Hôtel idéalement situé, à seulement 2-3 minutes à pied de la sortie de la gare de Pitlochary jusqu'à l'entrée arrière de l'hôtel 👍🏻.
Le personnel est accueillant, serviable et de bon conseil pour les visites.
Le petit-déjeuner est un incontournable, excellent et servi dans une salle à manger traditionnelle.
Les chambres sont propres, bien entretenues et spacieuses (vue sur le jardin). Le barrage et la passe à poissons sont à seulement 20 minutes à pied de l'hôtel.

What a lovely weekend stay at this most characterful resort hotel. A great vibe among the team leading to a friendly, professional and courteous guest experience from arrival and check-in, to dining, evening of drinks around the real fire and a beautiful breakfast following a comfortable restful night in a clean room and lovely freshen up shower in the morning. We enjoyed are stay at Mercure in Perth
It was central, yet quiet.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
We also liked the hotel bar, a nice cosy atmosphere.
We would definitely stay there again.

Pas le plus facile à trouver si pas à l'aide de satnav, mais dans un endroit très tranquille. Grand parking. Les magasins les plus proches environ 8 minutes de marche. Très bon hôtel mais les chambres pourraient être faites en cours de modernisation. L'enfant est un peu trop ferme pour nous. Très bienvenu personnel.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec une bonne option et fait pour commander des aliments chauds.
Vous pouvez aller à pied en paix le long de la rivière.

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

IInvitéA lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade.
Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too.
The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax.
Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

Pour des raisons totalement hors de mon contrôle, j'ai dû annuler mon séjour 24 heures à l'avance. J'ai appelé pour leur faire savoir. J'ai conseillé de me rendre coupable et la réponse était (par mot par mot)
”Ok , c'est toujours facturable”. NO ' Je suis désolé d'entendre que ' NO ”peut-être que nous pouvons trouver une autre date pour que vous ne perdez pas votre argent” ... no ' nous ne pouvons pas vous rembourser mais si vous voulez un crédit sur le compte '.
Si j'avais appelé 12 heures plus tôt, mon argent aurait été remboursé ou je aurais pu modifier ma réservation.
La faute a été remise sur TRIP comme on m'a dit ' vous avez réservé par eux et ils ne vous aideront pas.
Donc, je vais éviter cet endroit quand je monte pour mon voyage, et je conseille aux autres d'éviter les endroits avec le personnel aussi peu intéressé que ici.

IInvitéKenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

FFrancoise Jeanne ML’accueil n’était pas du tout chaleureux. Noys avons reçu 2 chambres qui ne correspondaient pas du tout aux photos sur le site. L’une avait les 2 fenêtres qui donnaient durectement sur 1 toit. L’autre chambre avait les 2 fenêtres près du plafond. Donc aucune vue pour les 2 chambres. La 2ème faisait carrément ”prison”.
La chambre était propre mais tout ce qui était communs (réception, corridors, loundge) laissaient beaucoup à désirer et paraissaient vieux et malpropres.
Cet hôtel tient de l’usine à touristes. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel à quelqu'un qui recherche quelque chose de cosy et chaleureux pour séjourner. Mais il est fonctionnel.

IInvitéThe double bed was a pathetic mattress. In this day and she comfortable beds are basic.
The lamp shade was broken in our lodge and the carpets need replaced. Room 501 living room
Has a strong bad doggy type smell. We couldn’t relax in the living room. It was either from the rugs or sofas.
These lodges are tired and need updated. The bathrooms are dingy. The bedrooms are dark with poor lighting. Not good!
