I had a wonderful stay at HOLA Gdynia! The hotel’s modern design, comfortable clean rooms, and great location near the waterfront made it an ideal choice. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was fresh and delicious, providing a perfect start to the day. I would highly recommend HOLA Gdynia for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city.

Très bon emplacement. La propreté de la chambre était bonne, mais la salle de bain avait de la poussière sur le lavabo et le porte-serviettes datant du 1er siècle avant JC. Ils fournissent peu de papier toilette et les gens le prennent. Ils devraient donner des rouleaux par chambre pour éviter de manquer de papier toilette au milieu de la nuit. Quant à l'enregistrement, un 0/10. Ils ne m'ont envoyé aucune information pour l'enregistrement et nous avons eu la chance de trouver quelqu'un à la porte qui a appelé la réceptionniste et nous a donné la clé. Nous ne répéterions pas.

La location et le petit déjeuner étaient parfaits. L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel très aimable et utile Le paquet était fantastique et nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour.

The room was nice, but it was a bit cold there as the thermostat was set between 20 and 24 degrees only. I liked the breakfast and the staff were friendly. I only was surprised that the was no fridge in the room.

Very good experience, the staff is very friendly and allow early check in and I am able to have more time in Gdansk.

Le personnel est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est très bon, et la chambre est très bonne :)

Hotel komfortowy, położenie świetne, fajny basen na dachu, wygodne łóżko, jedzenie naprawdę bardzo smaczne-tost z jajkiem po benedyktyńsku pyszny, polecam na śniadanie :-) Sam hotel jak i w pokojach czysto, cicho, można wypocząć od miastowego zgiełku....cennik dań i alkoholi raczej dla zachodnich turystów :-) ale,...ale kto decyduje się na pobyt w dobrych, polskich hotelach nie powinien komentować cen :-))) przecież widzimy co wybieramy. Polecam!

Whilst the location, facilities and staff were good unfortunately the sleeping experience was not. Having paid for a hotel room for three nights, having two of these disrupted by extremely loud music (until 4am on Saturday night and 1am on the Monday) from the bar and nightclub above, I could not recommend. I suspect experiences may vary depending on your proximity to the roof and light-well in the middle of the building.  Having since read reviews from other customers, this is a know issue, despite the best acting skills of the staff. This was evident from the bulk supply of earplugs available at reception when we raised the issue with them in the early hours of the morning. I appreciate the hotel itself has little control over the noise from the roof terrace/nightclub above but it did mean a couple nights of very poor sleep.

Hotel pięknie umiejscowiony. Zaraz przy rzece także wszędzie blisko. Pokoje piękne. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jedynie co to nie do końca podobała mi się restauracja. Dania bardzo małe w bardzo wysokich cenach. Plus jeszcze serwis kelnerski o którym klient się dowiaduje dopiero przy płaceniu rachunku. Może to jest standard. Nie wiem. Mi się to po prostu nie podobało dlatego zwracam na to uwagę

La chambre est spacieuse, confortable, belle. Une spacieuse, confortable salle de bains. Bon personnel. Bien 24-hour bar d'enregistrement. Délicieux petit déjeuner. Location près de l'aéroport. Je conseille cet hôtel à d'autres voyageurs.
