**Comfortable Stay with Great Service** I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city. Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I have given 5 stars to this motel for the service, cleanliness and amenities because each aspect of these beat my expectations! I am usually very conservative in giving reviews. Initially I was expecting very basic service given it is a motel. But when I opened the door of the room I was quite surprised. You could feel the room is very clean and bright. The amenities are sufficient to make a simple meal for yourself. There is also daily housekeeping services as well (given it is a motel). The staff at the reception are also very helpful. When I first arrived, the reception lady asked me where I planned to go and showed me the ways. The motel is also close (5-10 minutes walk) to the Main Street at Riccarton and there are a lot of restaurants there. You can also take bus to the city centre which takes about 30 minutes including waiting. The motel is also very close to the Christchurch railway station which is only 10 minutes walk, great if you are taking the scenic trains. There are also a number of shops near the Railway station and you can do some shopping for clothes, vitamins and fresh food too!

Il s'agit d'un motel appartenant à des Chinois situé au cœur de Riccarton, à côté du supermarché chinois, à environ 4-5 kilomètres du centre de Christchurch. Nous vivons dans un appartement de deux chambres. Les installations et l'équipement sont un peu datés, mais ils sont toujours en usage normal. Les étages supérieurs et inférieurs de la pièce, chacun avec une chambre et une salle de bain, peuvent être utilisés pour la cuisine, ce qui convient à une famille. Le prix est relativement satisfaisant. Convient aux amis autonomes.

I only stayed 1 night, and I'm relatively new to the South Island. I had to catch the intercity bus and was stressing out I would miss my bus, or go to the wrong bus stop. I went to the office, and after a very patient 12ish minutes (on the lady working in receptions part), she understood what I wanted. She was so lovely. I was waiting until 8am to come and say a huge thank you, but my Uber came early. The heater heated the room up nicely, the pressure of the shower was great. The bed was well made and comfortable. I too am a housekeeper/cleaner and really appreciated coming into a nice, clean environment. If I have anything to say as an improvement, it would be to have a better tea towel. A nothing issue and a $2 fix. I absolutely loved my stay at your motel and highly recommend it.

The V motel is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping mall and grocery store and a 15-minute drive to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large, clean and very well-equipped. It has all the things that a business traveller needs, except for an iron and ironing board. The bed is comfortable and the towels and linings are clean. The Sony TV is large with Youtube and Netflix. It even provides some cereals and bananas, milk and yogurt for breakfast or snacks. The internet is fast and instructions, passwords are clear and easy to follow. Lastly, the price is fair and very affordable. I highly recommend this motel and would come back to it the next time.

L'hôtel le plus cher qui ait vécu sur la route, en fait, est un motel, propre, la porte peut être garée, il ya un supermarché, une station-service et McDonald's à proximité. Le patron et le patron sont enthousiastes. Il est recommandé de nous rendre dans le port proche. À 9 heures de nuit, on peut voir les pinguins bleus nager à la côte. Vous devez être patient, bien regardé, près de la mer, avec des lunettes. Nous avons vu près de 20 lunettes.

We stopped there for one night. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy. bedsheets, bathroom, towels were all clean. Handwash, soap, hairdryer were provided. Plenty of hot water to enjoy a nice shower. There was a small kitchenette with everything in it if you want to cook something. A bar fridge, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, kitchen utensils, and microwave were all avail. There was also a nice table with 2 chairs and 2 couch where you can sit comfortably and enjoy your meal. Parking facility on the spot. Free WiFi. Close to the town centre. We would highly recommend this place.
