Malheureusement, rien à voir avec la photo de l'annonce… c'est typiquement indien, et l'hôtel est situé dans une rue secondaire inaccessible en voiture. Ma chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre. Le personnel était sympathique. Il y avait même une serviette propre et du papier toilette, mais pour 14 €, c'était tout à fait correct.

Nous séjournons toujours à l'Aerocity et je dois dire que nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Nous avions réservé une chambre Club Lounge et, à notre arrivée, on nous a conduits à une chambre qui dégageait une forte odeur d'humidité. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception et avons été immédiatement relogés dans une autre chambre.

J'ai prolongé mon séjour dans cet hôtel de plus de quatre nuits. Je l'ai prolongé jour après jour car j'étais vraiment satisfait de l'accueil, du service, de la propreté et de la chambre. Les équipements de base, y compris les chaussons, sont fournis. De plus, et c'est le plus important, l'eau chaude est disponible même en hiver à New Delhi. J'espère que mon départ se déroulera sans problème. Le directeur et le personnel de l'hôtel sont corrects et sympathiques. L'hôtel se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Delhi Aerocity. Il est très facile de se déplacer en ville en train ; le trajet coûte 54 roupies. J'ai ensuite acheté une carte à puce pour utiliser toutes les lignes de métro, sauf la ligne de l'aéroport, au prix de 290 roupies par jour.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

Cleanliness was excellent in every corner, which is something I value a lot while traveling. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

L'hôtel était bien situé près de l'aéroport. La piscine et la salle de sport étaient super. Le service était bon. Choix de deux restaurants avec une bonne sélection de plats. Le service de spa était bon avec une large gamme d'offres. Le seul point négatif était que tous les prix avaient une taxe de 25% ajoutée, puis 9% supplémentaires, donc pas très transparents. J'y retournerais volontiers.
