Viens à la station de train pour aller à la station de train pour 10 minutes. Super rapide. La position est particulièrement bonne pour trouver ～ Je suis très mauvaise anglaise, mon petit frère est aussi très patient, la chambre est au deuxième étage, les étages, le petit frère aidera à prendre les bagages, très bien Je voulais réserver un appartement de paysage maritime, je pensais que c'était plus pratique de partir des attractions ici, je ne regrette pas vraiment cette décision. 10 minutes à pied de la place de Bahreïn, de la place européenne. C'est une surprise. Plus de cent yuan d'hôtel, il y a un réfrigérateur! La cuisine balcone! Tout le matériel de toilette doit être complet! Il y a un grand canapé et un restaurant, la division de la zone fonctionnelle est très bonne! Le bain est très fort, regardez l'image pensant que c'est défavorable, en fait pas, très propre et propre, les Chinois ferment les yeux! Il y a beaucoup de supermarchés en bas, et il est pratique de manger des fruits de mer. Ce prix est vraiment moins cher que le prix intérieur. Hahaha. L'unique chose est.. Le petit frère de la réception n'a pas vu personne depuis son séjour.. Je ne peux pas demander un peu de poche. Hahaha.

Обалденный отель в центре старого города. Все рядом(рестораны, магазины, море, набережная, достопримечательности). Отель новый, все чистое и не требует ремонта, доп стирки, обожаю новые отели, а не убитые. Отдельное спасибо за раннее и позднее выселение без доплаты. Считаю, что это сервис ориентированность и должна быть всегда в отелях. Отдельно отмечу завтрак. Он шикарный. Проходит в лобби, можно устроиться у окна в панорамными окнами и душевно провести утро. Отель действительно соответствует стоимости межсезонья, отдыхали в январе. В сезон не могу рекомендовать данное размещение, скорее удобный вариант для деловых коротких поездок. Комната чистая, но уставшая. Кровать удобная, постельное чистое. Большой минус - запах канализации в туалете. Чайник есть в общей зоне, холодильника нет, только в столовой зоне персонала, нам разрешили оставлять там продукты. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Уборка номера и смена полотенец по запросу. Очень удобное расположение в старом городе, у порта, из окна видно море, везде ходили пешком.

Facilities are perfect but a bit far away for viewing points. There was a strange smell in the room when I first check in. And there are clothes left by pervious resident in the washing machine.

Из плюсов: -удачное расположение (на пляже, на окраине-рядом отелей нет, следовательно и людей мало), вид из окон замечательный -очень вежливый,приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, причем весь-охрана,горничные, администраторы ресепшн, официанты. Вы молодцы!персонал-сердце любого отеля. -вид из номеров-шикарный, территория ухоженная, стройка не мешает. -качественные материалы, грамотная постройка Минус только один для меня- дыра в 10-15см на балконе, ребенок может и не упадет,так как есть трос, но ногу сломает,повиснув там. Больше минусов нет, но есть для меня моменты, на которые я бы хотела обратить внимание руководства (возможно кто-то это и не заметит, просто я в силу своей профессиональной деятельности заметила): - не докладывают полотенца для ног, нам их как убрали первый раз, так больше и не приносили, хотя с душевой нужны именно они и их замена. -если отель позиционирует себя как 5 звезд, то должны быть все косметические средства и еще тапочки, а не только мыло и шампунь( но я предполагаю, что 5* будет официально после завершения строительства других корпусов) -табличку не беспокоить вешали в обед на два часа, потом вешали табличку убрать-никто не убирал, пока через 2 дня не обратились на ресепшен, понимаю, что горничные не всегда видят, но могут после обеда еще раз проходить,когда люди уходят на пляж-в отеле у моря это было бы логично. -белье постельное нам сменили только за день до выезда😁 -в Кобулети очень много собак,соотвественно и на пляже.Я их очень люблю, но не на пляже. Когда ты сидишь с ребенком, а они тут рядом иежду собой грызутся. Хотелось бы в таком отеле частный пляж, за которым бы следили. Опять же повторюсь, это не какие-то критические минусы.Мы хорошо отдохнули, отель понравился, персонал понравился, если смотреть в общем-все замечательно!

巴統喜來登酒店點評：位置亮眼但細節拉垮 先説優點，酒店的位置確實沒得挑，步行到黑海海濱大道衹要兩三分鐘，去“阿里和尼諾”雕像這些熱門景點也很方便，算是巴統的核心地段了。房間的海景視野不錯，床品也還算舒服，行政酒廊的景觀和服務態度也值得一提。 但作為國際連鎖的喜來登，細節服務實在讓人失望。剛進房間就發現沒有配備拖鞋，這在酒店住宿裏算是基礎配置了，衹能打電話聯繫客房服務提醒，等了快20分鐘才送過來，耽誤了不少時間。 更糟的是洗澡時的體驗，水温完全沒法穩定，前一秒還是正常温水，下一秒突然變燙，趕緊關掉後又立馬變冷，來來回回好幾次，生怕被燙傷或凍着，最後衹能匆匆沖完了事，好心情全被破壞了。 整體來看，酒店的硬件底子和地理位置都很好，但在基礎設施配備和客房維護上明顯不到位，作為奢華酒店榜靠前的住宿，這樣的細節疏漏實在不應該，希望能好好改進。

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel en janvier 2026. L'hôtel n'a pas de radiateurs, le chauffage est seulement venu du climatiseur. Nous sommes gelés la nuit (le climatiseur était fixé à 28 degrés). Il était terriblement froid et vapo. Les mattresses sont de haute qualité, les lins sont propres.
