La chambre est très confortable, spacieuse et propre. Service très bon. Le personnel de la réception était vraiment sympathique et gentil. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié avec des menus. Très bien situé, super hôtel et bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

location beside to main road so very noisy. windows not soundproof. in the midnight, can hear car & motor ramping loudly like racing. besides hotel is KB mall can walk less than 1mins, crossing road walking less than 5mins, have sogno coffee & Roti golok original walking distance around 6mins.

C'est notre deuxième séjour ici, l'hôtel est au premier étage en cours de rénovation, donc la piscine n'est pas disponible pour le moment. La chambre est confortable et équipée de toutes les installations dont nous avons besoin, mais une télévision intelligente permettrait à cet hôtel de rester dans la mer. Le climatisation est si froide, si vous le aimez, c'est bon pour vous. Le petit déjeuner est au premier étage pendant la rénovation, donc l'espace n'est pas aussi bon que avant et la nourriture est juste ok, nous avons besoin de plus de choix de nourriture. En général, nous avons eu une belle nuit ici.

Le service était bon. Cependant, la salle est sage, beaucoup peut être améliorée. Il n'était pas une preuve de son, donc nous avons entendu les gens parler le matin pendant que nous essayions de dormir. La propreté est également un peu questionable. Ça peut être amélioré. Généralement, reste bien.

Stayed at H Elite Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, the experience was good.The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking area was convenient and sufficient. However, the bed and mattress could be improved. The bed made loud spring noises even when just sitting on it, which suggests that the mattress and bed frame may be quite old and need replacement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and upgrading the bed and mattress would greatly enhance guest comfort.

Best hotel in KB so far.. i love the breakfast too despite Ramahdan month still many varieties at the hotel restaurant. Just a bit disappointed on the treadmills that require proper maintenance or perhaps get a new set.

the good thing,hotel is center of Kota Bahru.bed is comfortable.aircond is good.lift working good and not crowded when we there.there is a gym also. restaurant is just side of hotel,food no issue at all.there is convenience shop in the hotel.near hotel also Ghibli Coffee,nice for hang out. the minus,no water bottle inside the room.if extra pillow will be much better. oveall,we stayed multiple times at this hotel and never regret to repeat again.

Tok aman bali est un peu isolé mais c'est ce qui le rend parfait pour une courte escapade, il y a des piscines et une salle de jeux pour enfants, un spa et bien plus encore. Il y a même un mini-funfare avec un stand de jeux le soir pour que les gens puissent s'amuser

Pro 1. Quiet place 2. Cafe and eateries by walk 3. Plenty of roadside free parking Con 1. Small room and dirty walls. 2. No toiletries. Only 1 toilet paper roll & handwash detergent. 3. Room are not well lit up. 4. Room not as advertised on trip web.

I will always booked this hotel for my parents whenever they visited Kelantan. Although its an old building, but they maintained the cleanliness of the hotel and may need some refurbishment. the location is the ultimate winner, with lots of shop lots within walking distance
