We had a great time at Harris Barelang Resort. They have a lot of food selection for breakfast. Maybe a little improvement in the pastry section the muffins are too dense. Other than that, we had fun staying there.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The views are fantastic, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and also they have delicious food.

Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

Le personnel de service était aussi amiable, confortable et merveilleux. Pour la chambre, nous séjournons à 2 chambres exécutives à haut niveau, il est propre et confortable, avec aircondition travaille bien mais seulement la zone de séjour est légèrement défectueuse (parfois flashing). Le balcon est un accès à la chambre de maître qui était super mais seulement le retour, c'était un peu bruyant pendant l'heure du sommeil. Pour l'eau sur le distributeur d'eau et la bouteille d'eau en verre à la cuisine, ne bois pas l'eau car c'est très sale, nous la boissons presque quand nous faisons notre thé, juste pour voir attentivement il y a quelques pièces d'unidentifier des objets flottant dans elle. Pour le petit déjeuner, il était OK.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais le repas est délicieux. Globalement, un séjour en cours de validité dans cet hôtel vous recommandera certainement des amis pour expérience de l'hébergement

C'est un endroit idéal pour une courte pause car le SPA, le terminal des ferries et de nombreux restaurants de fruits de mer sont juste à sa porte. Cependant, des améliorations sont encore possibles en termes de qualité de la nourriture et de compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, afin de répondre aux normes des hôtels 5 étoiles.

I chose Montigo Resort Nongsa to celebrate my partner's birthday, and honestly, they made it special. I left a note mentioning that it was my partner's birthday and the team truly went the extra mile to surprise him in the evening with a birthday cake with candles all ready, and even a sweet ”Happy Birthday” spelt out with flowers on our bed. It was such a thoughtful touch, huge props to the team for that effort! The view from our private pool at night is stunning. It was so peaceful with sky full of stars and we were able to see the lights of Singapore across the water from our room. The resort location isn't exactly convenient as it sits outside of the Batam central area where all the malls are at, but this is definitely the place for a quiet and chillax weekend getaway. The only thing that wasn't quite perfect was the breakfast spread and water. The breakfast was below standard type of bad in terms of taste and available selection for a resort of this price point. More importantly is that we did notice quite some small black bits floating around in the pool, and the water for the bathtub had this yellow tinge (we leave it running for 20 min and it's still slightly yellow, and the water flowing out turned cold after 20 min). Although, these weren't a huge deal-breaker cause both of us don't use the bathtub, but it's something I think the resort should seriously look into if they are positioning themselves as a high-end resort. Overall though, despite that the issues, our stay at Montigo Nongsa was fantastic. The amazing service, especially that lovely birthday surprise, and those incredible nighttime views completely won us over. If they can just sort out the water situation, it would be absolutely top-notch. We're already thinking about when we can plan our next visit!

The room was good, just the location it's near to the mosque, so do expect the prayer at 4am. Room cleanliness is good, just some water stain in bathroom but unavoidable since it's not new hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was standard. Overall, it is worth the price.
