( Context - We had a soccer tournament) Great modern place to stay that is central to all the happenings around restaurants, shops (Broadbeach & Pacific Fair), great beaches, grass areas, soccer pitches and BBQ places. The pool is a great addition to chill out on the cushion beds. Would love to have access to sauna & steam room without extra costs, but the gym and outdoor spa (Star Building) were adequate for some post game recovery. We didn't need housekeeping during the 7-day stay, and would have loved to get some offset credits for it, though we got 2 × $10 vouchers at checkout. Highly recommend the place for sure.

Accès facile en tramway et bon petit-déjeuner buffet continental, avec le même menu tous les jours. Quartier calme en contrebas de l'hôtel. Si vous recherchez un endroit animé ou un accès direct aux sites touristiques, privilégiez les hôtels de Cavill Avenue ou de Broadbeach.

La réception a une bonne attitude et propose un service chinois. Cependant, il peut y avoir des problèmes avec le système de l'hôtel. Lorsque je quitte la chambre et rentre, la carte de la chambre ne peut pas être utilisée. je l'ai configuré avant d'utiliser la carte de la chambre. Je suis un peu abasourdi. Le petit déjeuner est un repas à la carte, mais le personnel est peut-être très... J'étais tellement occupé que j'ai attendu très longtemps mon repas. , et on m'a servi le repas de quelqu'un d'autre. Le bon repas m'a été servi plus tard, mais la boisson n'est arrivée que lorsque j'ai presque fini de manger. Peut-être qu'ils voulaient le jus de pomme que j'avais commandé. Allez cueillir des pommes dans les arbres.

Mixed Experience – Great Location, Poor Internet & Breakfast Setup The hotel is in a great location, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Facilities like the car park and lifts were well maintained and met expectations. However, as business travellers, the internet connection was a major letdown. The hotel appears to rely on a hotspot system, which was extremely unreliable—slow speeds and constant disconnections all weekend. Streaming services such as Netflix were unusable, and even basic browsing was frustrating. To make matters worse, the remote control had nearly dead batteries and worked intermittently. We were also disappointed with the rest and breakfast experience. After early starts each day, we were hoping for some quiet downtime in the afternoon, but this was hard to enjoy given the other issues. The weekend breakfast arrangement felt misleading. Instead of onsite breakfast, we received a $20 per person voucher to a nearby café. While the café was pleasant, it only opened at 7:30 am on weekends—not ideal when you're starting work at 6:30–7:00 am. And realistically, $20 doesn’t go far at most cafés these days, so it felt like a cost-cutting workaround rather than a genuine breakfast offering. On a positive note, Clara at reception on Saturday was professional and kind—she did her best to assist, though unfortunately there wasn’t much she could do. It seemed like her manager may have been present but avoided getting involved, which was disappointing given the situation.

The signature Langham Blissful Bed was so comfortable, we slept like royalty. 🍽️ Exceptional Dining– Akoya Restaurant delivered an unforgettable culinary experience, with fresh seafood and impeccable service. The high tea at The Palm Court was a highlight—delicate pastries and premium teas in a sophisticated setting. 🌿 Tranquil Pool & Spa – The Chuan Spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, and the lagoon-style pool (with private cabanas) felt like a hidden paradise.

This is the third time I've stayed here and everything about this place is fantastic. However, the office closes at 5 pm and customers have to call for check-in process after this time. Either the office hours should be till 7 pm or the staff should call the customers regarding their arrival time.

Overall very pleasant experience. Clean and well prepared rooms. Enough space to place the luggages. Staff members are very polite and helpful. A king sized bed was mistakenly placed for us when we requested 2 regular sized beds. The staff offered to send in a bed as a compromise for one night, and the man who brought the bed to our room was very polite and careful. The location is also close to a bunch of spots and food courts, making it an excellent choice to stay at for multiple days.
