My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent service, especially reception , house keeping and restaurant/breakfast team. Very friendly and cooperative employees. Nice breakfast. Nice location.

La chambre et le service étaient exceptionnellement bons, mais ce qui m'a vraiment dégagé était le petit déjeuner. Il y avait une variété incroyable d'options, et tout ce que j'ai essayé était très bon.

L'hôtel est moderne, propre et bien géré. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour les séjours d'affaires et de loisirs. Le personnel était très professionnel, amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'enregistrement était facile et le service tout au long de la séjour était excellent. La location est également très confortable, près du centre ville et de nombreux endroits clés à Bishkek. Le petit déjeuner a été très varié et le service de restaurant était très agréable. Recommandé pour tout visiteur de la ville.

Хороший отель. Чистый номер. Матрасы заменили по требованию на мягкие . В номере прохладно , но стоит обогреватель. Отличные завтраки . Большой бассейн , сауна и хамам отличные. Понравилось качество массажа

Отель очень понравился. Чисто, уютно, хорошие завтраки. Удобное расположение, до центра можно пешком или на автобусе, рядом есть ресторанчики, сам район тихий и спокойный.

Останавливался в Orion Hotel Bishkek в целом очень достойный отель с уровнем, близким к настоящим пяти звёздам. Понравилось расположение в центре города, удобные и чистые номера, комфортная кровать. Персонал вежливый и старается помочь. Завтраки хорошие, есть выбор, всё свежее. Спа и бассейн приятный бонус, особенно после рабочего дня. Из небольших минусов, местами ощущается, что отелю уже не первый год, и некоторые детали можно было бы обновить. Но в целом впечатление положительное. Поставил бы 4,5 из 5. Вернулся бы снова.

Le type sur le résepshène semblait inacceptable. Venez une heure avant le logement, il a offert un logement plus tôt pour 6 $ l'heure. Je ne sais pas si ce chip de l'hôtel est si nuisible pour chaque heure. Mais il nous a poussés de la même façon. Si la chambre est libre, pourquoi ne pas régler vos clients une heure plus tôt ? La chambre est grande, tout fonctionne bien.

Le service de la plateforme d'hôtel, Dana, est très enthousiaste et responsable de traiter les questions des touristes avec beaucoup de patience. Le service de première classe Xijiang est un peu délicat et ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre.
