Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est d'un niveau décent, comprenant de merveilleux desserts
Le centre-ville est à 15-20 minutes à pied, il y a des restaurants à proximité, notamment une rue piétonne. Mais nous n'avons trouvé aucune épicerie.
Nous sommes partis tôt pour l'aéroport et avons reçu une boîte à lunch avec petit-déjeuner à emporter.

L'emplacement est correct, les transports et la marche sont assez pratiques, mais ils sont limités par l'apparence de la ville de Palerme elle-même et l'environnement est moyen. La décoration des chambres est correcte, mais l'expérience globale en dehors des chambres est plutôt bon marché et les conditions sanitaires sont bonnes. La pièce assignée avait une fenêtre mais pas de fenêtre, et il y avait des escaliers à l'extérieur. Le petit déjeuner était terne, les œufs brouillés n'étaient pas chauds, le bacon n'était pas frit du tout et était trempé dans l'huile. Il y a une machine à café spéciale, la variété de pain est correcte et il y a beaucoup de monde dans la salle de petit-déjeuner.

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в данном отеле. Мы пожалели, что не остались подольше. Отель невероятно красивый, с богатой историей и это чувствуется. Замечательный бассейн, чтобы поплавать и позагорать возле него. Вид с балкончика у нас был очень красивый. Уборка номера отличная. Завтрак хороший, есть все, что нужно : яйца, выпечка, йогурты, нарезка сыра и колбасы, фрукты, кофе. Территория отеля большая, чтобы погулять, посидеть в красивом саду. Очень хотели бы вернуться снова. Небольшой минус-отель находится далековато от исторического центра, 30-40 минут пешком, но плюс местоположения в том, что ночью тихо, район спокойный и безопасный.

Résidé dans cette structure pour deux jours! Tout est parfait! De manger , aux chambres spacieuses (super) au service en plage! Excellent également la pizza (avec four électrique) servi sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer.. Je voudrais préciser que j'ai été surpris par la gentillesse et la disponibilité de tout le personnel, sans exception, ce qui n'est pas attendu.

First and foremost, a 4-star hotel should have an insulation system. We basically could even hear the room next door opening their luggage.. awful.
Apart from that (which is a big minus), the pool is cool, parking is free, staff friendly, breakfast decent.
Food options are pricey and limited.

Bel hôtel. Le stationnement était facile et sûr. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il est proche du port mais un peu loin de la zone pittoresque principale. Environ deux kilomètres. Marcher est un peu fatigant. Manger est pratique. C'était agréable d'avoir deux bouteilles d'eau en bouteille dans la chambre.

- расположение в 5-минутах пешком от ж/д вокзала, оттуда же ходят автобусы как в аэропорт Палермо, так и в другие города
- улица выглядит достаточно безопасной даже вечером, но чистой ее назвать сложно. Район в целом непривлекательный
- удобно гулять как в центр, так и в сторону моря. Недалеко есть приятный парк (Villa Giulia). По пути к нему (по стороне отеля), есть неплохой бар-пастичерия Bar Touring (коктейли, кофе, большой выбор пирожных и выпечки, мороженое)
- достаточно чисто в номере при заселении (был номер с входом из патио). Видела фото из других отзывов, в моем случае в номере все было в порядке и в рабочем состоянии
- хороший, достаточно мощный фен в ванной
- завтрак не самый вкусный и разнообразный (варенные яйца, сыр, пару видов мясной нарезки, тостовый хлеб, джем, йогурты, круассаны), но голодными не останетесь
Минусы:
- плохая звукоизоляция (слышно все и всех, из патио особенно). Если чуткий сон и рано ложитесь или поздно встаете - берите с собой беруши
- за 4 дня проживания ни разу не сделали уборку и не вынесли мусор
- в номере был большой стол и 4 стула, но нет даже электрического чайника и чашки, чтобы приготовить чай
- сотрудников на ресепшен почти никогда нет на месте, большую часть времени он закрыт на ключ.

Chambre propre et moderne. Fenêtres très sales. Piscine parfaite ! Service à la piscine très mauvais. Attendre trop longtemps pour être aidé. Le personnel du bar, en revanche, travaillait extrêmement dur et était sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux et frais. Bon hôtel et certainement recommandé.

Mon conjoint et moi voulions nous offrir un voyage en Sicile, des escales à Palerme, Agrigente et Catane. A Agrigente il était impossible de ne pas aller voir la Vallée des Temples, alors nous avons choisi cet hôtel, nous avons été ravis sur tous les points, la structure est excellente mais peut-être que les gens qui y travaillent le sont plus, très gentils et extrêmement sympathiques. Ils ont su répondre avec compétence à n'importe quelle question puis dîner, que puis-je dire, excellent, je n'imaginais pas qu'un restaurant d'hôtel était comme ça ! Le soin apporté aux plats servis est certainement de 10, ils ont un cuisinier au-delà de toutes les attentes, je le répète non seulement en cuisine, mais en servant, en conseillant, en racontant et en expliquant les plats, tout ne se limitait pas à une excellente cuisine mais était également assaisonné avec cette connaissance que les très gentils serveurs ont su raconter aux simples convives. Nous reviendrons vers vous dans le futur

We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.)
Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need.
Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows.
To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy.
Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani.
First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes.
As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant.
The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room.
To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention.
In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.

We loved it from the very first minute that we walked in! 🥰
It has a very playful and colorful ambience and lots of light! We were welcomed super friendly by Giovanna, had a very nice chat, and were helped with the parking that turned out to be quite convenient and almost right in front of the Hotel entrance with the use of an App that Giovanna recommended us to download. Giovanna also gave us a great recommendation for dining which we followed the next day and were very happy with.
Our room was beautiful and super clean as was the bathroom (sorry no pics) and the view from the balcony was as you can see on picture #2 & 3.
The tree on the left was fantastic! 🌳
And on the left side behind the tree there was a Café that had the best coffee granita we had during our stay on Sicily! 😋
We spent two nights at La Chicca. The breakfast place was super stylish - you can see on the picture, and the breakfast itself was simple, yet very typical for a Sicilian breakfast and completely satisfying. Definitely made us happy as well! I like it when there are fruits and eggs and yoghurt as well ...
After the first night, we took the ferry to Lipari, one of the Eolian Islands. It was an amazing day! In the evening, after a delicious dinner at Ristorante Panzakina - Giovanna's recommendation - we returned to the hotel, had a fun and long evening chat with lovely Giovanna, and were invited to have a Grappa together ... A perfect day! Actually, two perfect days at La Chicca in Milazzo on Sicily! ❤️

IInvitéSi je pouvais donner cet endroit 20/10 pour le service, je le ferais. Après nous avoir vérifiés (plusieurs heures plus tôt), le récepteur nous a accompagnés gentilment à la gare et nous a aidé à traduire entre l'italien et l'anglais, clarifiant la malentendu de la situation. C'était un service exceptionnel et une gentillesse que nous ne nous attendions pas.
La chambre était incroyablement luxueuse - nous avons effectivement 2 chambres (suite familiale) pour 2 personnes. Le bureau de studio de chaque chambre nous a donné la vie privée et l'espace pour faire nos réunions et travailler indépendantement.
Le lit était super confortable et nous avons eu un sommeil très reposé. Les coussins étaient aussi la hauteur correcte. Merci, il y avait climatisation - notre hôtel précédent n'a pas fait. Nous avons dormi comme des bébés. La salle de bains a toutes les installations, y compris un sèche-cheveux qui est essentiel pour moi.
Le petit déjeuner continental était généreux et nous avons été indulgés dans les pâtisseries, le yogurt, les fruits frais et le café merveilleux. Je crois que tout est fait frais dans la maison. Comme nous avons vérifié, nous avons même reçu un sac de pâte à prendre avec nous. ＜3
Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je suis toujours reconnaissante de l'hospitalité merveilleuse que nous avons appréciée ici.

CClaire MThis hotel was kinda still in baby shoes, only seven rooms were ready for guests, but it was extremely nice! Very inviting entrance area, nice breakfast place, comfy room, practical bathroom, ... Everything was super new, super clean, the towels smelled goooooood, ... We also had a parking place outside in the courtyard (sorry, again forgot the pix 🙃)
Even a bubbly welcome mini bottle 🍾 with a pop! was waiting for us in the fridge and two champagne glasses 🥂 on the table!
But I must say, the best was Alberto, the owner!!! He amazed us! He was super SUUUUPER kind and so warm-hearted and helpful ... Unbelievable! He sent us a list via WhatsApp of the most important things to see in the area, how to get there, where to eat, where to park in case the car was needed to get somewhere (which was useful the next day when we went to discover the Valley of Temples) ... The list was very well-prepared, everything was thought of, and we used it right away to choose our dinner place and the place for our ice cream 🍨 afterwards ... Alberto even had a Spotify list of more than 87 hours of music for the guests to enjoy! What a grand idea! And good music taste ... 🎶
Next morning, it was the breakfast that took our breaths - all kinds of Sicilian specialties arranged beautifully and with love (here I did not forget to take pictures!) - it was very delicious and we wished to have had space for more food ... 😂
I can very warmly recommend this hotel! Really! I think, we'll be back!!! ❤️

Excellent séjour, idéalement situé et avec une vue imprenable J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et j'ai passé un excellent séjour. L'emplacement est idéal : à seulement 16 minutes à pied de la gare et à environ 15-20 minutes des principales attractions de l'île. La chambre était spacieuse, joliment décorée et très propre, avec en prime la proximité de la mer. Elle disposait même de deux balcons, nous permettant de profiter de la vue magnifique et de l'air frais. Ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable, c'est le personnel sympathique et serviable. Ils ont toujours été accueillants et se sont mis en quatre pour nous aider en cas de besoin. Voici une version mise à jour de votre avis, qui inclut les points négatifs tout en conservant un ton équilibré et professionnel : --- **Emplacement idéal et belle chambre, mais le bruit peut être un problème** J'ai passé un séjour globalement agréable dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est excellent : à seulement **16 minutes à pied de la gare** et **15-20 minutes des principales attractions de l'île**. IInvitéCheck-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password.
The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work.
The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen.
Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day.
I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels.
5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.
