Hotel central, près de la gare et de toutes les attractions. C’est confortable et le service était excellent.

Le prix de l'hôtel est très élevé. Le paysage est bon. Il y a beaucoup de soupe qui peut être avalée. Le dîner est également très grand. Le petit-déjeuner est un auto-service. Le service de la station de transport de l'hôtel est très intime. Le salon de la salle de bains et la superbe exposition de Jijiang sont également très intimes.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très proche de la gare et est très pratique. Le personnel du service de l'hôtel est sympathique et courtois. La salle de bain est de conception relativement récente, ce qui est plus sûr pour les personnes âgées.

This is the best ever hotel I have ever been to in Japan. The name Richmond guarantees so many things. You can count on it. Even though it’s not in a big city like Tokyo or Osaka, but if you are visiting Morioka - choose this hotel. It worth every penny of yours. The staffs are so helpful, dedicated and dependable at anytime and any situation you need. All staffs say that their English are not good, but I who lived in London for many years would say that their skill is more than just okay. Even the housekeepers are still nice. I have some problems with my luggage transfers to the airport from the hotel and they are trying their best to help me alleviate those. There is a free service lounge from noon to 8pm in the 2nd floor. The microwave oven and ice machine on the 7th floor. The coin washing machine is also located on the 7th floor - 500 yens for wash and dry. Convenient store(Lawson) is on the ground floor with direct access from the lobby. I’ve stayed on the 9th floor. The room is big and the view of the station was fabulous. Free WiFi is available. And the TV system communicates with all the system of the hotel shows all the information you need - even the time left of the coin washing machine that you used. Yakiniku and many delicious restaurants just around the corner from the hotel. Definitely will stay here again anytime I visit Morioka.

L'emplacement est génial ! J'ai fait une réservation pour la mauvaise date, mais ils s'en sont occupés immédiatement, ce qui a été très utile. Cependant, dès que je suis entré dans la pièce, il y a eu une « odeur sèche ». Il y avait une odeur provenant de la salle de bain de l'unité. Les choses se seraient un peu améliorées si je laissais la porte ouverte, mais... L'apéritif de bienvenue et la lecture de mangas à volonté (vous pouvez même les emporter dans votre chambre) sont de très bons services ! De plus, le service de boulettes de riz (2 pièces par personne) est le meilleur ヽ(´∇`)ノ C'était vraiment délicieux. Varech shiso et mayonnaise au thon ♡ Le réceptionniste et la dame du coin des boules de riz étaient tous deux sympathiques et vous mettaient à l'aise. J'aimerais l'utiliser à nouveau la prochaine fois. J'espère que ça ne pue pas la prochaine fois.

L'expérience de la résidence de l'hôtel Red Leaf Hall est inoubliable. Depuis son arrivée, le personnel de service sympathique s'accueille avec un sourire chaud et fait que les gens se sentent soudainement relaxés. La chambre est large et confortable, la hauteur n'est pas provocante, le lit est doux pour le bien, la nuit est bonne. La position de l'hôtel est confortable, l'environnement est calme, loin de la chaussure, mais pas à la mécanique. Le petit-déjeuner est riche et les aliments sont frais, en particulier les plats spéciaux sont surprenants. Globalement, l'hôtel Red Leaf Hotel, que ce soit le service, les installations ou l'environnement, a un niveau très élevé et est absolument la première option à rester. Il est fortement recommandé aux voyageurs qui cherchent des qualités et des détails!

Nice hotel with clean rooms located nearby the main train station. Has entertainment and lots of food places nearby within walking distance. I have extended my stay two times already. Staff has been wonderful to deal with. I have enjoyed my time in Morioka. Thank you for your hospitality. I will definitely stay with them again when I pass by next time

Un hôtel chargé d'histoire. Il y a un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée. On m'a offert une bouteille d'eau chaque jour. Bien que l'anglais du personnel de la réception soit moyen, ils ont fait de leur mieux pour communiquer avec moi en anglais. La chambre était standard. La porte s'ouvrait à clé, ce qui a créé une atmosphère nostalgique. Le petit-déjeuner était riche et varié. J'ai découvert cet hôtel en quittant la gare. Le restaurant indien à côté de l'hôtel est vivement recommandé.

A stop over town for us and the hotel is conveniently located in the main road, with lots of eateries, near to 7-11, Aeon and petrol station

Location is very good, just two minutes walk from JR station. The shuttle bus stop to ski area is just one minute walk. Next to hotel is a big parking lot. Room is clean, but no hook for hanging stuff in the bathroom. No expectation in public bath, better than nothing. Kitakima is a very sleepy town, few selection of restaurants in town, no restaurant near the hotel, but one inside the hotel. Steak is great there. Wrong room type had been allocated to me ( not the problem of the hotel), but finally being compensated by Trip.com.
