The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Great location and the location has beautiful view. Such a good place to get a rest after a long day. Recommended place, but please change the bedsheets regularly, thank you.

The room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available. They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.

So far so good! The service is okay and the room is prety well for customer. But the breakfast menu not various. Just make some various menus such as cereal and some fruit juices at minimum.

Facilities and food are excellent. The service however, especially the staff at the hotel restaurant, are not so friendly, and sort of less than the standard to expect from such a 4-star-hotel.

Je suis d'abord entré dans le KM, désolé pour l'odeur (caca qui n'a pas été rincé), c'est du véritable Ilfeel, les serviettes sentent aussi le moisi, les fenêtres sont sales. Pour le petit-déjeuner, il y avait très peu de variantes de menu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et le goût du porridge au poulet a déçu nos langues. Pour le reste, les installations proposées sont correctes, les enfants sont heureux de séjourner ici.

I love this hotel so much, the staff are amazing and helpfull, the bed and pillow are really comfy. The room accros mine at 10pm was open their talked loudly and i complained to front desk,and the staff immediately asked them to closed their doors so i can sleep, thank you ciputra hotel.. and the location also the best

During my recent stay at the hotel for a short getaway, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and going out of their way to assist with any requests, making the experience feel warm and personal. The entire hotel was spotless and clearly well maintained, which added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. The lobby, in particular, left a lasting impression—it was spacious, grand, and tastefully decorated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming first impression. While the daily buffet meals became a little repetitive over time, I still appreciated the decent variety offered and the consistently good taste of the food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay that I would gladly recommend to others.

Overall it is a pleasant experience staying in LK Pandanaran. I certainly would vouch value for money staying here. What I can provide here is areas for improvement to the Hotel Operator. There was a slight leak in shower head connector. Breakfast menu needs more variety rather than auto repeat daily, and freshness of salad bar/green condiments can be improved. All of which is not a deal breaker. Location, cleanliness, service, facilities - are all good. Would definitely repeat my stay here next time.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits avec petit déjeuner inclus et nous sommes heureux avec le séjour. La toilette et la chambre sont de bonne taille. Lave-linge et séchage peuvent être gérés facilement avec accès au balcon. Le petit déjeuner est bon et meilleur que ce que nous avons vu en dehors de Jakarta. Les lobbys, les entrées, les restaurants, etc. sont bien présentés.
