La chambre est très grande, mais la salle de bain de cette chambre a une petite odeur. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très bon, riche et varié, et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est facile à trouver.

L'hôtel est très bien et propre, 5 étoiles assurément ! Je choisirai de revenir ici la prochaine fois que je partirai en voyage d'affaires. Il dispose d'installations complètes, d'un environnement magnifique et d'un excellent service. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

New hotel very clean very quite and the room is spacious with very reasonable price compared to the great service and cleanliness of the room. The staff are exceptional they were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Very kind and respectful. Many thanks Christian and the whole team there. It was such a pleasant experience for me and I highly recommend this hotel to others. I'll definitely come back again 👍🏻👍🏻

C'était un bon hôtel, mais seulement des choses qu'ils devraient se concentrer sur le service client comme les recettes, si vous essayez de les atteindre à la nuit il est difficile de les obtenir, ils ignorent les appels des clients sans revenir au client en appelant. Les minibars ont été très lents pour le contrôler et j'attendais plus de 5 minutes.

MMOHAMMED ALI IBRAHIMUn hôtel calme et bon, avec de bons petits déjeuners et un bon internet.
Le seul point que l'hôtel doit réparer la barrière de stationnement, il ne fonctionne pas par la carte, donc vous devez attendre quelques minutes jusqu'à ce que le téléviseur vous ait noté par la caméra CCTV.

Pour ce prix et cette localisation, il est déjà à la hauteur.
L'hôtel dispose de tout, les services sont bons, le petit déjeuner a une variété de plats et la chambre que j'ai été parfaitement propre et sans problèmes.
Je pense à réserver Haven Plaza pour mon prochain voyage à Riyadh.

My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution.
Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager.
Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution.
Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage
Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease
Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

The check-in and check-out process was very fast, making it a hassle-free experience.
Room:
The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it.
Room Service Food:
The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch.
Spa:
The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient.
Getting Around:
Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free.
Overall Experience:
A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone en construction et il y a beaucoup de poussière.
Il n'y a pas beaucoup de visiteurs, donc le restaurant ne prépare pas un buffet ouvert, le petit déjeuner est ramené à votre chambre selon ce qu'ils ont.

EErtiaohuleLa chambre est grande et l'assainissement environnemental est OK. Il y a un parking gratuit. Il y a un peu de nourriture et de boissons dans le hall en bas, et un table de table. C'est intéressant de se battre ou de s'interrompre avec une petite table noire, avec un papier à écrire.
