Неплохой отель, удобные и просторные номера, в номере есть все необходимое. В некоторых номерах сделан косметический ремонт. Номерной фонд маленький. Завтраки не брали, поэтому ничего сказать не могу. Рядом с отелем большое количество мест, где можно вкусно и разнообразно поесть.  WiFi очень слабый… Соотношение цены и качества👌

Just an average Ramada By Wyndham Hotel compared with same Hotel brand in Phillipines, China, Malaysia. So, so breakfast . With the rate of the hotel did not match the values.

В целом, отель хороший. Номер довольно просторный, есть халат, тапочки. У меня из окна вид на стройку. Слышимость довольно высокая. Непонятная история с центральным кондиционером. Похоже, что не работает как надо. Душ: лейки нужно менять..Верхняя течет из всех щелей.

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

Nice quiet hotel with a good atmosphere. Near Bishkek Park mall. The front desk ladies and the guy behind the bar were all courteous, competent, and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the dinner (i had beshbarmak) was awesome.

Wonderful location - really nice hotel with friendly staff. It has its on hamam which is great!

L'hôtel était généralement très beau et suffisant.Les travailleurs étaient rôtissants et aimés.Les personnes de la réception parlent turc.Le petit déjeuner est beau et suffisant.Un hôtel boutique.La position n'est pas mauvaise, il y a une chasse à Asia Mall à proximité.Pour moi, il y a un grand panneau dans les fenêtres. Et la lumière qui sort de l'extérieur ne s'arrête pas assez, il est difficile de dormir en temps de soleil.
