A Last-Minute Getaway That Turned Out So Well! 🥰 We booked a Deluxe King Room for 3 days 2 nights at the last minute, and honestly, we didn’t even bring any clothes or prepare anything! 😂 Luckily, there were still some malls open, so we managed to shop for everything we needed there. The best part? 🥹 When we arrived at Thistle, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Thistle Suite! What a blessing. ❤️ This was actually our second stay at Thistle, mainly because our little one absolutely loves swimming in the pool. 🏊🏻♀️ The hotel is also great because it has easy access to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The breakfast was delicious, and there are also plenty of food options around the hotel. For lunch, we tried Dapo Cikgu, and the food was really good! For dinner, we went to Dusun Pakdin. It’s a little further in, but the place was beautiful and the food was definitely worth the drive. 🌿🍽️ Overall, this turned out to be such a wonderful and spontaneous vacation. Comme nous sommes restés 3 nuits avec petit-déjeuner inclus, nous devons déménager pendant 3 matinées au restaurant du petit-déjeuner buffet. Mais le comportement du personnel comme si nous étions des extraterrestres entrant par erreur et ils nous poussent directement vers la table du coin du bout, spécialement un homme musclé et un bodybuilder demandant grossièrement de montrer un bon avant de s'asseoir. C'est arrivé tous les jours ! Je me demandais comment un hôtel 4 étoiles poursuivait ce type de comportement avec les clients de l'hôtel !

Far from being a 5 star hotel. Staff were excellent, and location good. However the rooms are run down and dated. Paint flaking off the walls, rotten timber windows frames and doors that dont close properly, and decor thats seen better days. Having just stayed in another 5 star hotel the difference was very noticeable. This is more like a good 3 star and definitely not a five star

La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue, ce qui a fait le séjour très agréable. Le personnel était ami, poli et utile quand j'avais besoin d'aide. Il s'agissait d'un voyage de famille, donc nous cherchions un hôtel qui peut accueillir les 3 d'entre nous. Nous sommes ravis de voir l'hôtel Lexis. Il a été mis à niveau dans leur chalet sans frais supplémentaires. La chambre était énorme avec un seul roi et un seul lit de reine. Il y avait bien sûr un bain ! La vue était aussi super ! 👍

At first because of low occupancy but they try to do buffet breakfast for us and the sauna above a year never open but finally they on for us to use and it functions well. Beside sauna have jacuzzi seem dirt on it n long time not been used.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved. Dinner at the Restaurant The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future. Water Park Customer Service Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests. We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet. Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy. Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future.

The location is great--our deluxe 3-room apt was on 8th floor--great views from all rooms,, easy access to the beach & eating places. However, maintenance work needs to be done quickly: 1. Sliding door for the 3rd room is faulty (cannot lock) dangerous for children. 2. Porch railings are rusty n needs replacement--also dangerous if we lean on it. 3. Mug tray isn't cleaned well--must check this. 4. Refrigerator isn't cold enough. I'm sure this resort if well maintained can be first choice for travellers, tqvm

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel à l'Hibiscus Lexis Port Dickson. La villa sur pilotis était spacieuse, impeccable et offrait une vue imprenable sur la mer. La piscine privée a ajouté une touche de luxe et a rendu l'expérience encore plus mémorable. Le personnel était accueillant, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les installations étaient bien entretenues et l'atmosphère générale était paisible et relaxante. C'était une escapade idéale pour les familles comme pour les couples. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j'ai hâte d'y retourner ! 👌🏻👍

Bel emplacement, grande chambre pour un prix abordable, merci d'améliorer la gestion de la file d'attente pour le petit déjeuner, cela semblait un peu chaotique pendant les vacances scolaires. Pourtant, les enfants ont vraiment adoré les piscines !
