Le prix de la réservation est très bas, mais il est très bon de payer le prix de la réservation. Il a été dit de faire des bagages et de laisser mes affaires à la réception, de vérifier et de re-vérifier. Donc, ne sais pas pourquoi j'avais besoin de payer la deuxième réservation en avance dans ma première réservation (peut-être que je l'annulerais comme je l'avais vraiment tenté). Comme indiqué dans mon poste précédent, les équipements sont gravement manquants, cause de faible approvisionnement en eau, les tuyaux et toilettes sont très lourds et le flux d'eau de la tape est comme le tableau de la nuit et il a été trickling et goutte l'un des premiers Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon.

Expérience géniale! L'éclairage général de l'hôtel est très bon, les gens se sentiront lumineux dès qu'ils entreront dans l'hôtel ! Tous les détails sont également en place, y compris les articles de toilette, la literie, la restauration et l'environnement sont super ! Et nous devons louer Ctrip ! Le prix de cet hôtel sur Booking est bien plus élevé que Ctrip. Nous sommes restés deux nuits et le prix TTC de la réservation est passé à plus de 7 000. Cependant, le prix de Ctrip était supérieur à 5 000 pour deux nuits, et le système Ctrip rappelait également que si vous réservez un jour et un jour séparément, le prix peut être plus avantageux. Enfin, nous avons réservé deux nuits avec plus de 4 000 prix TTC.

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

I stayed here 4 nights before and after the Salkantay trek. The first 4 nights were in a studio room which is very nicely decorated with plants and flowers, the last 4 nights were in a double room with a view of the city. I enjoyed my stay in both. The checkout was very easy, I left the key and bags in my room when I left at 4.30am for the salkantay trek, and when I returned, I was immediately brought to my new room with my bags already inside, which felt really nice after a tiring 5 days. The breakfast was nice, had fresh papaya or orange juice. The location was great as well, just about 5 min walk down to the main square (about 10min up) and the first 2 streets from the main square have police officers around which made me feel safer. Also many cafe and restaurants in the streets around it. I was having diarrhoea and feeling unwell on my last day and was grateful that I could check out later to have a longer rest.

The staff members are friendly when you see them, but two problems I encountered: the intro page of the hotel says it has a 24-hour front desk but it doesn’t! One night I finished drinking with friends and returned to the hotel at 12:25, the main door was locked, I called and knocked for 15 mins and no one replied - worse still I have a 4:30am pick up for Machu Piccu tour the following morning and I couldn’t change my clothes, charge my phone or bring anything with me because they just wouldn’t open the door! I couldn’t book another hotel either because any booking of the day only allows check in at 11am. I ended up sleeping in the sofa of a nearby hotel Prisma Hotel who was fully booked but kindly let me stay a night at their lobby. Another thing was - the hotel room lock was shady and it became unlocked automatically sometimes. It’s not somewhere you feel you can trust.

Hotel was excellent at first was given a basement room with a view of the incan wall but I did not know it was artificial light. Requested to move rooms even though more expensive for a window on an upper floor but was given a free room change to the 4th floor with a small window but at least had natural light. But this request was only granted on my second try as the first agent who checked me in informed me the hotel was completely booked out even though all sites including their own showed additional rooms with windows. Service was excellent in the hotel and the buffet breakfast was delicious with the omelette station. In the reviews they mentioned there was an alpaca on the hotel grounds but the little animal was never seen except for the old ladies near the front entrance with baby alpacas asking all guests if they would like pictures for a fee.

Do not think twice to stay here, just book it! Me and my husband had an amazing stay here during our trip in Cusco. The hotel is located at the heart of Cusco city and just a few minutes walk to the plaza, along with nearby shops and restaurants. It is run by a lovely family (Jose, Johann, and Miriam) who will greet you very warmly. We had to get up incredibly early (4am!) for a tour and Jose prepared a packed breakfast for us. I told my husband it feels as if our parents prepared the breakfast because it was very thoughtful and we never got hungry throughout the trip :) Johan speaks really good english so you will face no issue trying to get some tips around the city. Thank you so much Johan and family for welcoming us, we will recommend you to everyone looking for a place to stay in Cusco🩷

Vivre dans une chambre simple. La chambre est un peu petite, le lit est assez grand, mais il n'y a pas de table et pas de fenêtre vers l'extérieur. L'emplacement est très proche de la Plaza de Armas à Cusco, à cinq minutes à pied et à 15 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport. Pour le prix de plus de 100, ça vaut quand même le coup

性價比不高，有接車服務，走路感覺有點遠，雖然小鎮不大，可以找車站附近的，走路在倆分鐘左右的更好，尤其行李多。這裏海拔低

Un service très aimable qui nous a aidé directement à faire notre réservation pour Machu Picchu. C'est au-dessus d'un hangar, c'est pourquoi il est essentiel de contacter l'hôtel avant que votre bagage soit pris directement de la gare. Le service de bagages est revenu à la gare, et il a été parfaitement bien.
