From when we arrived the staff straight away attended to us by carrying our bags in and opening the car door for us. We couldn't check in before 2pm but we were allowed a pre check in while they set aside our bags. And when we came back to the hotel after our room was ready, they kindly sent our bags up for us. The hotel room was really spacious and clean and they set 3 single beds like I requested. The beds were really comfortable. The air-conditioning was strong. However the trash cans were bare without any plastic linings, which I wished they had because throwing stuff inside without the trash bag felt a little icky. I wasn't really impressed with the shower and shampoo/conditioner dispenser. It was really quite inconvenient to use, and I'm pretty sure both dispensers were the same shower gel because the shampoo dispenser didn't really feel like shampoo or conditioner. It'd be better if they just used a travel sized bottle. Other than that the toilet was clean. I didn't have a chance to use the bathtub though. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods of which I thoroughly enjoyed, from breads, desserts, local food. Overall highly recommend, the staff was attentive, the food was great, the room was spacious (but bring your own soap/shampoo). It's worth the price and enjoyed my stay. I would book this hotel a second time if come to Batam again.

L'hôtel est super propre et nouveau ! J'aime comment le centre est juste à côté de l'hôtel et nous avons eu un séjour agréable qui serait def revenir ! Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à ma place : / mais le thé est très bon ! Tout le reste est préfectueux! Personnel super joli et ami! Il est très proche de tous les endroits où je veux aller! Et aussi je m'aime la vue même il y a un ancien bâtiment la vue est encore super joli peut voir le ciel~

Le service était accueillant et hébergé, mais la livraison de nourriture devait être collectée à l'extérieur. Location intelligente, il est proche de la centrale Mega - l'hôtel offre un service de navette à et depuis la centrale Mega. Cependant, il est ＞20 minutes de route pour des repas comme 168 & A2 cours de nourriture et d'autres centres comme Grand Batam, Nagoya Hill, qui peuvent être trouvés principalement dans la région de Nagoya. La chambre était très poussière et n'avait pas une bonne vue (nous voyons un bâtiment qui était encore en construction). Ils ont remplacé les pantalons aussi, mais je n'ai pas utilisé les nouveaux comme je l'ai remarqué un problème entre les pantalons (sans problème, comme je l'ai utilisé juste les pantalons plus anciens)

L'un des plus longs hôtels de 5 étoiles à Batam. La vue est de verdure - face au golf. L'hôtel était plein, amical reception officer Finy, offrant une chambre de luxe avec lits doubles, balcon sur le terrain de golf. Autobus à certains moments jusqu'à Grand Batam Mall et Nagoya Hill. La salle de sport était bien équipée. J'ai vu la sauna et la zone de yoga au niveau 10 Une chose à noter : le soleil est en pleine tête de matin. La piscine n'est pas venue au soleil, car elle est bloquée par le bâtiment de l'hôtel (jusqu'à environ 1015am). La zone où le café est est le soleil matinal. Café Luminal à côté de l'hôtel servit une pâte de café à partir de starbucks .pas un grand fan de café Starbucks, donc j'ai eu de jus de melon à la place. L'environnement de Cafe était excellent pour le travail à distance, car il y avait de nombreux points de charge. En général, un séjour agréable.

Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

Hotel stay was good, booked a Family room. Services were excellent and the location was ideal, all within walking distance. We had a very good sleep. My 2nd time staying here and the breakfast buffet has since improved with a wider spread. Keep up the good work! Worth mentioning is that we requested 3 single beds, although 1st night it was a full house, 2nd day morning they really prepared it for us. But since we slept well, we declined the good offer. Thumbs up!

I like that the location is 15 minutes away from the BBT ferry terminal and they provide free transfer to and fro. The hotel looks relatively new but it has a chalet feel rather than a resort. The beach is shared among 3 resorts and it is beautiful and clean. We ate the Indonesian buffet on Friday night which cost INR550,000 per pax. Loved the sate and kueh the most. During breakfast, we were directed to Angsana as cassia was full. Breakfast is average. The one room apartment is small but comfortable as they divided the space into bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Staff were attentive throughout the checkin, checkout, dining and transfer. All were smooth and quick. We happen to witness the release of sea turtles. Kudos to Bintan sea conservation team!

Overall stay was pleasant. Room, location, Convenience and safe.  Only issue I had was the power points and usb ports for charging. Initially the power point works but usb did not. Then they replaced it. After that the power point does not work but usb ports work.  Room took long time to cool down despite putting it at 17 degrees.  Other than that, it’s was a pleasant and fun stay. Highly recommended to stay here for the convenience of shops, clinics, spas and food. There are 4 hotels in this area ….

Highly recommended hotel! The service was tip top! During check in I checked with the front desk staff whether they have any double bed room left because I booked a twin sharing room but my son was with me during the trip so I will need to squeeze with him in a single bed but unfortunately, on the day all rooms were fully booked so they did not have any extra room. But when I opened up the room door I was surprised by what they had done with the room they actually joined the twin sharing bed into one bed. They even gave me a complimentary dinner. It's really nice of them. Will definitely book from them again.

I had a remarkably generous experience with our room being upgraded to a suite. I appreciate the concept of an open wardrobe and the spacious room, which features comfortable bedding, pillows, and linens. The bathroom is equipped with different types of towels, as well as travel-sized body products including conditioner, body lotion, and a two-in-one shampoo, along with a shower cap. However, there was a lack of a razor. I prefer bath slippers that offer water absorption and cushioning, as they are more comfortable after long journeys than hard-edged slippers, which can cause blisters on my delicate skin. I spent my day swimming, although the gym is not yet ready for use, and there is no steam room available. There are many dining options, including a BBQ at the poolside, as well as a spa and salon in the Thamrin Batam area, making it very convenient for those who have a few days to experience everything in this young, lively, and vibrant atmosphere.
