The shuttle driver to the airport was the highlight of this stay, which, as a Sheraton, should not be the expectation. The desk staff were pleasant enough, but when leaving the lobby to cross the driveway to the second building where the room was located, we saw the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered at a hotel or even MOTEL. The entry was a split level, ten or so steps up or down without any ramp or elevator. Seeing as the clerk saw we were traveling internationally and had three massive and heavy suitcases, placement in that location was inconvenient at best. If I had not had my son present, there is no way that I could have lifted the luggage to arrive at the room. This does not even take into account someone with mobility concerns. The restaurant staff were courteous enough, but prices were insanely elevated. Vending machines were scarce and had different offerings in the main building and the satellite building. For example, my building had empty snack machines and the main building had soda machines and ice machines with no prices noted, and when a card was used, the soda was 4.00. All in all, would NOT recommend whatsoever. The poorest Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, I had told my family that Sheraton was considered a good hotel chain. No longer true if this is a representation. Sewage leaking in the parking garage with caution tape all around was just icing on the cake.

This location is conveniently located right off the interstate. The room is about what you would expect for a budget hotel except it is in need of serious upgrades. There was a huge hole in the wall of our room and numerous things needed to be fixed and repaired (cosmetic). The bed was clean and comfortable except for the pillows which were too bulky to sleep on. I used a towel for a pillow. Also there was a very loud vehicle running outside (sounded like a generator) until midnight. Not that this is the hotel’s fault but just shows the type of clientele. There weren’t very many vehicles there when we stayed. There are 3 other hotels in the same area (Wyngate, Comfort Inn, and one other that I can’t remember.)

L'hôtel est situé à environ 1 km de la station de métro Crystal City et à environ 200 ms d'un magasin de pharmacie CVS qui est ouvert 24 heures sur 24. Il y a un transbordeur aéroport gratuit, mais comprendre à certains moments, il y a insuffisance de capacité pour les invités. Par exemple, je suis arrivé à 10 h à l'aéroport DCA, après avoir attendu les 30 minutes pour le transbordeur à l'aéroport, il n'a pas arrivée avec sa chambre pour bagages ou passagers. Il y a une navette à l'hôtel, et j'ai décidé de prendre le lève-bôt pour 20 $, avec un autre client de l'hôtel. L'hôtel lui-même est vieux, mais bien entretenu. Les salles de bains ont un fan bruyant, chaque fois que la lumière s'éteint. Le bureau est trop haut et le chaise n'est pas suffisant pour un travail informatique efficace, en raison de la question de hauteur. La chambre est spacieuse et les lits sont confortables. J'ai demandé une chambre avec vues sur les aéroports et il a été donné le meilleur que l'hôtel puisse - un spectacle à travers les bâtiments environnants à la rivière et une vue sur les avions. L'hôtel est très bon pour l'argent, surtout en raison des célébrations du 4 juillet. Il est très bon de visiter Washington, sans avoir à payer des frais d'hôtels plus proches du centre-ville, et la promenade au métro est d'environ 10 à 15 minutes.

Les employés sont très gentils et utiles.. Il y avait quelque chose sur 1 des cheveux de feuilles dans la baignoire ... mais toujours un bon petit déjeuner de séjour était bon

Très bien, je ne sais pas combien de personnes mal notées exigent. J'aime beaucoup, la marque a un visage, le lit est très confortable, il y a un transbordeur, le seul défaut est de ne pas avoir de retard.

La chambre était adéquate. nous avons utilisé la télévision, qui a bien fonctionné . la qualité des savons et des shampoos sont bonnes, parce qu'ils ne utilisent pas le sulfate de liraul de sodium Il n' y a pas de pantalon gratuit mais vous pouvez parquer sur la rue .

This was a nice facility, with some minor maintenance issues that needed attention. Lexie, on the front desk was lovely and welcoming when we arrived. The room was clean and the facility was easy to find. Our room AC was wonky. Though adequately cool, it never got to seriously AC cold. I'm sure they would have fixed it but we were in and out of the room so much we didn't want to ask for a fix when we weren't there. Same thing with the blinds/shades. There was a blind on the window, but it was see-through (something I realized when we got back late at night and I could see into the ground-floor rooms!). They had controls for room darkening shades, but they didn't actually exist, nor were there curtains to draw so the room was super-light in the morning. No sleeping in for us! The bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of towels and amenities. The bed was comfy and we got a good nights' sleep.
