Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

Booked 2 rooms on a higher floor to enjoy the city views. Unfortunately there was a noticeable toilet smell in both rooms. Reporting this to the hotel staff we were allocated alternative rooms. They still had a smell but it was less pungent than the others. Having stayed at this hotel a few years ago, its showing signs of tiredness in fixtures, fittings and facilities. We were told the hotel will be refurbished in the year ahead. Breakfast buffet is good with a wide selection of western and Asian cuisines. It gets busy, especially at the weekend. There is a decent sized pool though the changing rooms are in need of refurbishment to bring it up to the standard of other 5 star properties in the city. Room rates are currently low to reflect the hotels current situation, as told by a manager when the room smell was reported. Still a great stay thanks to its location and breakfast offering and the room rates. Look forward to its refurbishment in the future.

Excellent hôtel, sans hésitation le meilleur que j’ai fait dans le Dongbei. Il remplit toutes les cases de ce que l’on attend d’un hôtel urbain de très haut niveau : propreté irréprochable, excellente qualité de la nourriture, chambres spacieuses, confortables, bien chauffées et parfaitement adaptées. Les infrastructures sont remarquables : salle de sport fantastique, piscine très agréable, sauna (qui pourrait être légèrement plus chaud). L’emplacement est idéal, tout est facile et fluide. Accueil chaleureux, personnel professionnel et qui parle anglais. Un séjour vraiment parfait.

Cean room, spacious and had a balcony. Facilities wise had all you needed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be eaten at the hotel. Lots of music things displayed around the hotel. First time in a Hard Rock Venue for me so was quite nice and surprising the amount of music on display. All staff was friendly and attentive. 

Le Dalian Castle Hotel, un emblème de la ville, a dépassé toutes nos attentes ! Son architecture baroque est magnifique et la chambre vue sur mer offre un spectacle sublime dès le réveil. Le service de majordome est impeccable et attentionné, offrant une véritable expérience aristocratique immersive. Nous avons même eu la chance d'apercevoir des petits cerfs sauvages, adorables ! La moquette de la chambre a été rénovée et est très chic. Les installations et équipements sont également très bien entretenus. Apparemment, ils sont en train d'être progressivement mis à jour, je recommande vivement !

Le salon de la maison de remise en état est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre est également conçue et stockée avec soin, ce qui rend notre séjour très confortable. Le personnel était aussi super hôpital, de contrôle du personnel au personnel de garde-house, tout le monde était si gentil et genuin, et cela nous a fait sentir super à la maison. Voyager avec un enfant a été une expérience formidable. Le centre sportif était fantastique ! Outre une piscine classique, il y avait aussi des jacuzzis, des saunas et des salons, ouverts de 6h à 23h. Mon enfant adore nager et n'a quasiment pas pris de douche dans la chambre, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Le service pour les enfants était très attentionné, pour tous. Lisa était très sympathique et la réception nous a offert de petits cadeaux à l'arrivée et au départ. La femme de ménage, voyant la présence de l'enfant, nous a spontanément proposé de l'eau supplémentaire pour les deux jours et nous a apporté quatre bouteilles à chaque fois. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner au restaurant du rez-de-chaussée et au Shang Palace au premier étage. Ajouter le petit-déjeuner à la réception pour 99 RMB par personne était plus avantageux que de réserver une chambre avec petit-déjeuner inclus. Le petit-déjeuner était plutôt bon, avec des nouilles au bœuf de Lanzhou et une soupe de vermicelles au sang de canard, mais les jus de fruits frais n'étaient pas exceptionnels. Le Shang Palace était excellent ; nous y avons mangé deux fois. La carte est relativement chère, mais le restaurant propose désormais davantage de plats familiaux. Le point fort était le buffet de dim sum, d'un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. Après le repas, le chef est même venu nous demander notre avis, ce qui a donné à l'établissement une allure digne d'un cinq étoiles. L'emplacement est idéal, juste à côté des centres commerciaux Furama et New World, et très bien desservi par les transports en commun. J'avais initialement des doutes quant à la vétusté des installations, mais elles étaient en réalité très bien entretenues ; j'ai même vu les moquettes taillées et les ascenseurs nettoyés pendant mon séjour. Il est clair que la concurrence est féroce à Dalian actuellement, et à ce prix hors saison, c'est tout simplement imbattable.

Pullman Dalian is an excellent hotel, especially because of its location. Many great restaurants, a night market, and the Pavilion shopping mall are all within walking distance. There is also a Lawson convenience store nearby that operates 24 hours, which makes it very convenient to buy anything you might need. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. In particular, a staff member named Cathy who assisted us with check-in and check-out left a very strong impression. During our trip it happened to be our birthday, and Cathy kindly celebrated with us by preparing a cake and even helping us arrange a late check-out. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Since it was our first time visiting Dalian, her kindness helped us enjoy the trip with peace of mind. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful. The night before we had a few beers and left the studio area a bit messy, but the room was cleaned and organized perfectly the next day. We really appreciated their effort. In addition, the beer pub located on the B1 floor was also excellent. They had live music performances, and one of the singers even sang a Korean song for us. We were very touched and truly grateful for the experience. Dalian itself seems like a wonderful travel destination, with great food, plenty to see, and very friendly people. If any of my friends plan to visit Dalian, I will definitely recommend staying at Pullman. And if I come back to Dalian again, I will certainly book Pullman again as well.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fraser Place Dalian. Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way. As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city. 這周體驗了四海大酒店，也是我第一次來這裏入住。之前好長一段時間，我都在關注四海，這次終於有機會來體驗了。這次我入住的房間是512，智能標準間。下面説説這次入住的體驗。 服務：四海大酒店整體服務還是能夠令人滿意的。 首先就是，辦理入住的時候，前台小姐姐都是面帶笑容，並且還主動為我送上了一杯熱茶，真的感覺很驚喜，也很温暖。 另外，前台主動詢問我是否開車，想幫我錄車牌號，可以看出前台的工作真的是很細緻。 還有就是，我的房間包含一份早餐，前台主動告知早餐的時間和地點。 最後就是，我有幾件衣服想洗，所以就去了洗衣房。但是一開始洗衣房進不去，我聯繫酒店之後，不到3分鐘，就有工作人員來幫我處理和解決問題。説是我這個房卡有問題，然後給了我一張電卡。這樣一來，洗衣房就可以進入了。 但是有個問題我沒太明白，我在攜程上是兑換了延遲退房到下午2點的權益的，攜程上面也顯示“已確認”了。而這次到前台辦入住的時候，詢問前台退房時間時，前台説是到中午12點。然後前台和我説了一下原因。説實話，我沒聽懂，大體的意思就是説還得多交錢或者有優惠券才能延遲什麼的。我覺得挺疑惑的，因為我住其他的酒店，從來都沒有這麼多的説法，都是按照攜程上的時間來的。最後和前台協商後，免費給我延到了下午2點。但是第二天中午11點的時候，房間電話響了，前台打電話告訴我是12點之前退房，我又疑惑了，我説我昨天已經和前台説過了，説是下午2點之前啊，然後前台看了一下，説那就下午2點之前退房吧。説實在的，打電話那時候我還沒起來，而且我衹要出去住酒店，都會選能延遲退房的，就是為了能好好休息一下。我説這個並沒有別的意思，就是單純地想知道為什麼四海大酒店在退房時間上會卡的這麼死，而且和攜程上的退房時間不一致，這點真的和其他酒店不一樣。 環境：四海大酒店位於鞍山市中心，但是地理位置上，距離火車站稍微有一點點的距離，相對來説有那麼一些些的不方便。不過酒店周圍也有一些公交站點和吃飯的地方，基本需求還是能夠滿足的。四海和建國璞隱在同一個樓裏，共用一個前台。我這次是第一次來，一開始真的沒找到四海的前台在哪，後來一問才知道。大堂很乾凈、整潔明亮，可以看出在裝修方面真的是有所考究的。至於房間內部的環境，也給人很温馨的感覺。面積不小，不會讓人感到壓抑和逼仄。但是小問題就是，房間的隔音效果不是太好。而且我所在的5樓，一半是客房，一半是宴會廳。我住的期間，正趕上週日，我在房間裏面很清楚地就能聽到宴會廳在主持婚禮，聲音還是挺大的，這在一定程度上影響了正常休息。按理來説，宴會廳和客房不應該放在同一樓層的吧，這樣多多少少有點兒亂套。 衞生：我住酒店，最在意的就是衞生。這次雖然是第一次住四海，但是四海的衞生給我留下了很好的印象。這次入住的512房間，不管是馬桶圈上還是水龍頭上，都沒有發現水漬，整體來説真的挺乾淨的。小問題就是，512房間的牆上，有挺多黃色的小點子（視頻1），不知道這是怎麼造成的。還有就是，512房間是雙床房，其中一張床的靠枕上發現了一塊比較明顯的印子（圖11）。雖然這些問題不影響入住，但還是想指出來一下，在衞生清掃方面可以更細節一些。 設施：這麼説吧，四海的設施整體來説在同價位裏面是非常有優勢的。這次入住的過程中，實實在在感受到了設施帶來的便利。 首先就是，酒店配備送物機器人（圖15），能夠實現無接觸配送。當機器人到達房間門口時，房間內的電話會響起，提醒我們去門口取物。 其次，我個人認為，四海房間內部的燈光非常給力，燈很多，亮度也不錯。尤其是書桌上方還有一個燈光，這一細節是很多酒店都沒有的。書桌上方的燈光可以讓我們在晚上寫字的時候更加省力一些，要不然看着太費勁了。 第三點就是，智能標準間配備了小冰箱（圖13）。我覺得這在同價位的酒店裡麪是越級的存在。其他酒店很多高級的房型才有小冰箱，而我這次住的房型並不算四海很高級的房型，但是卻也有這個設施，真的是給人眼前一亮的感覺。同時，小冰箱裏麪放了兩瓶涼礦泉水，書桌上還有兩瓶常温礦泉水。等於説一次性提供了4瓶礦泉水，還是很給力的。 第四點就是，衞生間的馬桶是電動的，有座椅加熱和臀部清洗等等的功能。這都屬於科技給我們帶來的方便和樂趣。 第五點就是，酒店配備了健身房（設施很全面）和洗衣房（提供免費的洗衣液和消毒液），二者在一起，都在5樓（圖8-圖10）。而且有個很重要的事兒，那就是，想要進入，必須刷房卡才行。也就是説，不是酒店的客人，是沒有權限使用的。這在很大程度上保障了住客的安全。這一點真的值得點贊。 第六點就是，我住的是智能標準間，房間採用智能控制，而且房間裏面的小度還是可以觸屏的（圖7）。之前住的所有智能化酒店裡麪，沒有一家的小度是可以觸屏的。四海的小度還可以播放一些小品之類的，真的給人以樂趣，所以四海的這一設施給了我挺大的驚喜。 第七點就是，房間內部配備了消防面具（圖12），這在很大程度上守護了我們的安全。 還有就是，床墊子挺厚實，躺上去也挺舒服的。床上還有床旗和小抱枕，色彩看上去不顯得單調，同時也增添了一份高級感。 然後要是説問題的話，其實也有，都是小細節的問題。 第一個小問題就是，房間內的電話上並沒有標註前台的聯繫方式。這樣一來，如果有事兒想給前台打電話的話，可能會顯得有些麻煩。 還有一點就是，不太清楚其他房間什麼樣，但是512房間的空調似乎衹能吹熱風。我試了一下，調到冷風模式後，吹出來的也是熱風。我覺得多多少少有點兒可惜，可能是冬天了，集體供暖之後，冷風就不供應了吧。但是這樣一來，如果感覺熱的話，衹能開窗通風，這就又導致了隔音會變差，連鎖反應了。 之後就是一個小建議了。別的房型和房間什麼樣不太清楚，但是我這次住的智能標準間512房間，枕頭的質量似乎不高，如果要是能引進零壓枕就更好了。 另外就是，512房間的門鎖是壞的（視頻2）。這個一開始沒注意，晚上要睡覺的時候才發現。而且感覺門鎖的那個扣鬆動現象挺明顯的，還是請酒店及時維修一下吧。 整體就上面的這些。可以説，這次的入住是超過我的預期的。而且我這次住的房型，在我預訂的時候，價格也不算很貴，所以説整體下來，我感覺到了挺高的性價比。這次入住，四海大酒店給我留下了還算不錯的印象。如果下次還有機會來鐵東這邊，我可能還會考慮四海。但就是希望下次再來的時候，在退房時間這方面能再好好確認一下，別像這次一樣，之前説好了下午2點退房，之後又説12點退房的這種情況了。
