kettle and even breakfast. The staff are nice and willing to offer help. The room is tidy and spacious, with a large table and chair provided. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The moment I woke up and saw the breathtaking view of Anfield Stadium from my window, I was captivated. As a huge Liverpool FC fan, this was a dream come true. The room itself was exceptional, and the overall experience at the hotel was truly unforgettable. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more.

La maison de 18xx est très émotionnelle, la chambre est super grande, il y a en fait deux étages, peut vivre six personnes, le patron est très enthousiaste, il présente en détail, il démontre personnellement les lieux, les différents dispositifs, il présente les déplacements autour de lui, il présente les besoins, il aide moi à réserver un hôtel, le chantage ne peut pas s'arrêter, Il y a une chance de rester. Remarquez que l'hôtel est la porte à gauche et que la porte de la rue est le bar.

Simple but lovely hotel. Right in the centre of all the local amenities. Loads of parking available right outside the front of the hotel. Get yourself in the coaster opposite the hotel live singers and cheap drinks in the daytime.

La prochaine fois, si vous avez une chance, vous choisissez cet hôtel, l'attitude est très bonne et très enthousiaste!
Et très proche de la gare Liverpool Lim, de Londres à Liverpool, vous pouvez voir l'hôtel dès que vous sortiez de la gare, vous arriverez à pied 2 minutes!
Et dans le centre de la ville, les marches peuvent satisfaire à toutes les exigences.
Si vous voulez aller à Anfield, vous pourrez arriver à la gare de bus 17 qui est en sortie de l'hôtel.
Si vous voyagez à Liverpool, vous devriez vivre ici.

Leonardo Hotels carry a brand name and I have stayed at Leonardo previously and hence I chose to book again but this time the room carpet was a complete mess. Full of brown stains near the area connecting the toilet. The room had a tiny balcony which was a let down as well. Location was good but cleanliness was pathetic. I even shot a video of the unhygienic carpet. After a long day and staying just for a night didn't hage the energy to ask for another room. Wouldn't recommend Leonardo anymore.

LLeeExcellent apartment, clean and everything we could need. Stayed here with my son for a dad and lad city break. Location is perfect. Very close to the centre. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

SSqrz_96Great stay at the Knowsley. The staff were friendly and there is parking which is a bonus. The rooms were generally clean but the dining area could have been cleaner - some crockery needed re-cleaning. The fire alarm went off mid way through the night but was quickly dealt with. The breakfast was OK - a good selection of food but the ingredients were of low quality and quite greasy. I'd stay here again however but would go elsewhere for breakfast.

*The Carpark was full of old furniture from the hotel and empty beer barrier preventing you getting parked,
*The hotel has turned into more of a party venue hotel rather than the beautiful hotel it was when I last came with my daughter 2018.
*tap in the kitchen area in our room only let out hot water and unfortunately the room stunk of what I could only describe as a sewerage smell? Whether the drains needed maintenance I’m not sure but I I just sprayed some deodorant around to help make it not smell quite as bad because I was so tired I didnt want to have to swap rooms.
*There was also no phone to call reception which I found strange and the remote for the tv was missing the back of it.
I put all this bad points down to the fact that when I previously came it was owned by someone who really cared about the maintenance and reputation of the hotel but now I’ve found it’s since been sold it seems the new owner isn’t as bothered and all what the shankley represented before eg, maintenance, luxury, football themed has kind of turned more into a tacky themed hotel and doesn’t feel classy anymore. I’d probably not stay here again as it’s not the same as it was and just the whole feel of hand hotel is different. It’s not the best if you have come with kids as there’s lots of drunken guests in the hotel and it’s noisey but thank goodness it’s a large hotel as you don’t hear the noise from downstairs. We were on level 3.
Our room was lovely and big with a large double bed and 2 twins pushed together, a kitchen area with tea bags and coffee (no biscuits but that didn’t bother us as we had snacks with us
The upsides were-
*Staff were pleasant,
*breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly as for,
*hotel was mainly quiet on the 3rd floor, room was on the whole clean and had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board with a safe.
* . The bathroom was lovely especially the bath as it was a jacuzzi with a waterfall shower. Everything was clean from what I could see.

KkamalI arrived at 13:30 to the hotel and as I am disabled person I thought the reception was gonna check me earlier but he insisted on going and coming back at 15 o'clock so I came at 16 o'clock and he tells me is no disabled room for me and I must to request one when I made a booking and he gave me a room in first floor 😭

IInvitéThe hotel's location for where we needed to go was excellent. This includes, the open top bus, Echo arena, central town with pubs, restaurants, etc and transport.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Our room was spotless. The shower was a big walk-in one with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
We will definately stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

IInvitéStayed here a few times. Staff amazingly friendly. Extremely clean. Great location for the Philharmonic, in fact, almost directly opposite. Also close to both cathedrals. Thumbs up for the biscuits in the room. Also had a very tasty meal, in the bar. My hubby had a bad knee and the staff kindly gave him an ice bucket half full to take to our room to make a cold compress.
