When we checked in, the staff told us we were upgraded from our 2 bedroom seafront villa to a 3 bedroom. However the condition of the 3 bedroom villa was pretty shocking / very old and badly maintained bathrooms, flooring with stains on the carpet etc. After requesting for a change back to our original booking for a 2 bedroom villa- the experience was much better as these villas are newer although not 5 star. The ocean and sunset views are good and buggy rides are helpful as resort is huge. We enjoyed the Jap restaurant for dinner but the lunch we had at Tadds was just average- don’t order the steak. It is also very far from the city or malls.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

Je n'ai pas eu le temps de prendre le petit-déjeuner à cause de la navette, car j'avais une réservation pour le premier ferry le lendemain, mais le responsable m'a préparé un panier-repas. Merci. À part les fourmis dans la chambre, c'était super.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike.

Toute l’expérience a été vraiment incroyable. Le service était excellent ! Dès l'instant où nous sommes entrés dans le terminal du ferry de Bintan, nous avons été accueillis par le personnel amical et ils nous ont mis à l'aise jusqu'au moment où nous sommes sortis du terminal du ferry de Bintan. Dès que nous sommes montés à bord du bus, on nous a donné des biscuits et des serviettes froides, sans oublier le wifi gratuit tout au long de notre trajet de 75 minutes jusqu'au complexe. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été accueillis par un personnel sympathique et nous avons immédiatement été conduits à une chambre pour notre verre de bienvenue et notre enregistrement. Le processus d'enregistrement a été rapide mais aucune chambre n'était disponible à 11 heures et plus. On nous a dit que notre chambre ne serait disponible qu'à 14 heures (c'est déjà plus tôt car l'enregistrement est à 15 heures) et le personnel nous avait conseillé de nous promener et d'aller d'abord déjeuner pendant le temps d'attente. À la fin, nous avons réussi à prendre notre déjeuner à 13 heures (plus tôt que ce qu'ils nous ont dit). Ce que j'aime dans le complexe, c'est qu'ils mettent à jour leurs activités et leurs réponses via WhatsApp. Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans votre chambre, nos bagages y étaient déjà livrés et la climatisation fonctionnait. Il faisait donc déjà frais... le temps à Bintan est CHAUD en décembre Hahhahaa. La chambre était très belle et spacieuse. C'était tellement incroyable et romantique. Cela me donne vraiment envie de ne pas quitter la pièce. La nourriture y était bonne aussi. Bien qu'il n'y ait que deux restaurants, ils proposent une grande variété de plats. Et chaque soir, ils proposent un thème différent pour le dîner. La nuit où j'étais là-bas, ils ont eu la nuit Pasar Malam. Des stands de nourriture ont été installés à l'air libre avec des tables et des chaises et le personnel a compris que la nuit suivante, ils faisaient un barbecue au bord de la mer. Dommage, je ne suis là que pour une nuit. Ils ont également un énorme petit-déjeuner. Il y a de la musique live au bar de la piscine. Outre les boissons, des plats y sont également servis. La musique live est SUPER ! C'est vraiment un séjour agréable !

The place is peaceful and quiet, not much people and we enjoyed the pool. There is a lot of things to do so you wont get bored. We try the kayaking and its very fun . My daughter loves to swim so we swim the whole time. Breakfast spread is ok, we dont eat much so we are ok with what on the buffet. Going to City will take 45mins by grab, but its ok coz fare not expensive. Over all we enjoy the place, staff are polite and friendly.

The hotel's location is its greatest advantage and was the main reason I chose to stay here. Overall, my experience was excellent. The service was attentive, and the food was of a high standard. I have a couple of suggestions that could further enhance the guest experience. Room 119 could be converted into a fitness room, as the hotel currently does not have a gym. Since the room is at ground level, the curtains cannot be fully opened without compromising guests' privacy, as people walking past can easily see inside. Additionally, offering an in-room massage service would be a valuable amenity and would provide greater convenience for guests looking to relax during their stay.

Reste ici avec ma mère. Absolutement aimé mon séjour! L'hôtel est propre, sent bon, les lits sont grands et confortables, la toilette était petite mais la pression de la douche était puissance!! Le petit déjeuner était aussi grand! A eu une variété différente pour les 3 jours que j'ai séjourné! La location est aussi magnifique! La distance de marche à One Batam Mall et abt 10-15 mins saisir le chemin à tous les autres centres. Vous reviendrez certainement ici pour mon prochain voyage de batam!
