我們訂的和室4人一間榻榻米，稍硬但能接受。房間不是很大。但很乾凈。酒店位置不錯，在市中心，酒店同一棟樓2層是美術館，展出有一幅畢加索的畫，但是不允許照相。門票大人1000日元。這點比不上Getty美術館，免費巨大且都能照相。酒店早餐日式和西式，非常豐盛。 周邊可以去川越一番街和冰川神社祈福。
這裏要特別感謝前台的古橋美乃莉小姐！我想網上訂從青森到函館的輪渡船票，但是遇到了問題，日文網站輸入也搞不定，古橋小姐姐非常耐心地幫我用手機給全家都訂上了票，整整花了40分鐘的時間。她解決了我的大問題，因為後面所有酒店都訂好了，如果買不上票，後面行程都需要調整。我們太感謝她啦！現在正好在去函館的船上，我要給她一萬個贊👍

This hotel is perfect to me. Interm of location, service, cleanliness, amenities. The breakfast with lots of variety and taste good. I will recommend this hotel if you have a change stay in Omiya.

Il se trouve à proximité de la gare d'Omiya via une passerelle à plusieurs niveaux. Je m'attendais à une chambre légèrement plus grande car c'était une chambre d'angle, mais c'était un peu décevant.
Les prix sont moins chers qu'à Tokyo, donc je pense qu'il est globalement préférable de rester à Omiya même si vous êtes en voyage d'affaires à Tokyo.
Je pense que le buffet du petit-déjeuner est moyen (supportable) en termes de variété et de qualité.
Cette fois, je suis resté chez un VIP étranger, et il semble qu’il n’y ait pas eu de plaintes particulières.

Fantastic hotel with an unbeatable location—just a 5-minute walk from the Haneda Airport Limousine Bus stop. The room was spacious (by Tokyo standards), modern, and spotless. Perfect for a convenient stopover as we arrived late at night before catching the Hokuriku Shinkansen the next day.
PS: sumptuous breakfast spread (which is a pleasant surprise)!

L'hôtel est très récent, préparé pour les Jeux Olympiques japonais, et de nombreux étrangers y séjournent. La chambre est dans l'ensemble relativement petite, mais les hôtels japonais sont essentiellement comme ça. Le lit est assez grand, environ 1,6 m. Il existe deux types de rideaux. Assurez-vous d'utiliser des rideaux occultants avant de vous coucher. Le seul problème est qu'avec deux enfants, tous deux scolarisés à l'école primaire, quatre personnes doivent réserver deux chambres en Chine. Quand je suis allé à l'hôtel, j'ai découvert qu'il y avait une chambre double. En plus des deux chambres, il me fallait ajouter 5 000 yens, ce qui était un peu cher. L'hôtel est juste à côté de la gare. C'est très pratique pour la nourriture et l'hébergement. Vous pouvez parler anglais. Je vis à Wako depuis 8 ans. L'emplacement est très pratique pour aller à Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Disney et Yokohama.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, though the quality could be improved slightly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.

L'hôtel est situé à l'extérieur nord de la station de 8oo. Le métro est une ligne de construction. Vous pouvez voir un grand signe INN dès que vous sortiez de la station à gauche. Vous pouvez marcher environ trois minutes. Il y a un supermarché bon et de bonnes ventes à proximité. Chaque soir, il y a pas de problème avec la nourriture, sauf pour aller au supermarché pour acheter des crèmes délicieux! La prochaine fois, je vais rester.

RRonnie WayneA nice newer hotel located around 750 meters from the train station. It is located close to walking streets and some historical sites. It’s more of a business hotel so some of the rules are reflected in their approach. The workers are very nice although not too many English speakers. The lobby is nice and simple and it has many samples only available at specific times I believe 3 pm till midnight. The rooms are very nice, bigger or than my Apa hotels and big tv and comfortable bed. Comes with long hard almost feels like small rocks in pillow. Get a second pillow that is softer in the lobby subject to time restrictions. Lighting is ample and there is desk and chair. Bathroom is one of those deep tubs and spout that provides water to both sink and tub. Nice electric Toto toilet with lots of pressure. My only complaint about bathroom is low water pressure and at times I had not enough very hot water to fill the tub in less than 30 minutes and be warm. The towels are small. Get more towels downstairs at desk.
The room comes with a nice but not decadent buffet breakfast which starts at 6:30 till 8:30 unless you are there on a day it’s open till 9. Dinner is tasty but fairly bland. Everything looks nice but don’t come late because they don’t keep it well stocked near the end of hours. Mainly faux beef items and some grilled fish, funky eggs that change daily and sausage. There is good pastries but they do run low on them. Lots of marinated veggies, miso soup, low protein curries and soups. Coffee tea fruit drinks coke and sparkling water are available during meals and certain times during the check in time until say 6 unless there’s liquor out on weekend. Onsen is small but clean. Not maintained that often and closed from 9 am till 3 pm which is silly. Just clean it for a couple of hours like 2-4 am and leave open during prime time. Get a robe downstairs but don’t wear it nor pajamas to breakfast. No items in onsen so bring your skin products and Tahoe’s from the lobby. No seats for dressing nor drying your hair. No hair products or razors or shaving cream or brushes or combs in onsen. No extra towels so don’t forget yours.

IInvité4 Senior backpackers in Japan ”stumbled” onto this gem of a Japanese inn next to the Arakawa River. Less than 10 minute walk from the Kami-Nagatoro station and 10 minute walk to Nagatoro Station. We chose location due to proximity to river and start of river boat downstream river ride-sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown throughout our two-day stay. We were late in coming out of the mountains of Gunma prefecture (2 hour plus train ride away) and called the inn to notify and were subsequently told that this was no problem for check-in and supper. Fortunately we made up time lost and got to the inn earlier that expected and enjoyed the serene tree-lined river and men's and women's communal furo (shower/bath also in rooms) with outdoor views before dining. Then...we were overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the dinner! A real treat to get a 7+ course Japanese meal featuring the specialty vegetables and protein of the region! Upon departure we chose to walk with packs back to Kami-Nagatoro Station, along the river, but the proprietor had the Inn van ready and waiting to take us to the train station. The included breakfast's were also multi-course Japanese style, with regional specialties.
Granted, the hotel is somewhat time-worn, probably seeing its zenith in the 80's and 90's but all the facilities were cleaning, usable and safe. All staff went made a great effort to ensure that we were enjoying the locale and the Inn. This location, in our opinion is much more serene and ”touristy” than the main area surrounding Nagatoro station but is only 10 minutes walking from that action. If opportunity arises, we will return. The Saitama Museum of Natural is just across the street but this large and modern facility was not open on our late arrival and on Monday. We left on Tuesday morning, but wanted to visit this place also.

We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces.
Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste.
One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time!
Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again.

Capable de capturer plusieurs transbordeurs gratuits de la station Wado-Kuroya. Je dois juste faire un appel gratuit par l'application Trip.com pour contacter l'hôtel, bien que le personnel parle peu d'anglais, nous avons pu communiquer avec Google Translate, assurez-vous d'utiliser une langue simple pour rendre plus facile pour tous si vous êtes seulement anglais parle.
Le train à cette gare n'est pas aussi fréquent que le mieux pour planifier.
Pour améliorer la situation, j'aimerais que nous disposions d'une plus grande chambre pour 4 personnes avec le prix que nous payions, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un joli japonais Ryokan traditionnel.

RReygiezelAll in all good but check in is so very late 16::00 afternoon then the check out is very early 10:00 in the morning that’s only not good if you are travel along time you need to rest but this is not good to the travelers but they have considerable reason if they finished to clean the room they give you have to check in right away before 4 of the time as the time for check in that’s only the main reason that not accessible ?but it’s recommended also to those want to stay near in station of train and bus , near convinience store and restaurants to eat .

LLinJennyLe personnel était super amical et amical, mais il était prudent qu'ils ne parlent pas beaucoup d'anglais, donc avoir une application de traducteur à la main était très utile. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et dispose de toutes les installations nécessaires pour une expérience agréable. Nous sommes arrivés par train, mais la route à pied à l'hôtel était assez facile à naviguer. Il était très propre et bien entretenu. La baignoire extérieure était incroyable. Je reviens si j'avais la chance de :)

Même s'il était environ 13 heures, il y avait environ 5 autres personnes qui prenaient un bain. Je pensais que c'était un hôtel populaire.
C'est la troisième fois que j'utilise ce service.
Si vous regardez attentivement la lumière qui éclaire la baignoire, vous remarquerez qu’une grande quantité de matière flottante qui semble être du sébum humain est illuminée.
Est-ce comme ça même si ça circule ?
Je ne suis pas un germaphobe, mais chaque fois que j'en voyais un, j'étais horrifié et j'arrêtais de prendre un bain.
Nous avons trouvé une plus grande quantité d’objets flottants dans le populaire bain en plein air.
Si cela peut être amélioré, je l'apprécierais.

IInvitéBooked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.
