We enjoyed are stay at Mercure in Perth
It was central, yet quiet.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
We also liked the hotel bar, a nice cosy atmosphere.
We would definitely stay there again.

L'expérience s'est avérée bien meilleure que prévu. Veuillez noter que l'hôtel est composé de différents bâtiments et zones, les chambres peuvent donc varier. Le parking est suffisamment spacieux et l'emplacement est excellent. Une boisson de bienvenue était offerte.

What a lovely weekend stay at this most characterful resort hotel. A great vibe among the team leading to a friendly, professional and courteous guest experience from arrival and check-in, to dining, evening of drinks around the real fire and a beautiful breakfast following a comfortable restful night in a clean room and lovely freshen up shower in the morning. Room was great, bathroom was just okay. Breakfast was almost an ordeal. For the price we would give it 4 out of 5 but it was like having breakfast on a round about, bathroom was tired, the low point of the room.

J'ai passé trois nuits. C'était très bien avec les grands-mères.
Le prix est bon. C'est une très bonne expérience.
La position géographique de cet hôtel est superbe, très proche du fleuve et du musée...

Very nice scenic, good for couples or family to relax, enjoy the nature and the sun. Restaurant’s food is in good quality. Good selection of drinks. Room was a bit old with old carpet and bed. Probably need renovation. Evaluator not working so we need to take the stairs with our luggage’s.

Really clean room and friendly service. It’s periodic features are very charming. The pork belly on the dinner menu was so tender and succulent. Really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.

Environ un kilomètre du centre de Pas, à l'autre côté du fleuve, mais l'environnement est bon, il ya plusieurs parcs et jardins de la rivière. Il y a dix chambres, le parking est possible dans le jardin, il est pratique pour le petit déjeuner en anglais standard.

IInvitéThis venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

IInvitéA lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade.
Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too.
The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax.
Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

Hôtel idéalement situé, à seulement 2-3 minutes à pied de la sortie de la gare de Pitlochary jusqu'à l'entrée arrière de l'hôtel 👍🏻. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable et de bon conseil pour les visites. Le petit-déjeuner est un incontournable, excellent et servi dans une salle à manger traditionnelle. Les chambres sont propres, bien entretenues et spacieuses (vue sur le jardin). Le barrage et la passe à poissons sont à seulement 20 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Merci à toute l'équipe de Fisher !

Pour des raisons totalement hors de mon contrôle, j'ai dû annuler mon séjour 24 heures à l'avance. J'ai appelé pour leur faire savoir. J'ai conseillé de me rendre coupable et la réponse était (par mot par mot)
”Ok , c'est toujours facturable”. NO ' Je suis désolé d'entendre que ' NO ”peut-être que nous pouvons trouver une autre date pour que vous ne perdez pas votre argent” ... no ' nous ne pouvons pas vous rembourser mais si vous voulez un crédit sur le compte '.
Si j'avais appelé 12 heures plus tôt, mon argent aurait été remboursé ou je aurais pu modifier ma réservation.
La faute a été remise sur TRIP comme on m'a dit ' vous avez réservé par eux et ils ne vous aideront pas.
Donc, je vais éviter cet endroit quand je monte pour mon voyage, et je conseille aux autres d'éviter les endroits avec le personnel aussi peu intéressé que ici.

IInvitéKenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

IInvitéUn bel hôtel dans un cadre calme. Le service au bar était un peu lent mais disponible la plupart du temps pendant la journée. Le service de restauration était correct. Le petit déjeuner était bon… grande variété… même si les fruits auraient pu être plus frais (la pomme était brune). Le dîner du soir était correct. L'animateur était bon, appréciait sa musique et sa gaieté. Difficile de trouver un taxi le jour de notre départ et il pleuvait à verse. Le personnel était vraiment serviable et nous a emmenés au train pour lequel nous étions vraiment reconnaissants ! Je suggère de réserver un taxi la veille.
Notre chambre était confortable et de bonne taille. Cependant, les rideaux des fenêtres de la salle de bain nécessitent une attention particulière. Un rideau de douche épinglé avec des boutons-pression n’était pas approprié pour la sécurité et l’intimité !
Nous reviendrions.

The lamp shade was broken in our lodge and the carpets need replaced. Room 501 living room
Has a strong bad doggy type smell. We couldn’t relax in the living room. It was either from the rugs or sofas.
These lodges are tired and need updated. The bathrooms are dingy. The bedrooms are dark with poor lighting. Not good!

IInvitéWe enjoyed our stayed as a family but the service and food in the buffet style restaurant at night was very poor as food was cold and we were finished eating before we received our drinks. We eventually managed to speak to a manager about it. However, we have stayed before and ate in other restaurants and they were good. Upgrades to winter garden bar were nice but again service for drinks very slow. Overall a 6.5/10 stay.
