Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too..
Pro:
-Service is super fast and feel like luxury.
-Indoor pool was great and very clean.
-Gym had trainers in the evening i guess.
-Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide.
-centre of the city yet so quiet
-Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious
- iPad with lot of high tech
- expresso was had to make but they give help u.
- good Wi-Fi
- valet parking

Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it.
Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

property location v good , close to tirunallar temple. The stay was fantastic with amazing ambience , food was great and staffs were v polite. Highly recommend for stay in this place if u visit karaikal

Nice spacious outdoor swimming pool with a Spa facility.for reasonably priced traditional Ayurvedic massage. Rooms are also very spacious. Some of the decor is starting too look a bit tired.

The room service was bad. In room dining was delayed by an hour. At night they disable the reception and room service numbers. There is no way to reach out through phone call during late evenings.
The shower was not working properly. Breakfast was terrible, the drinks were kept for hours without lid to cover them.

It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

Le petit déjeuner était adéquat et délicieux. Les chefs de bureau et le personnel de l'hôtel étaient tous très aimables et utiles. Nous nous sentions à la maison à notre séjour de deux nuits et je pense qu'il est une valeur pour un échange d'argent. Plages et restaurants étaient tous très accessibles à pied de cet hôtel. Un endroit doux pour rester dans un endroit silencieux, entouré d'une zone de bousculer.

IInvitéLovely oasis of calm, boutique hotel in the heart of the White Town. We stayed for 2 nights. We dined at the restaraunt on the first night, the food and ambience was excellent. We also dined twice at their sister restaraunt” La Villa” which had a 7 course taster menu that was excellent and great value for money. They are also affiliated with the bar/restaraunt ”The Spot” which we really enjoyed visiting during the day for a drink and spot of lunch in a nice courtyard. Breakfast at Villa Shanti was also good and the staff were all very polite and friendly. Our room was charming and comfortable. We felt the roof terrace area could have been a more attractive area to sit out on than it was it was quite basic and felt a bit neglected but otherwise we found the hotel a great place to stay.

The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada.
The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable.
Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard.
Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect.
It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel.

SSeveino brigatoThe Radisson Pont du Chery is a hotel of no more than four stars, and it is very far from the main (white) part of the city. It is about 13–14 km away, and the hotel charges USD 20 each way, USD 20 to go and USD 20 to return.
So, if someone wants to visit Pont du Chery, the hotel is extremely far. Moreover, there is nothing around the hotel at all—zero, a desert.
It is suitable only for those who want to stay isolated from the city and close to the beach (about 500 meters away). Otherwise, it is not suitable for a tourist who wants to visit Pont du Chery🛜🛜🛜 The staff is excellent. The breakfast is good. The reception staff is exceptional

The breakfast was the best thing about this place. Homemade food was superb. The south indian breakfast was really great. I have no idea why other guests were requesting western style food.
Room was okay. It was neat, but felt a bit dim. One downside was that there were noticeable numbers of mosquitoes.

IInvitéWe had an amazing stay at Hotel Aura, true to its name, the aura of the place was really good. Friendly staff, and the service was excellent. The location is very decent, with all the amenities nearby, all the tourist places are less than 5 mins from this place. The hotel people also helped us to hire a scooter, which was much more convenient to roam around compared to a car. The restaurant food was tasty. Our overall stay was excellent, safe and satisfying..

IInvitéThe hotel is located at the heart of heritage town, and all the important attractions are within walking distance. The room, albeit small, was clean and well-kept. The room lacked proper ventilation but it didn’t matter much since i hardly spent any time indoors. The host is very amicable and he immediately responded to housekeeping requests. The bathroom is smaller than i expected, but it’s fine. Gets the job done. It is a good place for an economical stay for people who are travel-ling for 1n/2d.
