This is a very nice hotel. Excellent facilities. The rooms are clean, the food is excellent, the service is fast, and the location is good.

Personnel formidable et service formidable. L'hôtel a annoncé sur son site Web que la rénovation de la piscine serait terminée avant notre séjour, mais malheureusement, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on nous a dit qu'elle était fermée pendant encore une semaine environ, ce qui était vraiment dommage. Notre chambre n'avait pas de réfrigérateur et j'ai dû le demander deux fois et quand il est arrivé, il ne rentrait pas dans l'espace prévu pour le réfrigérateur, il traînait donc. À part ces choses, le service était excellent. Je pense qu'ils peuvent améliorer quelques petits détails, mais dans l'ensemble, l'emplacement et le service sont excellents. J'y retournerais.

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport, la chambre était vraiment acceptable avec une douche à eau chaude, mais la chambre était un peu froide. Je leur ai demandé d'organiser un taxi pour venir me chercher, et le taxi a été un peu impoli en me demandant pourquoi je ne prenais pas simplement un taxi déjà à l'aéroport. À mon arrivée, ils m'ont fait payer trop cher le taxi et la chambre, mais j'étais trop fatigué pour discuter avec eux (le taxi aurait dû coûter 200 roupies, j'ai payé 800, la chambre aurait dû coûter 1650 roupies, mais au total j'ai payé 3500, taxes comprises).

Un très bel hôtel à Aerocity, personnel très accueillant, lits confortables et excellent choix pour le petit-déjeuner. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Un hôtel plutôt douteux, convenable pour une nuit avant un vol. Le personnel de la réception n'était pas particulièrement aimable et a tout simplement ignoré la moitié de mes questions. Ils n'ont rien expliqué, pas même indiqué l'emplacement de l'ascenseur. La piscine était magnifiquement présentée en photo, mais en réalité, elle était triste et petite. La chambre était déjà délabrée, malgré un design que j'appréciais beaucoup. L'insonorisation était très mauvaise ; des clients qui partaient la nuit criaient et parlaient dans le couloir pendant une dizaine de minutes. Impossible de bien dormir dans un tel endroit. En revanche, le restaurant au deuxième étage est excellent ; les plats étaient délicieux et présentés avec soin.

Iva Premium Très proche de l'aéroport et juste à côté de l'autoroute. Fini les désagréments des ruelles étroites, sales et encombrées de Mahipalpur. Calme absolu. Personnel très aimable et serviable. C'est un hôtel récent, ouvert depuis un an seulement. Par conséquent, il est impeccable. Aucun aspect usé ou défraîchi. Salle de bain propre. Chauffe-eau installé dans la salle de bain, utilisable à tout moment. Draps impeccables. Serviettes également propres, mais pas aussi fraîches que les draps. Chambre confortable pour deux personnes. Un troisième lit a été fourni et nous avons pu facilement loger nos trois grandes valises dans la chambre. Ventilateur et climatisation disponibles. Les couloirs sont larges, lumineux, propres et agréables. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée. Nous y avons dîné. Cuisine correcte, avec des plats végétariens et non végétariens. Prix raisonnables. Notre réservation incluait le petit-déjeuner. Comme nous devions quitter l'hôtel à 4h15 du matin, nous pensions ne pas pouvoir profiter du petit-déjeuner. Or, leur restaurant est ouvert 24h/24 et 7j/7. On nous a donc indiqué que nous pouvions prendre le petit-déjeuner à tout moment avant notre départ, même en chambre. Je m'attendais à un simple toast, du beurre, de la confiture et du thé à cette heure matinale. Mais ils étaient prêts à nous servir tout ce qui figurait sur leur carte. Nous avons savouré un copieux petit-déjeuner composé de parathas farcis avec des pickles et du yaourt, de toasts chauds, de beurre, de confiture et de thé chaud. Notre réservation ne proposait pas l'option de transfert aéroport gratuit, nous avons donc supposé qu'elle était incluse (le nom de l'hôtel le suggérant). Or, il s'est avéré qu'elle ne l'était pas, mais ils nous l'ont tout de même offerte. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, surtout si vous souhaitez être à proximité de l'aéroport. Il est situé directement sur la voie de service. Vous n'aurez pas à vous soucier des embouteillages sur les routes secondaires. De plus, en cherchant des hôtels corrects près de l'aéroport, je suis tombé sur de nombreux établissements frauduleux qui fournissaient de fausses informations sur leur proximité avec l'aéroport. Certains affichaient même de fausses photos de leurs locaux, de leurs chambres, de leur emplacement, etc. J'étais donc vraiment inquiet pour cet hôtel dès la réservation. Mais je n'avais aucune raison de m'inquiéter. Il est propre et confortable. Son emplacement est très pratique.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

There were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.
