Pas très facile à trouver, mais il a été utile. Très professionnel conduit par un couple allemand. Les chambres sont sensationnelles, tout nouveau et extrêmement généreux (65m2) et nous avons eu un grand balcon avec une vue magnifique sur la forêt. Chaque détail est vrai, lit confortable, grand, grands armoires avec douche de pluie et un excellent petit-déjeuner, personnel aimable. L'air conditionné est facturé séparément avec 15$ par jour, mais maintenant fin juin, nous n'avons pas besoin. L'hôtel n'est pas sur la plage, il est très calme et il se sent comme à la maison. Nous étions absolument satisfaits.

Мы останавливались в отеле одну неделю. Чистые номера. Балкон с видом в сад. Здесь по утрам завораживающее пение птиц. Приятный услужливый персонал. Бассейн с лежаками и бар с напитками. Смузи и соки здесь очень вкусные. Очень понравился местный чай с имбирем и молоком. Завтраки вкусные. Мы пользовались ме ресторана на ужин. Большая тарелка морепродуктов для двоих очень вкусно. Здесь и рыба, кальмары, осьминог, и половина лобстера, рыбная котлета. Да-да, рыбная котлета большая и очень вкусная. В номере давали воду и чай с кофе. Регулярно меняли белье. Для нас был один минус- это конференции, проводимые в отеле. Находясь в зоне бассейна не приятно, когда группа в черных накидках из порядка 20-30 человек осматривают отдыхающих. И да, до моря пешком 10 минут или можно доехать на тук-туке. Все же, это не в шаговой доступности.

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not

Trois repas sont bons, la grande chambre n'est pas grande, pas de lit supplémentaire, les enfants peuvent jouer sur la plage, très proche de la plage, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, très proche de l'aéroport de Wu Kunda, il y a un centre commercial à proximité .

Je voudrais féliciter le Chale Island Resort et son équipe pour leur service impecable. Tout a été magnifique. J'ai tant aimé, tous les jours pendant les 6 derniers jours! Pick up l'offre de bagages dans un autre hôtel les jours avant mon séjour, pas de problème! Service parfait. Pick up et drop off à l'aéroport, parfait à temps! Service toujours avec un grand sourire, et toujours au service. La chambre était très propre tous les jours pendant mon séjour. Un grand choix de nourriture ou de restaurant. J'ai apprécié la grande variété au petit déjeuner. Très excellent endroit pour se reposer après un voyage safari intense ;-) Et comment les vues, le soleil, les soirées, vous l'appelez, respirant... Merci beaucoup à mon ami Evans pour une bonne matinée de plonger autour de l'île ... C'était le séjour parfait pour finir ma aventure au Kenya, un grand chale ASANTE ...

Great location just in front of the Tandoori club Very cozy, but not big, territory and nice beach Not far from the airport  But the hotel needs the renovation  All inclusive system fits travellers who prefer stay on the beach during the day and have an excess to food and drink  Also in the evening you can go to the luxurious restaurants to taste new dishes, it takes 10 min to get there by slow walk

This is our 4th visit to Papillon. The staff are amazing here. The animation team have such energy, the water aerobics is like nothing else. Everyone is always busy working, from the gardeners to the housekeepers to the pool attendants. Joseph and Raphael on the bar were excellent as always. Abdullah the pool attendant is always on hand with towels and keeps the pool clean. The rooms are always kept super clean with fresh linen and bottled water daily. The rooms now have a fridge and kettle (but you need your own teabags etc). The food and drink is great, lots of choices. The beach is stunning with pure white sand. Love this hotel and recommend to others
