we had an excellent pleasant & best hospitality service served by the hotel staff (with a welcoming smile, greetings- feels like home during my check in (a wheelchair being provided to my elderly mom) plus the best room service provided. The room service section (during Ramadan) prepared our food before iftar time although we arrived at the hotel from KL so near to the iftar duration. Besides, during sahur, i wish to give my BEST compliment to “Azim” one of the cafe staff who has an effort to send our requested food for my elderly mother who is sick to the room. This actions shows the high standard quality of customer service shown by the The Grand Renai hotel staffs which i feel they deserved to be given the highest compliment by their customers. Good Job.👍🏻not to mentioned, this hotel are also has the highest cleanliness. Definitely will visit again & to add in my top priority list whenever on my “balik kampung” trip to Kota Bharu.

Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻

Spacious hotel, got both fan and aircond, clean, got basic toiletries and mineral water. No sound proof. Helpful and kind staff. Very near with kb mall. Please reminded need to pay parking fee or got summon.

Hôtel très propre, au charme désuet. Un regret pour la piscine sans siège, ni serviettes de bain. Personnel très courtois et prévenant.

Fast check-in. Nice and clean room. One of the best hotel in KB. Keep the good work to the hotel team! Just a note- could you consider renovate the bathroom from tub style to shower style? It hard and dangerous to step in and out from tub.

Best place either good amenities. Strategic location as its located in the middle of the city. Also easy to reach to wakaf che yeh at night. Just walk around and don't need to think about car park. Very recommended as the room also comfortable . Will repeat for next visit.

Room was big, simple & modern. Breakfast food has so many varieties & can try local food. Rooftop pool was superb but close at 8pm. I reached hotel after business meeting at 7.30pm.

Spacious and well-equipped room with essentials like hair dryer, charging ports, and water dispenser. Breakfast has a fair variety but taste is average. Surrounding area lacks convenience stores and food options, but overall a comfortable stay for business trips.

La connexion internet dépend du Wi-Fi de l'hôtel dans la chambre, car celle-ci n'a pas de fenêtre. La connexion internet est lente la nuit. Il y a de nombreuses places de stationnement, notamment un parking ouvert en bord de route. C'est un bon choix pour les voyageurs seuls.

Beaucoup de gens rentrent dans une seule pièce.
