I recently stayed at Thistle Hotel Port Dickson, and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to several service and management issues. The first problem was the check-in process. It took almost 50 minutes to check in, which is far too long. Even worse, there was no air conditioning in the lobby, so guests had to stand in a hot and uncomfortable environment while waiting in the queue. The room amenities were also inadequate. The bathroom only provided a 100ml bottle of shampoo and shower gel, which was not enough for guests who wanted to shower multiple times during their stay. The most frustrating issue was the infinity pool. The hotel indicated that the pool was open, but when we arrived, there was only a notice saying the pool was closed because no lifeguard was on duty. When I called the front desk to ask when the lifeguard would return, I was told the pool had actually been closed for a long time due to maintenance. This explanation was very confusing because on the evening we checked in, we saw guests using the pool, and the poolside food and beverage service was operating as usual. The following morning, the pool was suddenly closed. If the pool had really been under long-term maintenance, why wasn't the area blocked off properly or a maintenance notice displayed? Instead, the notice only stated that the pool was closed because no lifeguard was available. The inconsistent information and poor communication were unacceptable. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The service was very poor. Dirty plates were not cleared promptly, and we had to ask several times before staff came to clear the table. Food trays were frequently empty and not refilled in a timely manner—I had to return three times before I could finally get some of the items I wanted. The egg station was another example of inconsistent service. When my mother requested sunny-side-up eggs, the staff told her they only served omelettes. However, when I went to ask again, the same staff immediately agreed to cook sunny-side-up eggs. This inconsistency was confusing and reflected poorly on the staff's service standards. Overall, while the hotel has good facilities and potential, the slow check-in process, poor communication, inadequate amenities, and below-average breakfast service made this stay disappointing. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both their customer service and operational standards.

Comme nous sommes restés 3 nuits avec petit-déjeuner inclus, nous devons déménager pendant 3 matinées au restaurant du petit-déjeuner buffet. Mais le comportement du personnel comme si nous étions des extraterrestres entrant par erreur et ils nous poussent directement vers la table du coin du bout, spécialement un homme musclé et un bodybuilder demandant grossièrement de montrer un bon avant de s'asseoir. C'est arrivé tous les jours ! Je me demandais comment un hôtel 4 étoiles poursuivait ce type de comportement avec les clients de l'hôtel !

Shower head water flow is pathetic, bed and pillow are comfortable, aircon is way too cold, breakfast options arw very minimal, its almost for filling stomach instead of enjoyment.

Chambre: Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre double, qui était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Les lits étaient très confortables et la salle de bain était généralement nettoyée. Cependant, le deuxième jour, le garde-fous n'a fait que les lits et a donné à la salle de bain un nettoyage de base. Nous avons appelé la réception et les articles de recharge ont été envoyés dans notre chambre. Splash Park : Tout était super! Nos enfants ont eu un moment étonnant et ont vraiment aimé le Splash Park. Le petit déjeuner : la nourriture était délicieuse avec une grande variété de choix. Cependant, certains plats n'ont pas été remplis rapidement, et nous avons dû demander au personnel de remplir certains produits alimentaires, boissons, et même la cuisinière. Il n'y a que quelques petites zones qui pourraient être améliorées, peut-être en raison d'un manque de personnel pendant les heures occupées. Globalement : nous avons eu un séjour agréable et nous avons vraiment aimé l'hôtel. Les chambres étaient confortables, le Splash Park était fantastique, et le personnel de l'hôtel était ami et utile. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de parking disponible, qui était très confortable. Malgré les problèmes de petit déjeuner et de réparation, nous resterions certainement ici et nous attendons avec impatience de revenir à l'avenir.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a separate kitchen that added great convenience—especially for longer stays or families. One of the highlights was the huge swimming pool, perfect for both adults and kids to relax and enjoy. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and friends looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Panorama View Resort Port Dickson with the private pool villa. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay — well-maintained, peaceful, and great for enjoying some quality time away from the crowd. Another highlight was the lounge buffet, which had a good selection of food and was regularly replenished. The cocktails were also enjoyable, and the lounge offered a beautiful sunset view overlooking the resort. It was the perfect place to relax in the evening, enjoy a drink, and take in the scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great value for money and a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a short escape in Port Dickson. Would definitely love to return again!

Nous avons eu une vacance familiale ici et nous avons réservé un appartement 3-bedroom pour notre famille. La chambre supérieure du roi était excellente propre, confortable et bien équipée avec un fer, une chaussure, des écharpes dentaires et même un mat de prière. L'appartement 3-bedroom était très spacieux.Chaque chambre avait sa propre salle de bains, et la salle de séjour était énorme, ce qui l'a fait parfait pour un séjour familial. La piscine était très amusante pour les enfants, surtout avec les glisses d'eau. La plage est à quelques pas du resort. Il y avait aussi beaucoup d'activités comme le tennis de table, le caravane et les swings, tous avec une belle vue sur la plage. Le petit-déjeuner buffet a été très varié et tout était délicieux. En général, nous avons eu un séjour merveilleux et nous recommanderions certainement cet endroit pour les familles avec des enfants.

Kairos Villa is a beautiful retreat surrounded by lush greenery, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel personal and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, and the room itself was cozy, clean, and enhanced by charming wooden architecture that added a rustic touch. The fresh air and natural surroundings made it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was delightful—especially the nasi lemak, which was both tasty and satisfying. Overall, it was a refreshing and peaceful getaway, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and nature. Picture taken was a view of sunset and moon from our room.

C'est un endroit charmant avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et un prix raisonnable. Il y a aussi un mini zoo pour enfants et de bonnes piscines. Vous pouvez également facilement vous rendre en voiture pour d'autres options de restauration, bien que le petit-déjeuner soit bon. Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre semble démodée et que les toilettes ne sont pas très propres.

Il s'agissait d'un voyage de famille, donc nous cherchions un hôtel qui peut accueillir les 3 d'entre nous. Nous sommes ravis de voir l'hôtel Lexis. Il a été mis à niveau dans leur chalet sans frais supplémentaires. La chambre était énorme avec un seul roi et un seul lit de reine. Il y avait bien sûr un bain ! La vue était aussi super ! 👍
