La location est excellente et bien que j'aie dû attendre une heure supplémentaire pour ma salle de vue sur la mer, il était tout à fait à la hauteur. Les chambres sont très confortables, et la chambre est spacieuse et propre.

many good things but somethings to be reviewed
like we realised that when we call the guy at the reception on the night shift the phone was misplaced so it was always busy, this was not correct because it forced us to go down to the hall to talk to him.
Even though the room was clean at one point a cockroach appeared

Pour la première fois, très bon parmi les tarifs des hôtels de 200. Service rapide, pas quelques minutes avant l'arrivée. La nourriture est bonne. Clean. Recommandé pour ceux qui veulent rester mais un petit sac.

Bon emplacement, les chambres sont ok. Mais les chambres manquent d'entretien, beaucoup sont inadéquates, par exemple la douche de la salle de bain a de l'eau lente. La porte de la salle de bain était cassée. La climatisation n'est pas froide. J'espère qu'à l'avenir, vous pourrez y prêter attention.

PPatGreat looking lobby with plenty of seats for waiting and nice view from the room. All old wooden furniture and old sanitary ware and bath need improvement.
No electric socket nearby the bed or desk; need to switch off the lamp instead. Service is very slow. Wait for the laundry pickup for 2hr.
Cleanliness need definitely an improvement. There is a plenty of hair on the room floor and bathroom. Housekeepers keep talking loudly front of the guest room without cares the guest's privacy.
Only few staffs can speak English. Can be noisy as it is surrounded by two main roads.
But the price is reasonable in overall
Ear plug is recommended at this place. Wifi okay

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner à l'hôtel Tahuna Beach et nous devons dire que c'était une expérience incomparable.
Tout d'abord, le personnel de l'hôtel Tahuna Beach mérite tout le prix dans le monde.
Ils n'étaient pas seulement attentifs, mais vraiment attentifs et allaient au-dessus et au-delà pour s'assurer que tous les aspects de notre séjour étaient parfaits. Que ce soit les saluers amicals au bureau de front, le service impeccable de l'équipe de cuisine, ou le geste extraordinaire du gestionnaire général qui nous a même fourni le transport dans sa voiture à la pierre pour notre prochaine destination, Toute interaction nous a laissé sentir appréciés et accueillis.
Malgré leur faible compétence en anglais, la dévouement du personnel s'est révélée dans toutes les interactions.
- Dans le voyage à Mount Awu, j'ai trouvé une mauvaise position sur ma caméra instantanée, et avec l'aide de Gilbert, l'un des membres du personnel de l'hôtel, la caméra a été récupérée en toute sécurité et a été en bonne condition. En outre, quand j'ai glissé pendant la trekking, mon guide local appelé Gilbert, qui s'est promptement conduit à me faire revenir à l'hôtel, assurant ma sécurité et mon bien-être. résident à l'hôtel et au Resort de Tahuna Beach.

MMukhlasinI recently stayed at Favehotel Bitung and had a very good experience overall. This hotel is a solid choice if you’re traveling for business, transit, or even a short getaway in Bitung. It offers great value with clean facilities, helpful staff, and a strategic location.

Location: Centrally located in Bitung, the hotel is close to the main roads, local eateries, shops, and other key points in the city. It’s very convenient for both business travelers and casual guests.
Room: The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. I stayed in a [insert room type], and it had all the essentials—comfortable bed, working desk, AC, good lighting, and reliable Wi-Fi.
Staff & Service: The team at the front desk were friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any request was handled quickly.
Facilities: There’s a restaurant on-site which is helpful, especially if you arrive late or don’t want to go far for food. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The meeting room facilities also looked well-prepared for business functions.

JJosi22The accommodation was really nice and beautifully decorated, with a lovely private area on the balcony. The location was perfect – we could reach many places quickly with a rented bike, and renting one nearby was easy. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, making the stay even more enjoyable. There were a few small things, like no soap, only one towel for two people, and the water getting cold quickly, but these were just minor details. Once we mentioned them to the reception, they were quickly resolved.
Overall, it was a great stay, the price was absolutely fair, and I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

JJakeIf you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here.
This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there.
The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba.
To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

IInvitéStaff at the front desk, at breakfast and roomservice are very helpful and kind.
They're very thrifty on giving towels though.
Only 1 big towel per person, so 2 big towels per room. While there is no shower curtain in the bathroom water goes all over the place so the floor gets wet.
No small towel to put on the floor. When asked for more towels they would give you only 1 small towel. Asking for 2 towels seems to be a problem.
Overall maintenance is really necessary in bathrooms even some beds.
However, again, very nice hotel, breakfast is good. Across the hotel there is a supermarket and 2 restaurants.
