Hôtels avec Wi-Fi à Bratislava, Slovaquie

« J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour ici. Le service est excellent. L'hôtel est proche de la gare centrale, à environ 20 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. De nombreux bus s'arrêtent à proximité, dont le tramway n° 1 qui traverse la vieille ville. Le lit est très confortable, tout comme la literie et les oreillers. La chambre paraît un peu sombre avec la décoration, mais ce n'est que mon avis. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est plutôt bon, avec notamment beaucoup de fruits et légumes frais. Je le recommande vivement. »

« I stayed for 3 nights. My main reasons for choosing this hostel were 1. it has a kitchen: as I’m going a lot of travelling I cannot afford to eat out for every meal so made breakfast, prepared lunches and dinner. The kitchen was clean,modern, fully equipped. There was free coffee (beans and coffee maker) , tea, sugar. 2. location: needed to be convenient to the bus station (15min walk) and the historic centre (5-10mins walk). The hostel was easy to locate. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around and shops are near by (including Tescos). Right next to tram station, though I never needed to use it. There are also some very interesting second hand / vintage clothes shops in the street. Check-in was easy (24 hour reception). I was offered the opportunity to pay the 10 euro deposit by card or cash. I paid using a 20 euro note, got change ok and the money was left in my key slot thus easily returned on check out. The reception staff smiled and greeted me when walking in and out, perhaps because I did to them. I stayed in a 6 bed mixed form with en-suite. You choose your bed on a first come basis , though have a key for a specific locker that was large enough to fit my carry on luggage. The room felt spacious and even had table and chairs. Room and en-suite were clean. The beds each have a power socket and small shelf fixed to the wall though no individual light. You pick up bed linen at reception, make your own bed and put bedding in laundry basket when checking out. The pillow was lumpy and could do with being replaced. Sleep quality was good except one night with a very loud snorer (reception gives earplugs for free). It is winter and the room was nice and warm. The room has 2 ceiling lights. An area of improvement would be to be able to switch each light on/off separately. The wall of lockers separates the bed area from the entrance and en-suite door and it would be useful to be able to only turn on the light there. The en-suite was clean and warm (it is November). The shower water was not hot enough for my personal taste but it was not cold. There is an additional toilet and shower room in the corridor for additional use. The corridor also had a fridge. The laundry room is free: has washers and driers but need to buy detergent. It was my plan to stay in and do all my laundry on my day of arrival and I was grateful that I decided to do that rather than do laundry at the previous place. It saved me 9 euros. WiFi is free and reliable. When staying in a shared space the experience is greatly influenced by the other people who happen to be there at the same time. Everyone I met was friendly. The people sharing my room were always respectful of each other. Lights out in the room tended to be by 10pm and when coming in later than that it was possible to turn on the en-suite light and open the door to provide some light to get ready for bed without disturbing others. It was quiet in the room and the only ‘noise’ came from some late night loud voices in the corridor from others but it only lasted a few mins. The soundproofing is not sufficient to block noises from other areas, follow the advice on signs and report to reception if necessary. It is nice that the hostel seems to not tolerate noisy people disturbing others. I was traveling as single female. In the 3 nights the dorm room was never fully occupied, had 8 men come and go staying for a day or two, and I never felt uncomfortable in the hostel or neighborhood. This place is good value for money, comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again. »

« La réception était au sous-sol, le signal mobile très faible et le Wi-Fi incroyablement lent et instable ; impossible d'ouvrir une page web. J'étais vraiment inquiète. La chambre était sale ; les draps n'avaient pas été changés et il y avait des cheveux longs… bref, pas idéal. J'étais dans une chambre mixte et l'une des femmes sentait fortement le curry — beurk, c'était horrible ! La salle de bain était propre, mais il n'y avait pas de miroir — que se passait-il ? Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur et monter une grosse valise par les escaliers était épuisant. »

« Emplacement idéal pour visiter Bratislava. Chambre propre et bien équipée. L'hôtel est agréable dans l'ensemble. Les couloirs menant aux chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Si vous arrivez de l'aéroport, utilisez Bolt : c'est beaucoup moins cher qu'un taxi local. »

« A primo impatto l’Hotel Tatra si è presentato come un hotel molto bello, ordinato e accogliente. Tuttavia, durante il soggiorno sono emersi alcuni aspetti che non ci hanno pienamente soddisfatto. Eravamo un gruppo di 13 persone e abbiamo soggiornato in due camere quadruple (appartamenti), una tripla (la nostra, camera 433) e una doppia (camera 501), dal 12 al 16 gennaio. Gli ospiti delle camere quadruple sono rimasti molto soddisfatti della pulizia, che è stata sempre impeccabile e curata ogni giorno. Al contrario, nelle camere triple e doppie abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi legati alla pulizia. In particolare, alcuni asciugamani erano macchiati oppure presentavano pelucchi e avevano un forte odore di candeggina, decisamente sgradevole. Inoltre, durante tutto il soggiorno non ci sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola, mentre in altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato in passato venivano sostituite ogni notte. Anche la pulizia dei mobili lasciava a desiderare, poiché era presente della polvere. Segnaliamo questi aspetti in modo costruttivo, anche perché gli appartamenti si trovano in una parte diversa dell’hotel (a sinistra), mentre le camere doppie e triple sono situate sulla destra. Questo ci fa pensare che possa esserci una differenza nel personale addetto alle pulizie, ed è per questo che riteniamo utile un approfondimento interno, così da migliorare il servizio offerto. La colazione è molto varia e nel complesso buona. Tuttavia, la frutta ci è sembrata poco fresca e insipida, e i dolci non sono stati particolarmente di nostro gradimento. Nonostante ciò, il buffet è comunque molto completo. L’aspetto che ha decisamente migliorato la nostra esperienza è stato il personale della reception. I ragazzi sono stati tutti gentilissimi, in particolare Sara e Adam, che si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili e professionali. Ci hanno aiutato moltissimo nell’organizzazione di un itinerario per una gita in giornata a Budapest e si sono anche occupati di stampare i biglietti per noi. Davvero bravissimi e sempre con il sorriso. In conclusione, l’hotel ha un grande potenziale, ma riteniamo che una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia di tutte le camere, in modo uniforme, possa fare una grande differenza nell’esperienza complessiva degli ospiti. »

« Pourquoi pas beaucoup d'évaluations?? C'est une expérience non très coûteuse, impressionnante, propre en Europe. La position de l'hôtel n'est pas aussi mauvaise. Vous pouvez vous sentir comme des gens locaux! La nature amicale mais pas beaucoup de bêts. Il est sécurisé contre les couilles ! Le petit déjeuner est également excellent. Il est très bon pour les hébergements européens, et la situation n'est pas si bonne. Vous aimez marcher ou promener près du Danube et du château de Bratislava, il est bon de sentir la sensibilité locale. Il n'y a absolument pas de bêts et quelques bugs. Le petit déjeuner est bon comme un buffet coréen ㅋㅋ Je vais revoir si je suis revenu en Slovaquie :) »

« The staff at the hotel have very limited English ,Additionally, the rooms are mixed-gender dormitories, which was not specified in the online booking, I couldn’t get proper rest all night because I could hear drunk guests snoring loudly. The hotel uses a self-check-in system, and after booking online, I still had to pay 3 Euros to receive the room key card! »

« Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need. Staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast was amazing. »

« Un bel appart'hôtel en plein cœur de Bratislava. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet établissement. Les chambres sont agréables et spacieuses, avec des salles de bains et des cuisines propres, etc. Cependant, lors de notre dernier séjour, nous avons constaté un service déplorable. 1) Mes collègues et moi avons pu accéder à notre chambre avec deux heures de retard. Pourquoi ? Parce que le personnel était très lent pour le ménage. Nous l'avons constaté de visu, contraints d'attendre littéralement devant la porte. 2) Au moment du départ, on a refusé de me fournir une facture, malgré mes demandes insistantes et mes explications quant à sa nécessité pour la comptabilité. Le service était donc loin d'être satisfaisant. »
