Очень чистый и уютный отель. Номер огромный с большой мягкой кроватью. Туалетная комната-выше всяких похвал! Всему персоналу отеля большой РАХМАТ!!! Все наши просьбы были удовлетворены мгновенно. Очень доброжелательная атмосфера. По поводу завтраков-столовая всё таки заточена под китайских туристов. Ходили на завтраки только 2 дня, благо рядом много вкусных и разнообразных мест. Отличное расположение отеля, слаженная и чёткая работа всего персонала. Чистый, просторный номер с ежедневной уборкой. Однозначно, в следующий приезд к вам! Большое спасибо за уютные 7дней в Бишкеке! nice place nice view and i will book again when i will visit again

Le type sur le résepshène semblait inacceptable. Venez une heure avant le logement, il a offert un logement plus tôt pour 6 $ l'heure. Je ne sais pas si ce chip de l'hôtel est si nuisible pour chaque heure. Mais il nous a poussés de la même façon. Si la chambre est libre, pourquoi ne pas régler vos clients une heure plus tôt ? La chambre est grande, tout fonctionne bien.

Hotel is fine, it's located next to a casino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

Hotel was clean, service was great. It was good that there was a 24hr cafe, unfortunately the pilaf that we had ordered wasnt cooked well, the rice was not well cooked.

The place is very comfortable, and easily accessible to the major city sites, stores and restaurants! Breakfast has many options, and their is even a casino inside!

性價算是比較比高的，還有免費spa，如果按摩另外收費，早餐品類也比較豐富，不過中亞的口味是真心難吃，外面的風景倒是不錯

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits
