Chaque fois que je suis en sécurité, je dois vivre cet hôtel, la chambre est très grande, l'environnement à l'hôtel est très bon, les achats sont très pratique, l'autre côté est le parc central, je vais faire un tour après le repas, c'est très accueillant, la météo est insuffisante pour cette saison pleine de jours, inquiétant...

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

We highly recommend it to any couple seeking a peaceful, upscale escape in Aranya — we will absolutely be back!

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Nous sommes sortis avec notre famille 🐶 et avons réservé un B&B acceptant les animaux de compagnie. Le propriétaire et sa famille étaient super gentils et nous ont aidés à porter nos bagages et à prendre soin des enfants. La chambre était nettoyée très proprement et les oreillers et les couettes étaient légèrement parfumés. La salle de bain est séparée des zones humides et sèches et est judicieusement équipée de serviettes en coton doux. Il y a une piscine à débordement au troisième étage du B&B avec une vue magnifique. Il y a une grande pelouse à la porte, où vous pouvez courir joyeusement sur l'herbe et camper. Le petit-déjeuner est propre et riche en variété, et il est également équipé de vaisselle pour enfants. Les enfants adorent les saucisses et les steaks de poulet.

L'hôtel est magnifique, l'air est frais, et les installations ainsi que l'hygiène sont irréprochables. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner du restaurant sont délicieux. Le service global est satisfaisant. Cependant, je dois me plaindre d'une réceptionniste qui a répondu au téléphone le soir du 31, entre 19h et 22h. La première fois que j'ai signalé que la machine à laver de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas, elle m'a dit qu'elle fuyait et qu'il ne fallait pas l'utiliser. J'ai fini par la réparer moi-même et l'utiliser. La deuxième fois que j'ai signalé que l'eau de la douche n'était pas chaude, elle a été encore plus absurde en me disant de laisser couler l'eau et qu'elle finirait par chauffer. Résultat, j'ai gaspillé près d'une demi-heure d'eau sans que l'eau ne chauffe. Finalement, c'est le personnel d'entretien qui est venu et a inséré la carte de gaz, ce qui a résolu le problème. Le plus grave, c'est son attitude désagréable et son entêtement. Elle n'a pas reconnu son manque de compétence dans la résolution des problèmes et s'est montrée arrogante. Je lui donne une mauvaise note ! De plus, l'hôtel est très proche de la Grande Muraille de Jinshanling, cela vaut absolument le détour !

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La. The location is perfect! very close to the beach, which made everything even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the room service, as well as all the staff, were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for one more night. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time by the sea riding bikes along the beach, feeding the seagulls, and taking beautiful photos. It was a wonderful and memorable experience.

Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. Le menu du petit déjeuner était divers et délicieux, et les soirées avec une bière dans le balcon jacuzzi étaient absolument parfaits ! L'expérience spéciale d'interagir avec le détergent et les alpacas chaque matin a été incroyablement guéri. L'accès gratuit à un parc d'amusement, à un parc d'eau et à des sources chaudes a fait de l'hôtel l'idéal pour les voyages familiaux. La plage privée était calme et calme, offrant un rétractation vraiment relaxant. Le personnel de la réception et de la maison étaient tous très aimables. C'était une expérience de vacances sans défaut.

Cette fois-ci, j'ai séjourné dans une maison d'hôtes au sein de la station balnéaire de la Côte d'Azur, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage : un emplacement exceptionnel. La longue plage est idéale pour prendre des photos, se promener et se détendre ; une destination complète pour tous vos besoins balnéaires. Une expérience absolument parfaite !

I stayed at this Holiday Inn store when I visited Shijiazhuang for the first time, I liked it so much I always stay here. Then I reserve this hotel often for my daughter’s frequent visits to Shijiazhuang, and after her stay this time, she strongly urged me to write a review since she was so impressed by the manager 賈曉玲 who helped her to find an up-graded room while the front desk could not get her into a room after the regular check-in time(probably due to the May One holiday crowd). I sincerely appreciate 賈曉玲 for her helpfulness and kind gesture. I’d say, as a busy traveler myself, I see what she did truly represent the best of of the hospitality business, and for what she had done for my daughter( as well as me), she gained a faithful customer for life.
