Location near the city center with only 5 mins walking distance. Parking fee at GBP10 per day is good deal. Serve coffee and bread at free. Also provide self laundry washing machine.  It next to a night club, so much noise when it is weekend or holiday. And noise is last to 4am.

The hotel staff were excellent but unfortunately the only rooms available were next to the lift shafts and they are noisy. They kindly upgraded us to a junior suite so there was a separate sitting area and it was a tiny bit quieter but you definitely need ear plugs if you’re in a room that ends in 16 or 17!

非常乾淨，非常温馨房東老太太一直等我們到很晚，還擔心下雨，我們路上會不會方便。整個房間有暖氣有冰箱，可以從開關面板看出是新裝修的。關鍵是暖氣片都是乾乾淨淨的！！可以看得出房東的用心！！早餐的食物也好吃，熱騰騰的，比前面幾天在英國別的酒店的都好吃，是他們自己煮的！強烈推薦這家温馨的餐廳！！ The place is very clean and cozy. The elderly landlady waited for us until very late and was concerned about the rain, worrying if we would have any trouble on the way. The entire room has heating and a refrigerator, and you can tell from the switch panels that it has been recently renovated. The key point is that the radiators are spotlessly clean!! You can really see the care the landlady has put into it!! The breakfast was also delicious, served hot, and better than what we had at other hotels in the UK in the previous days. It was homemade! I highly recommend this warm and welcoming place!!

Very dark decor generally in all areas, difficult to find room number as door was in an alcove and the number to the side not on door.  I am 5’2” and when I eventually found the towel rail because it was above the toilet it was difficult to negotiate and find the size of towel I needed without pulling them all out.   General lack of information in the room I found the A4 piece of paper as I was leaving TV was difficult to operate with a foreign language on some of the remote buttons and no news channel available.  I slept really well which was the most important thing

Les chambres sont très spacieuses et nous avons tout ce qu'on avait besoin ! Il est à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Le personnel était très agréable et très utile. Merci, nous serons 100% de retour!

Good budget hotel. Clean but bathroom was a little bit run down. Would have liked a couple of bottles of complimentary water. Otherwise, a great location, staff are friendly. Did try the breakfast as lots of other good options near by.

Very accommodating for my cocker spaniel dog travelling with me - mobile garden home situated in the garden so very handy. Excellent cooked breakfast and very well equipped facilities in the garden room - microwave, freezer and fridge, Netflix large screen etc.

Decent enough hotel. 15 minute walk from train station. Receptionist pleasant and friendly. Stairs carpet very worn but clean enough in room. Was offered an upgraded room for £10 extra with bigger bed but declined as I was only staying one night. Bed was fine and comfortable. Hotel is in middle of shopping district with a wide variety of family restaurants cafes and bars. Area was fine and busy during the day but not ideal for the solo traveller returning late evening with numerous takeaway bike riders speeding up and down amd beggars.

Nice rooms, average service and great location! Great for the price!

Clean and near to Nottingham university. Room Service a bit slow and no response from reception after 11pm till 7am
