The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.

Расположение отеля прекрасное, номера большие, светлые. Мы отдыхали в октябре и было чуть прохладно внутри, это единственный минус. Завтраки разнообразные. Спа большой, но не очень удобно расположен. Все бани, бассейны - отдельно. Надо идти по коридорам, через холл, что не очень комфортно.

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

La chambre a une micro-ondes et un toast. Il n'y a qu'un miroir dans la salle de bain. Il n'y a pas d'espace pour des vêtements longs, comme des chaussures ou des vêtements. Il n'y a pas de rack de chaussures dans la hall, seulement dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas de lampes de lit, seulement d'éclairage.

Это не отель 4*. Это апартаменты в жилом комплексе. Номер нормальный с балконом, новый достаточно чистый. Есть мини кухня и стиральная машинка. Не было ни питьевой воды ни простейших вещей для кухни (соль, губка для посуды, моющее средство). Расположение хорошее. рядом с морем, парк и молл в шаговой доступности. Аэропорт рядом Завтраки скромные. Почему-то всё что должно быть горячим, холодное. Готовят заранее. Из вкусного -чай. Это хороший 2* апарт-отель.

Un excellent hôtel à un prix raisonnable. Je voyageais seule et je voulais montrer qu'on peut passer de bonnes vacances sans se ruiner. Grâce aux réductions, 5 jours m'ont coûté très peu cher. Pour ma première réservation via Twill, j'avais quelques doutes concernant le mode de paiement (prépaiement ou paiement intégral), mais le service a été efficace. La chambre est immense, lumineuse et impeccable. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la décoration : bouilloire, vaisselle complète (verres et tasses compris), réfrigérateur, climatisation et sèche-linge électrique. Des articles de toilette jetables étaient également fournis. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin des couvertures, car il faisait chaud. Points positifs : Beaucoup d'espace, propreté irréprochable, balcon et petites attentions dans la chambre. Points négatifs/suggestions : Il manquait un micro-ondes et quelques chaises et une table sur le balcon pour le thé du matin. En résumé : Le meilleur rapport qualité-prix de ces dernières années !

Проживали вдвоем с женой 03-08 мая 2026 года. Отель хороший.  Местоположение отличное. Жили в номере с видом на море. Лучший вид .  Вкусные завтраки.   Зубные щетки нужно отдельно заказывать.  Иногда не приносят.  Внизу регулярно гудит вытяжка.  Сильно слышно.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Nous avons eu une très bonne expérience avec Ibis Styles à Batumi. L'immeuble contient un gym bien équipé et l'entrée est gratuite pour les clients de l'hôtel. Le 1. Il y a des billards et des services de table gratuits. Les chambres sont très bien.

The arrival experience was very disappointing. I arrived at 12:30 PM, completed the registration, and signed all the required forms. After that, the receptionist simply stared at me awkwardly before asking, ”Do you know that check-in time is 3:00 PM?” I replied, ”Yes, I know.” He then remained silent, leaving me unsure of what to do next. Eventually, I had to say, ”Okay, I'll find my way.” What disappointed me most was the complete lack of hospitality. There was no offer to store my luggage, no suggestion of a place where I could wait, and not even directions to the lounge. I ended up sitting in the lobby until I approached the Front Desk Supervisor, Polina, who was exceptionally professional. She completely turned the experience around by delivering the level of genuine five-star service I had expected from the beginning. Another concern was the absence of a concierge service. Even more surprisingly, the receptionist did not seem to know what a ”concierge” is. My overall ratings: - Room: 8/10 - Bed: 10/10 - Bathroom: 7/10
