Hôtels avec avec salles de sport à Province de Tchouï, Kirghizistan

C'est un très bon hôtel. Sauna est très bien, je veux revoir cet hôtel. Les lettres du personnel sont également très bonnes.

La chambre est spacieuse, élégante et offre une vue panoramique sur la ville, ce qui la rend très agréable de se réveiller chaque matin. Le lit de taille royale était incroyablement confortable et les chambres modernes ont ajouté un touche de luxe à l'expérience. Le petit déjeuner buffet est excellent, avec une grande variété de plats de qualité. En général, il s'agissait d'un superbe séjour, et je recommanderais vivement Sheraton Bishkek pour tout le monde qui visiterait la ville.

Очень чистый и уютный отель. Номер огромный с большой мягкой кроватью. Туалетная комната-выше всяких похвал! Всему персоналу отеля большой РАХМАТ!!! Все наши просьбы были удовлетворены мгновенно. Очень доброжелательная атмосфера. По поводу завтраков-столовая всё таки заточена под китайских туристов. Ходили на завтраки только 2 дня, благо рядом много вкусных и разнообразных мест. Отличное расположение отеля, слаженная и чёткая работа всего персонала. Чистый, просторный номер с ежедневной уборкой. Однозначно, в следующий приезд к вам! Большое спасибо за уютные 7дней в Бишкеке! 性價算是比較比高的，還有免費spa，如果按摩另外收費，早餐品類也比較豐富，不過中亞的口味是真心難吃，外面的風景倒是不錯

Le type sur le résepshène semblait inacceptable. Venez une heure avant le logement, il a offert un logement plus tôt pour 6 $ l'heure. Je ne sais pas si ce chip de l'hôtel est si nuisible pour chaque heure. Mais il nous a poussés de la même façon. Si la chambre est libre, pourquoi ne pas régler vos clients une heure plus tôt ? La chambre est grande, tout fonctionne bien.

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

Le petit déjeuner était varié avec beaucoup de choix. En tant que voyageur, j'ai eu le sentiment de être confortable et sûr. La réception était toujours occupée et amicale. Dans la chambre d'hôtel, il était un peu bruyant par les ventilateurs de l'extérieur, mais je pouvais changer la chambre. Il y a un supermarché, de nombreux cafés. Je suis très satisfait!
