Hotel is decent and I love the vibe. It has a unique design that reminds me of Boracay. The view is wonderful, the pool is one of the best in La Union, and the rooms are beautiful—honestly close to a 5-star experience. The rooms also have a work desk and complete amenities. I especially loved the lotion. I also want to say that I don’t like leaving reviews just to talk badly about people. These are really just rooms for improvement for the staff and also a caution for people booking, because I value both. I actually love this hotel and we are definitely coming back. I also really appreciated the customer service in this hotel. The guards, bell boys, and front desk staff were all good, responsive, and helpful. If I remember names, I always include them in reviews because good service deserves to be recognized. However, the restaurant service could still improve. You often have to tell them what to do before they do it. Food was fine though—decent compared to some overpriced hotels in La Union. One thing I really didn’t appreciate was being charged ₱200 for a missing teaspoon. We checked our bags thoroughly and are 100% sure we didn’t take it. It felt extremely overpriced for a teaspoon, but we just wanted to leave already, so I agreed to the charge. I’d suggest taking a video of everything in the room upon check-in and another before check-out, just to make sure you won’t get charged for any “missing” items. A few other things I noticed: I really disliked the shampoo because it dried my hair out badly. The pool water tasted like saltwater mixed with chlorine and also dried out my skin. The towels smelled strongly of bleach, which I personally didn’t appreciate, since that feels like another toxic exposure. We also occasionally noticed a septic tank smell in the bathroom—not too bad, but still noticeable. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, and we would still come back. I just hope these concerns can be improved.

The room is spacious with a sitting area, large closet, and refrigerator with freezer. They also provide some amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Bath towels are also provided. The balcony and the bathroom are clean, however, there are some dust on the windowsills of the room's interior and on the corners. For a large room, they only provide a single non-absorbent floor mat. They might want to provide more, considering that it's a resort providing water activities. There's also a sign in the bathroom detailing instructions on how to use the water heater, but there is no water heater. The other room that we booked located on a different building has a heater, though. The room is located on the 2nd floor, the water pressure is good and the toilet has a bidet. Be careful on the bath, though, as it's slippery. They should also consider adding a non-slip mat on the bathtub as a safety precaution. There's TV inside the room but it doesn't have any channels. I think they forgot to add another remote needed for you to be able to access the channels. The TV on the other room that we booked is working fine, though. The river is nice and clean and the free time alotted for kayaking is more than enough to explore it. The beach has mixed fine and coarse sand with some corals and shells. The water is calm and it's only knee deep even during hightide in the afternoon, so it's safe for kids. Since the beach is shared with an abandoned resort, and numerous other resorts in the area, it would be good if the staff in charge of maintenance clean the resort's beachfront to minimize the amount of trash, as there are also some trash on the resort's huts located on the beachfront. The 2 pools are clear and clean, one is located in front of the river, while the infinity pool is facing the beach. The riverside pool closes at 7pm, while the infinity pool closes at 12mn. The garden is also nice, although there are some dried bushes here and there. Wifi is only available in public areas. The free breakfast is ok, with 2 pieces of dried fish, 1 hotdog, and 1 cup of rice, and unlimited serving of instant black coffee. The owner is friendly, and the front desk staff, bellboy, and security are also helpful and accommodating. The resort seems adequately staffed; although it is recommended to retrain the maintenance staff on the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds. There are also nearby restaurants, and the Mangunguna Restaurant across the street serves really good and affordable meals. The River Restaurant and Giant Taklobo Restaurant are also within walking distance.

sobrang happy kami ng friend ko since nakuha ng hotel yung expectations namin sa kwarto kasi ganon mismo sya sa pic. una nag ddoubt kami kasi baka hindi ganon yung itsura or baka scam lang ganon, hindi pala legit sya view namin ang dagat highly recommended!!💗💗

La salle de bains dispose d'une très petite quantité d'eau, avec de l'eau chaude qui se déplace entre froid et chaud. 3. Vérifiez à 9 h 55 et laissez-moi rester pendant 30 minutes. Il n'y a qu'un contre-attaché. Il est très déductible de ne pas voir d'autres personnes aider. Les avantages sont écrits par beaucoup d'entre eux et par deux. Les garçons sont très gentils, les vents, les vents. Défauts 1. Petit-déjeuner, peu de choix. 4/4 Petit-déjeuner 6:10 entrez pour manger. Bon - Park comme un parc, bétail ami, beaucoup de belles piscines à utiliser. La villa du couple a sa petite piscine entourée de plantes pour la vie privée. Chambre climatisée. Eau de douche chaude, eau potable locale fournie. Espace de manger à l'intérieur de la chambre, refroidissement et plongée. Entrée avec garde-gate. Avec petit déjeuner, les portions sont locales mais assez remplies. Nombre de parkings sur place (observez les cocoa au-dessus de la voiture). Carroir de golf avec conducteur disponible, mais la marche est vraiment courte et la plupart du temps plat. Les ménages sont très bien accueillis et très réceptifs. Mal -absence de menu de nourriture dans la chambre avec service de chambre offert, garde-fous appelé Butler mais pas. Fourniture de téléphone cellulaire avec charge, charge expire initialement. Mises à jour toutes les 6 heures pour téléphoner par message de texte. 80% du temps de garde-fous ne pouvait pas être atteint. Le menu est un jour trouvé sur le site ou amené à porter de nombreuses choses non disponibles et la taille de la portion n'est pas claire. Le savon de bar est bon mais petit (coupé d'un bar plus grand), un peu de route vers tout le reste de la ville et pas beaucoup d'autre chose à faire ici. Le petit déjeuner perdu le dernier jour pour se rendre à la porte a été placé 6PM en personne la nuit avant. Si elle n'avait pas été appelée, elle n'aurait pas été fournie (parce que nous avions eu l'animal, choisi pour le service de la chambre) Lumière de garde de maison ne fonctionnant pas à la porte avant pour créer la chambre. L'attente des vacanciers qui ne sont pas en accord avec le gestionnaire de site de marge bénéficiaire essaie de générer à partir de chaque séjour. Vous avez le sentiment de payer trop pour un niveau de service qui manquait et cela se sentait en relation avec la façon dont l'entreprise semble être en cours.

On site generator to support power blackouts. Nice garden like feel, gated and fenced. On site parking (minimal). Christmas lights set up for the season. New three-story expansion currently being built (but no impact to stay). Stocked in room mini bar. Shower water flow good. Nice on site pool (3-4 ft deep). Nice ocean views, Koi pond and sitting areas. Dogs and cats (3 ea) live on site. Bad -Food order ~3 hr in advance, prices are a bit higher than normal, breakfast night before. Some items on menu not available. Room is very small mostly bed and small area to walk around. Bathroom local size challenge for larger people (toilet to wall space). Plumbing not support flushing of TP, place in holding bin. Shower heater wall switch should be labeled. Switch is in same stack of switches as bath lights. Refrigerator and mini bar stocked. (bug spray recommended for foreigners as mosquitoes can get in the room). Located on main roadway. A short drive to other things in the area. No beach (small gravel area), surf can be strong at back of property. Kayaks appeared usable but life jackets were questionable (suggest replacing) unless experienced seemed more like yard art. Amenity kit provided (bar soap was crumbled and could not be used, shampoo was barely enough for one shower (suggest abandon and provide home made or none at all). Ugly -Local purified drinking water provided in plastic pitcher (not enough for two people per/day and no way to know where from), can ask for more but not convenient. Spouse incurred sickness from bad (other) water during stay.

Location wise, it was good spot cause its in the center of everything. Near to everything you could think of dropping by. However, the entrance has been sort of hard to find. To get to the entrance of the establishment, you’ll pass along the tricycle terminal going down to a pay-parking lot. Once you’ve reached the lot, the entrance is on the left most corner. (Idk if it’s really where the garbage disposal is placed. But we needed to pass-thru the garbage area before reaching the establishment when we checked in). It took us about 10-15mins just looking for the entrance itself. Receptionist was very accommodating and we were even able to leave our things while waiting for the check in time so we could go around the town and look for places to eat. We were even able to check in earlier than expected. Considering the price, we actually lowered our expectation about the place. However, the cleanliness was a big point for us. Room was okay, like you get what you paid for. It has the things that you’ll need to sleep. I just hope they would add a mirror on the room, curtains on both windows, and a clean aircon filter. Good news, we were able to sleep, but woke up with allergic rhinitis. The SHOWER ROOM & CR WERE SHARED (LIKE PUBLIC SHARED-SHARED). For us, it was not the best shape for a paying guest used CR. To some it up. There are things that could’ve been cleaned or well prep for use. BEST PART, OUR ROOM WAS JUST 10-STEPS away from the beach!

It was a nice stay. Location is fabulous, basically everything in walking distance. The room was clean, but you will only have a thin sheet to cover yourself. The weather is hot and you only need to adjust the AC temperature to your liking, so it works. Maybe they can provide more for you to cover, but I am very used to backpacking so I have things with me and didn’t bother to ask. There was only lukewarm water in my room. No hot shower but again, it’s hot and that works. Towels and all, you will have to prepare yourself. You get what you pay for with this price. If you use to backpack and want to save money, this place is great. But if you expect for a normal hotel service, then you should choose another place. As others say, this place is mainly run by persons with disabilities, which I personally think it’s a great thing and they earn with their livelihood! They speak good English and very very accommodating! They helped me to make phone calls to enquire the bus schedule, and let me check in right away when i reached there at 5am by an overnight bus. My booking started from that night and i was thinking to leave my suitcase there first and came back in the afternoon. But they gave me the room right away, so I could also sleep a few hours before starting my day. Truly appreciated and highly recommend to experienced backpackers.

It was a good stay. Excellent. Only that their television has a bad reception. But an any rate, one wouldn't be staying in the room for too long instead stay on the swimming pool (which is clean and has different depths) and the nearby beach for sunset and sunrise walk. The breakfast buffet was filling and well managed.
