Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. C'est le cinquième hôtel que j'ai séjourné, dans cette visite en Inde, et c'était le moins satisfaisant. Le jour où je suis arrivé, je suis choquée, parce qu'il regardait descendre : la peinture sortant des murs de chambre, des murs et des sols en forme sur la salle de bain, des serviettes et des feuilles de lit en forme. Les hôtels les plus sérieux auraient été jetés. En fait, cet hôtel se sent plus comme un auberge (un auberge à la baisse). Je ne pouvais pas croire qu'il avait tellement de commentaires positifs sur Trip.com. Beaucoup de gens l'avaient donné dix! Crazy! Et très suspect! Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Les propriétaires devraient faire des investissements importants dans la rénovation. Enfin, je ne devrais pas oublier de mentionner que la chambre avait une fenêtre de porte, mais sans vue, sauf pour le mur de l'immeuble à côté de la porte. We stayed at Spellmount Hotel during our family trip to Kausani, and it truly cast a spell on us. The panoramic views of the Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli peaks from the room balcony were simply breathtaking, the kind of vista that makes you pause and just take it all in. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm for the hill station weather. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with fantastic local recommendations that made us feel right at home. They also have interconnected rooms for families and that was a hit for my daughter. The location is ideal, peaceful and away from the main road bustle, yet close enough to explore Kausani's tea gardens and viewpoints. Mornings here, with a cup of tea and that uninterrupted mountain panorama, are worth the entire trip. We travelled as a multi-generational family including elderly parents and a young child, and the hotel made it comfortable for everyone. If you're looking for a serene Kumaon getaway with stunning views and heartfelt hospitality, Spellmount is an excellent choice.

We had a very comfortable stay at Auradoon in Dehradun. The hotel is nestled on the foothills of the mountain range, offering breathtaking views of the hills right from our room. The location is awesome — peaceful and scenic, though a bit farther from the main town. Dehradun city center is easily accessible by taxi or private car, which made exploring convenient. The rooms were great and spacious, with beautiful front-facing views of the hills that made every morning special. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property — everything felt fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They promptly attended to all our needs and made us feel truly welcome. Special mention to Chef Himanshu — he was very caring and personally offered us some of the tasty dishes he had prepared. The breakfast was varied and delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients every day. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway near Dehradun with excellent service and great food. We'll definitely visit again!

J'ai eu un séjour merveilleux ici et je recommanderais très bien cet hôtel. L'hôtel est très propre, confortable et totalement exempt de tout odeur désagréable. L'équipe de garde-fous fait un excellent travail pour maintenir les chambres et les espaces communs. Le lit était très confortable, et j'ai eu quelques-uns des meilleurs sommeil pendant mon voyage. Le gestionnaire et le personnel de l'hôtel étaient tous incroyablement aimables, utiles et bienvenus. La cuisine était délicieuse et il y avait beaucoup d'options à jouir pendant mon séjour. Je voudrais également féliciter les gardes de sécurité, qui ont été très aimables, et m'ont fait sentir en sécurité tout au long de ma visite. La location est un autre grand avantage. En général, une expérience fantastique. Les chambres propres sont le meilleur, une grande nourriture, un excellent service et un emplacement confortable.

Le service et l'hospitalité sont incroyables. La chambre était lumineuse et propre et confortable. Chaque jour, il s'est assuré que je me suis senti confortable et que j'avais tout ce que j'avais besoin. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup d'options, y compris les fruits frais.  Les serveurs étaient tous amis et utiles, surtout Aman qui était grand à me souvenir de mon ordre.  J'avais aussi dîné au restaurant et le service à la clientèle était tout simplement incroyable. Aman et le gestionnaire m'ont vraiment pris très en charge.  Le personnel de la chambre frontale et le service de la maison étaient également très utiles. (En tant que femme voyageant seule, je suis toujours très heureux quand il y a une femme qui peut m'aider aussi. Merci à Kiran pour son service heureux.) Le GM était également disponible et gentilment disposé à aider  si j'avais besoin de quelque chose.  Il est un grand hôtel avec une grande localisation (à côté de Parmarth Ashram et très près de l'Ashram des Beatles) et le personnel fait de l'expérience vraiment merveilleuse.
