Le personnel de l'hôtel est amiable et hébergé, la chambre est propre, quand j'ai demandé du thé chamomile il m'a demandé de le recevoir de la réception et il m'a donné quelques-uns, je suis très reconnaissant . Le petit déjeuner n'est pas si grand, pas de tomate, de champignon ou de marrons de hash pour complimenter la salinité du bacon. Pas d'eau froide autour mais encore bonne . La location est facile à trouver, mais un peu loin du centre ville, j'attendais un plus proche que ça.

Résidé à l'hôtel Z pour 2 nuits - je dirais que l'hôtel est élégant, compact et dans une situation fantastique. Les chambres sont petites mais bien conçues, les lits confortables et le personnel ami - parfait pour un court séjour en ville, surtout avec le beau vin et le fromage touch.

La location et la propreté de l'hôtel étaient excellentes. Les chambres étaient très grandes. Le personnel était utile et amiable. Nous n'avons pas eu le petit déjeuner, donc je ne peux pas commenter, mais un hôtel si bon a certainement un bon petit déjeuner. Si je rentrais, je resterais certainement à cet hôtel encore. Il est à environ six minutes de marche au centre. J'attends avec impatience de revenir. La seule chose que je n'aime pas était que nous avons demandé spécifiquement un emplacement tranquille, loin de l'ascenseur. Ils ont tout de même assigné directement à l'autre de la chambre de personnel, et presque tous les 10 minutes, quelqu'un entrerait et sortirait, et la porte s'enfoncerait, qui a commencé tôt le matin. C'était le seul côté de la rue. Un hôtel que je peux absolument recommander. Meilleures regards.

We stayed at the Lansdowne Grove during our recent trip to Bath Christmas Market . This hotel is very comfortable , warm and welcoming . We loved the location it was easy to get into the centre but be warned its a very steep climb back up to . The beds are extremely comfortable although the pillows not so much . Our room had everything you could possibly need , the shower was amazing and loads of hot water .There was loads of options for breakfast too overall good value for money and we will definitely be back .

First stay here and will definitely return. 3rd stay at a Mercure brand hotel and cannot fault any!
Bridgewater is a pleasant town with plenty of places to enjoy and pass the time. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are very nice with excellent air conditioning if you need it! Comfortable beds, all mod cons including Samsung TV, USB sockets by the beds, ambient lighting, storage well thought out, small fridge, room service, fabulous bathrooms with waterfall shower and lovely extras such as decent shower wash and hair wash, make up/shaving mirror with lighting. Very secure hotel with 24 hour reception and lift only operable with key cards.
Didn't try the hotel restaurant but judging by the volume of people eating there I'd assume very good!

Pas mal, l'environnement est meilleur, c'est aussi très calme, l'emplacement est légèrement en retrait, longtemps sur la route de montagne, le sentiment général est plutôt bon, très bon, hâte d'y retourner

Bonne vue et bonne vibe à proximité. Refroidissement et nature, arrêt de bus à l'entrée, confortable! Slien et sûr à la nuit. Bon séjour avec la famille ou les amis! Pantry est ouvert 24h pour cuisine ou froid.

IInvitéThe hotel had great location and tasty breakfast. The room was nice and good toilet. Great room service for bringing your delivered food to your room for you. However the staff needs to improve their communication skill and knowledge. I was told that I could buy breakfast prior to the day I want the breakfast and I didn’t have to book a time slot. However when I wanted to check out I was told that I was charged the price of the breakfast that is bought on the day, not the day prior. I later talked to the staff and they understood their staffs mistake. The hotel doesn’t have dinner service I was told.

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful.
We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest.
The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss.
One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go.
Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.

CCL€M€NTL'un des meilleurs hôtels sous la marque Doubletree Hilton que j'ai séjourné. Amiable et aide le personnel, chambre dans de bonnes conditions propres. Location est proche de toutes les attractions principales de Bath, et dispose d'un supermarché Waitrose juste à côté.

IInvitéIt was a very special reunion for a group of nurses celebrating 50 years since we started our course in May 1975. In those days this hotel was a nurse's home and we all lived here for around 18 months. We had booked lunch,the food was lovely and the service was amazing. We so enjoyed our stay, 5 of us stayed for one or two nights. So beautiful and peaceful, couldn't have been better. Benice organised things for us, highly recommend her if you are booking an event.

IInvitéWe booked 2 nights for a relaxing spa weekend. Based on it being a spa hotel. We planned on staying in the hotel for the whole weekend.
When we arrived we were told there was no restaurant or bar we can use as it’s only used for events.
We then had some lunch in the spa cafe. Food was ok. Service was terrible.
We then went to the room as we were able to check in. The cleaner was still there. Very apologetic extremely polite and lovely. The room was absolutely wonderful. Large bedroom bathroom and living room.
We went out and found a pub for food. When we returned to relax in the room we found the party was directly below us and in full swing. Very loud and noisy and the smoking area was right outside our window. We called reception but they were fully booked. Glad to say it all stopped at midnight.
We went down to breakfast at 9.30. Not much left and the full breakfast was cold. When we questioned it we were just told”well it has been there since 7” it had just sat on the side in silver trays for 2.5 hours, no heat or option to reheat. It wasn’t edible.
We skipped breakfast that we paid for on the second day.
We then thought we would spend some time in the spa. Ha! Well the pool is small, no where to relax just a couple of plastic chairs, not a spa at all. It had a very small sauna and steam room. The jacuzzi didn’t work it was just a pool of cloudy water with a few bubbles.
Would not recommend. Seems it used to be and could be a wonderful place to be but has been taken over and lost its sole. Such a shame as the building and grounds are wonderful.
I have to add the cleaning staff and lady on reception were wonderful, welcoming and friendly.
