We had a wonderful stay at this location. Very professional staff, good amenities, quiet location, and close to many attractions. Our car was secured in a private parking garage on site. Felt very secured and we are already planning our next stay at this location.

Stayed for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean , just enough space, and amenities with friendly courteous staff.
Sumptuous Free breakfast was a plus.
Hot water with good pressure for shower .
The only con we can think of was the stiff sheets cover . The bedsheet we lay on was soft but the sheet cover was stiff . Though very clean and neat , It made us felt colder when we’re under it.
I brought a flat sheet from home so my husband and I placed it under the stiff sheets cover during the night.
But overall, we loved our stay.
We don’t mind staying again especially if they can have their bedsheets cover softer.

The location was great for those who loved quiet and not crowded vibes. Affordable. Clean and spacious lobby and buffet area. Our room view was excellent
The pool was small for a big hotel. Gym facilities were average. Some staffs and hotel personnel were not friendly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs repairing, too noisy.

J'ai passé un très bon moment ici à Azalea. Tout le personnel que vous rencontrez vous accueillera toujours et vous aidera si nécessaire. La chambre est très grande et confortable. Ils ont même une télévision connectée pour que vous puissiez regarder vos émissions Netflix. Dans l'ensemble, le séjour en vaut la peine.

Myself and wife, looking for some relief from the heat and humidity had an overnight stay in Baguio. Both seniors by Philippine standards, though still working in UK.
We booked a suite and requested view over countryside or city, king sized double required.
For less than £60 including breakfasts it was a done deal.
We were allocated room 501, up 1 level ( bear in mind there are rooms above and below the reception level), normal for Baguio given the topology of the area.
Room views are spectacular, no noise from adjoining lift at all, 2 quarter windows opened and had gnat
Mesh covers ( we left these ajar to hear the local sounds that were hardly audible). Efficient Air con in room (though no remote control), good sized, wall mounted TV ( a UK news channel would have been appreciated), room mini bar doesn't exist ( not the stated required P2000 deposit at book on as booking was prepaid online)
2x std sized bottles of water, kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, 2x tea coffee sugar and creamer, 2x cups and saucers, a Bible ( missed from other 2 hotels stayed at this vacation)
Breakfast was a good selection buffet that sated our appetites until the evening.

I think me and the wife have found our escape location for future trips to the PI's that we do at least bi-annually

Le salon et la cuisine sont très grands et vous pouvez cuisiner le dîner si vous voulez. L'emplacement est un peu difficile à trouver et soigneusement à ne pas mélanger avec d'autres propriétés appelées Prestige Vacation Apartments - avec le nom de condo différent.

112MariaNous avons réservé la suite Pine, qui nous a impressionnés avec ses équipements et une terrasse sur la jardin botanique.
Bien que la cabine de journal semblait un peu plus ancienne, je suis très reconnaissante de l'exclusivité du parking dans le hall frontal.
Le petit déjeuner buffet gratuit était un peu de déclin, donc nous avons choisi après la première tentative.
En général, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous serions probablement rentrés, mais nous pourrions renoncer au petit-déjeuner buffet à moins qu'il n'y ait des améliorations.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

And as always, cleanliness and friendliness of staff is present that is why we come back. Appreciate that we were allowed to check-in an hour earlier. Thank you!

1. Wifi connection needs improvement. Average speed is 10mbps. Network is not very stable. Network gets disconnected every now and then.
2. Shower needs to be on 10mins prior the water gets warm (only gets to lukewarm). Would have been a plus if water gets heated without wasting water and if water gets warmer than lukewarm.
Overall, pleasant stay. Really good value for money. Bed is really comfortable and staff is pleasing.
Location is really where it is best, 5min walk to Burnham Park which is the center of everything. :)

FFrench FriesIl est très bon pour l'hôtel et le personnel, mais il est comme un temps de fond de l'hôtel. Vous devez passer par 3 échelles. Malheureusement pour nous, notre chambre est située à la dernière partie et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Notre bougie de lumière a brûlé, il a rapporté, mais n'a jamais été réparé. Le personnel est si gentil et leur restaurant coréen serve de grands plats.

UUtilisateur anonymeWe stayed Nov at the 3rd floor back view and it was so hot specially in the morning time were the sun is facing the window. You cannot stand to stay in the room and bear the hot tempreture inside the room. And in the evening since you need to open the window to let cold wind circulate in the room but the downside you can hear the loud voice of other guest chatting until late hours. Even if they have reminders in the room about the silent time is from 10pm. I called the receptionist to complain but still they havent dont anything about it.
I guess the hotel managment should consider installing aircondition since we all aware about the climate change. Its not that cold anymore in baguio considering its already November.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

1. Le ventilateur de plafond dans la chambre est fonctionnel,
Cependant, le vent n'est pas assez fort, donc en le tournant, c'est pas en le tournant.
2. Aucune fonction YouTube/Netflix sur la télévision.
3. Les hangers dans le réservoir sont si inconvenants, il ne peut être appauvri que dans le réservoir et ne peut pas être enlevé.
4. La suggestion d'avoir des ports USB à côté du lit serait plus pratique
5. Il semble que le bouton n'est pas capable de contrôler la lumière de la ballonne.
6. Le bureau frontal est amiable mais peut être plus professionnel. Approche à la réception mais personne ne l'a reconnu. Nous devons leur dire ”check in” proactivement.
7. Avant l'arrivée, envoyez le message à l'hôtel pour la demande de la chambre, la première qu'ils ont répondu, mais plus tard, aucune réponse de l'hôtel.
8. Petit déjeuner pas beaucoup de choix. Et beaucoup de personnel au comptoir
9. La pression de l'eau de douche n'est pas assez forte et l'eau chaude n'est pas assez chaude.
Enfin, sur la base de la situation de l'hôtel et de la vue sur la montagne, il envisagera de rester à l'avenir.
